Projekt pn. „Przebudowa zabytkowej Hali Targowej na Halę Kultury w Łomży wraz z jej wyposażeniem” zakłada szereg działań, których efektem będzie przywrócenie historycznego wyglądu, poprawa stanu zachowania dziedzictwa oraz nadanie nowej funkcji: kulturalnej. W ramach projektu zostanie wymieniony dach, stolarka okienna i drzwiowa, wykonane zostanie docieplenie i remont elewacji. Budynek zostanie wyposażony w niezbędne instalacje sanitarne, instalacje elektryczne i teletechniczne, w zabezpieczenia przeciwpożarowe (system sygnalizacji pożaru SSP, dźwiękowy system ostrzegawczy, wyłącznik pożarowy) i przeciwwłamaniowe (monitoring wizyjny CCTV). Obiekt zostanie przystosowany do potrzeb osób niepełnosprawnych (winda, dostosowane do potrzeb osób niepełnosprawnych toalety, w sali wielofunkcyjnej zostanie zainstalowany system - pętla induktofoniczna "indukcyjna"). Zostaną przebudowane przyłącza infrastruktury technicznej (przyłącze kanalizacji sanitarnej i technologicznej, kanalizacji deszczowej i drenażu opaskowego, doziemna instalacja wodociągowa wraz ze studnią wodomierzową) jak również nastąpi przyłączenie do sieci dystrybucyjnej elektrycznej oraz do sieci ciepłowniczej. Zostanie wykonana mechanika sceniczna z całym wyposażeniem, jak też zostanie zakupiona trybuna teleskopowa, Info kiosk. Zostaną wykonane instalacje pod nagłośnienie, oświetlenie sceniczne, projekcję multimedialną wraz z niezbędnym wyposażeniem. Zostanie również zakupione wyposażenie IT, sprzęt fotograficzny, meble oraz sprzęt zajęć oraz imprez. Planowane do zakupienia w ramach projektu wyposażenie jest niezbędne do prowadzenia działalności kulturalnej w powstałej po przebudowie Hali Kultury w Łomży- Po przebudowie działania realizowane w Hali Kultury nakierowane będą na działania w zakresie wykorzystania zasobów dziedzictwa kulturowego i instytucji kultury, głównie zasobów kulturowych regionu, celem stworzenia wysokiej jakości oferty kulturalnej, dostępnej dla zróżnicowanych grup odbiorców. Project Mon. “Reconstruction of the historic Fair Hall to the Hall of Culture in Łomża with its equipment” assumes a number of activities, which will result in restoring the historical appearance, improving the status of heritage conservation and giving a new function: it’s a cultural one. As part of the project, the roof, window and door carpentry will be replaced, warming and renovation of the facade will be carried out. The building will be equipped with the necessary sanitary installations, electrical and teletechnical installations, fire protection (SSP fire alarm system, audible warning system, fire switch) and burglar protection (CCTV video surveillance). The facility will be adapted to the needs of people with disabilities (lift, adapted to the needs of disabled toilets, in the multifunction room will be installed a system – “inductive loop”). The connections of the technical infrastructure will be reconstructed (connection of sanitary and technological sewerage, rainwater drainage and belt drainage, ground water supply system with water meter well) as well as connection to the electricity distribution network and to the heating network. Stage mechanics with all equipment will be made, as well as a telescopic stand, Info kiosk. Installations under sound system, stage lighting, multimedia projection and necessary equipment will be made. IT equipment, photographic equipment, furniture and equipment for classes and events will also be purchased. The equipment planned to be purchased under the project is necessary for carrying out cultural activities in the aftermath of the reconstruction of the Cultural Hall in Łomża- After the reconstruction, the activities carried out in the Hall of Culture will focus on activities in the area of the use of cultural heritage resources and cultural institutions, mainly cultural resources of the region, in order to create a high quality cultural offer, accessible to diverse groups of recipients. Projet intitulé «La reconstruction de la salle historique de la foire dans la salle culturelle de Łomża et ses équipements» implique un certain nombre d’activités qui permettront de restaurer l’aspect historique, d’améliorer la conservation du patrimoine et de conférer une nouvelle fonction: culturel. Dans le cadre du projet, le toit, la menuiserie des fenêtres et des portes seront remplacés, le réchauffement et la rénovation de la façade seront réalisés. Le bâtiment sera équipé des installations sanitaires nécessaires, des installations électriques et télétechniques, de la protection contre l’incendie (système d’alarme incendie SSP, système d’avertissement sonore, coupe-feu) et de la surveillance des cambrioleurs (surveillance vidéo CCTV). L’installation sera adaptée aux besoins des personnes handicapées (ascenseur, adapté aux besoins des personnes handicapées, un système sera installé dans la salle multifonctionnelle — boucle inductive). Les connexions de l’infrastructure technique (assainissement et technique des eaux usées, eaux de pluie et drainage des bandes, approvisionnement en eau souterraine et puits d’eau) seront reconstruites, ainsi que la connexion au réseau de distribution d’électricité et au réseau de chauffage urbain. Un mécanicien de scène avec tout l’équipement sera effectué, ainsi qu’un stand télescopique, Info kiosque. Des installations de sonorisation, d’éclairage de scène, de projection multimédia avec l’équipement nécessaire seront réalisées. Du matériel informatique, du matériel photographique, du mobilier et de l’équipement pour les cours et les événements seront également achetés. L’équipement qui doit être acheté dans le cadre du projet est nécessaire pour mener à bien des activités culturelles dans la salle de culture post-reconstruction de Łomża-Après la reconstruction, les activités menées dans la salle de la culture se concentreront sur des activités dans le domaine de l’utilisation des ressources du patrimoine culturel et des institutions culturelles, principalement les ressources culturelles de la région, afin de créer une offre culturelle de qualité, accessible à divers publics. Projekt mit dem Titel „Der Wiederaufbau der historischen Messehalle in den Kultursaal in Łomża und seine Ausstattung“ umfasst eine Reihe von Aktivitäten, die zur Wiederherstellung des historischen Aussehens, zur Verbesserung der Erhaltung des Erbes und zur Schaffung einer neuen Funktion führen werden: Kultur. Im Rahmen des Projekts werden Dach, Fenster und Türtischler ersetzt, die Erwärmung und Renovierung der Fassade erfolgt. Das Gebäude wird mit den notwendigen Sanitäranlagen, elektrischen und teletechnischen Anlagen, Brandschutz (SSP-Brandmeldesystem, akustisches Warnsystem, Brandschutz) und Einbruchüberwachung (CCTV-Videoüberwachung) ausgestattet sein. Die Einrichtung wird an die Bedürfnisse von Menschen mit Behinderungen angepasst werden (Lift, angepasst an die Bedürfnisse von Menschen mit Behinderungen, ein System wird in den multifunktionalen Raum – induktive Schleife installiert werden). Die Anbindung der technischen Infrastruktur (Sanitär- und Technologieabwässerung, Regenwasser- und Bandentwässerung, Bodenwasserversorgung und Wasserbrunnen) sowie die Anbindung an das Stromverteilungsnetz und das Fernwärmenetz werden wieder aufgebaut. Ein Bühnenmechaniker mit allen Geräten wird durchgeführt, sowie ein Teleskopständer, Info-Kiosk. Installationen für Schallanlage, Bühnenbeleuchtung, Multimediaprojektion mit der notwendigen Ausrüstung werden gemacht. IT-Ausstattung, Fotoausrüstung, Möbel und Ausrüstung für Klassen und Veranstaltungen werden ebenfalls gekauft. Die im Rahmen des Projekts zu erwerbende Ausrüstung ist für die Durchführung kultureller Aktivitäten in der Kulturhalle nach dem Wiederaufbau in Łomża-Nachdem die Aktivitäten in der Kulturhalle auf Aktivitäten im Bereich der Nutzung von Kulturgütern und kulturellen Einrichtungen, vor allem der kulturellen Ressourcen der Region, ausgerichtet sind, um ein hochwertiges kulturelles Angebot zu schaffen, das für unterschiedliche Zielgruppen zugänglich ist. Project getiteld „De wederopbouw van de historische beurszaal tot de Culturele Zaal in Łomża en zijn uitrusting” omvat een aantal activiteiten, die zullen leiden tot het herstel van de historische uitstraling, de verbetering van het behoud van het erfgoed en het verlenen van een nieuwe functie: op cultureel gebied. In het kader van het project worden dak-, raam- en deurschrijnwerk vervangen, wordt de gevel verwarmd en gerenoveerd. Het gebouw zal worden uitgerust met de nodige sanitaire installaties, elektrische en teletechnische installaties, brandbeveiliging (SSP brandalarminstallatie, geluidssignaalinstallatie, brandbreker) en inbraakbewaking (CCTV-videobewaking). De faciliteit zal worden aangepast aan de behoeften van mensen met een handicap (lift, aangepast aan de behoeften van mensen met een handicap, een systeem wordt geïnstalleerd in de multifunctionele ruimte — inductieve lus).
