Przedmiotem projektu jest budowa dwutorowej linii elektroenergetycznej wysokiego napięcia 400kV o długości 110 km (220 km sieci prądowej) na odcinku Ostrołęka - Stanisławów. W tym odcinku zostanie wybudowana jedna stacja 400 (220)/110 kV Wyszków i rozbudowane dwie stacje: 400/220/110 kV Ostrołęka oraz 400 kV Stanisławów. Celem Projektu jest poprawa pewności i bezpieczeństwa pracy Krajowego Systemu Elektroenergetycznego w północno-wschodniej części Polski, poprawa pewności zasilania aglomeracji warszawskiej oraz sieci 110 kV Pośrednim celem Projektu jest: a) stworzenie warunków do zwiększenia możliwości wymiany energii elektrycznej z litewskim systemem elektroenergetycznym przy zapewnieniu bezpiecznej pracy tego połączenia b) stworzenie warunków do wyprowadzenia mocy z konwencjonalnych i odnawialnych źródeł energii (Polish)

L’objet du projet est la construction d’une ligne électrique à haute tension à double voie de 400 kV d’une longueur de 110 km (220 km du réseau actuel) sur le tronçon Ostrołęka — Stanisławów. Dans cette section, une station de 400 (220)/110 kV de Wyszków sera construite et deux stations seront agrandies: 400/220/110 kV Ostrołęka et 400 kV Stanisławów. Gegenstand des Projekts ist der Bau einer Hochspannungsleitung mit zwei Gleisen 400 kV mit einer Länge von 110 km (220 km des aktuellen Netzes) auf dem Abschnitt Ostrołęka – Stanisławów. In diesem Abschnitt wird ein 400 (220)/110 kV Wyszków Bahnhof gebaut und zwei Stationen erweitert: 400/220/110 kV Ostrołęka und 400 kV Stanisławów. Ziel des Projekts ist es, die Zuverlässigkeit und Sicherheit des Betriebs des Nationalen Energiesystems im Nordosten Polens zu verbessern, die Zuverlässigkeit der Stromversorgung des Warschauer Ballungsraums und des 110-kV-Netzes zu verbessern. a) Schaffung der Voraussetzungen, um die Möglichkeit des Stromaustauschs mit dem litauischen Stromnetz zu erhöhen und gleichzeitig den sicheren Betrieb dieser Verbindung zu gewährleisten b) Schaffung der Bedingungen für die Stromerzeugung aus konventionellen und erneuerbaren Energiequellen (German)

Het doel van het project is de aanleg van een hoogspanningslijn van 400 kV met twee sporen met een lengte van 110 km (220 km van het huidige netwerk) op het traject Ostrołęka — Stanisławów. In dit deel wordt een station van 400 (220)/110 kV Wyszków gebouwd en zullen twee stations worden uitgebreid: 400/220/110 kV Ostrołęka en 400 kV Stanisławów.
