Istotą projektu jest wdrożenie wyników własnych prac badawczo-rozwojowych Wnioskodawcy w zakresie innowacyjnej technologii (o roboczej nazwie ACP) produkcji wysokiej jakości surowca wtórnego w postaci regranulatu LDPE z pokonsumenckich odpadów polietylenowych pochodzących z selektywnej zbiórki odpadów. Regranulat ten (Contalen ACP) będzie charakteryzował się parametrami zbliżonymi do tworzywa pierwotnego, bez pogorszenia ciężaru cząsteczkowego, a tym samym jego właściwości przetwórczych i użytkowych. Regranulat ten będzie służył do produkcji specjalistycznych bezbarwnych folii budowlanych, ochronnych i innych o parametrach zbliżonych do produktów wytworzonych z oryginalnego tworzywa oraz znacznie lepszymi od produktów wytworzonych z regranulatu uzyskanego w tradycyjnej technologii pod kątem własności takich jak: brak zżelowania, właściwości mechaniczne przy statycznym rozciąganiu, transparentność i odcień folii, a także podwyższona barierowość dla pary wodnej (współczynnik oporu dyfuzyjnego Sd). W celu wdrożenia produkcji w oparciu o opracowaną w trakcie prac B+R technologię, w ramach projektu zostanie nabyta specjalnie zaprojektowana przez Wnioskodawcę linia produkcyjna (uwzględniająca niezbędne modyfikacje i usprawnienia w stosunku do standardowych urządzeń dla tego typu produkcji w celu zapewnienia uzyskania odpowiednich parametrów produkcyjnych opracowanych w ramach prac B+R dla osiągnięcia produktu o pożądanych, innowacyjnych właściwościach), a także wybudowana zostanie hala magazynowo-produkcyjna na potrzeby instalacji tejże linii, jak również składowania surowców produkcyjnych i wytworzonych produktów. The essence of the project is to implement the results of its own research and development work The applicants in the field of innovative technology (a working name ACP) to produce high-quality secondary raw material in the form of LDPE regranulate from post-consumer polyethylene waste from selective collection of waste. This regranulat (Contalen ACP) will be characterised by parameters similar to the primary material, without deteriorating the molecular weight and thus its processing and usability. This regranulat will be used for the manufacture of specialised colourless building, protective and other films with parameters similar to those made of original plastic and significantly better than products made from regranulate obtained in traditional technology for properties such as: no gellation, mechanical properties at static stretching, transparency and shade of film, as well as increased barrierness for water vapour (Sd diffusion resistance factor). In order to implement the production based on the technology developed during R & D, the project will acquire a production line specifically designed by the Applicant (taking into account the necessary modifications and improvements to standard equipment for this type of production in order to achieve the appropriate production parameters developed in the framework of R & D work to achieve a product with desired innovative characteristics) and a production hall for the installation of the line and the storage of manufactured raw materials will be built. L’essentiel du projet est de mettre en œuvre les résultats des propres travaux de R & D de la requérante dans le domaine de la technologie innovante (appelée ACP) de production de matières premières secondaires de haute qualité sous la forme de LDPE regranulé à partir de déchets de polyéthylène post-consommation provenant de la collecte séparée des déchets. Ce regranulate (Contalen ACP) sera caractérisé par des paramètres similaires au matériau primaire, sans compromettre le poids moléculaire et donc son traitement et ses performances. Ce regranulate sera utilisé pour la production de films spécialisés de construction incolore, de protection et autres avec des paramètres similaires à ceux en matériau d’origine et nettement meilleurs que les produits fabriqués à partir de regranule obtenus en technologie traditionnelle en termes de propriétés telles que: Pas de gélification, propriétés mécaniques à l’étirement statique, transparence et ombre du film, ainsi que barrière accrue à la vapeur d’eau (coefficient de résistance à la diffusion Sd). Afin de mettre en œuvre la production sur la base de la technologie développée au cours des travaux de R & D, le projet acquerra une ligne de production spécialement conçue par la requérante (en tenant compte des modifications et améliorations nécessaires par rapport à l’équipement standard pour ce type de production afin de garantir que les paramètres de production pertinents développés dans le cadre des travaux de R & D visant à obtenir le produit avec les propriétés innovantes souhaitées) seront construits, ainsi qu’un entrepôt et un hall de production pour l’installation de cette ligne, ainsi que le stockage des matières premières de production et des produits manufacturés. Der Kern des Projekts besteht darin, die Ergebnisse der eigenen F & E-Arbeiten des Antragstellers auf dem Gebiet der innovativen Technologie (AKP) Produktion von hochwertigem Sekundärrohstoff in Form von LDPE-Regranulat aus Polyethylenabfällen aus der getrennten Abfallsammlung umzusetzen. Dieses Regranulat (Contalen ACP) wird durch ähnliche Parameter wie das Primärmaterial gekennzeichnet sein, ohne das Molekulargewicht und damit seine Verarbeitung und Leistung zu beeinträchtigen. Dieses Regranulat wird für die Herstellung von spezialisierten farblosen Konstruktions-, Schutz- und anderen Folien mit ähnlichen Parametern wie Originalmaterial und deutlich besser als Produkte aus Regranula verwendet, die in traditioneller Technologie in Bezug auf Eigenschaften wie z. B.: Kein Gelieren, mechanische Eigenschaften bei statischer Dehnung, Transparenz und Farbton der Folie sowie erhöhte Barriere gegen Wasserdampf (Diffusionswiderstandskoeffizient Sd). Um die Produktion auf der Grundlage der bei den F & E-Arbeiten entwickelten Technologie umzusetzen, wird das Projekt vom Antragsteller eine eigens konzipierte Produktionslinie erwerben (unter Berücksichtigung der notwendigen Modifikationen und Verbesserungen gegenüber der Standardausrüstung für diese Art der Produktion, um sicherzustellen, dass die im Rahmen der F & E-Arbeiten zur Erreichung des Produkts mit den gewünschten innovativen Eigenschaften entwickelten Produktionsparameter gebaut werden, sowie eine Lager- und Produktionshalle für die Installation dieser Linie sowie die Lagerung von Produktionsrohstoffen und hergestellten Produkten. De essentie van het project is het implementeren van de resultaten van de eigen O & O-werkzaamheden van de aanvrager op het gebied van innovatieve technologie (de zogenaamde ACP) productie van hoogwaardige secundaire grondstoffen in de vorm van LDPE-regranulaat uit post-consumer polyethyleenafval afkomstig van gescheiden inzameling van afval. Dit regranulaat (Contalen ACP) zal worden gekenmerkt door parameters die vergelijkbaar zijn met het primaire materiaal, zonder afbreuk te doen aan het molecuulgewicht en dus aan de verwerking en de prestaties ervan. Dit regranulaat zal worden gebruikt voor de productie van gespecialiseerde kleurloze constructie-, beschermende en andere foliën met parameters die vergelijkbaar zijn met die van origineel materiaal en aanzienlijk beter zijn dan producten gemaakt van regranulaat verkregen in traditionele technologie in termen van eigenschappen zoals: Geen gelling, mechanische eigenschappen bij statisch uitrekken, transparantie en schaduw van de film, evenals verhoogde barrière tegen waterdamp (diffusieweerstandscoëfficiënt Sd). Met het oog op de uitvoering van de productie op basis van de technologie die tijdens de O & O-werkzaamheden is ontwikkeld, zal het project een speciaal door de aanvrager ontworpen productielijn verwerven (rekening houdend met de noodzakelijke wijzigingen en verbeteringen ten opzichte van de standaardapparatuur voor dit type productie om ervoor te zorgen dat de relevante productieparameters die zijn ontwikkeld in het kader van de O & O-werkzaamheden om het product met de gewenste innovatieve eigenschappen te bereiken) worden gebouwd, evenals een magazijn en productiehal voor de installatie van deze lijn, alsmede de opslag van productiegrondstoffen en vervaardigde producten.
