Numer_referencyjny_programu_pomocowego: SA.42799(2015/X), pomoc_de_minimis: §42 rozporządzenia Ministra Infrastruktury i Rozwoju z dnia 10 lipca 2015 r. w sprawie udzielania przez Polską Agencję Rozwoju Przedsiębiorczości pomocy finansowej w ramach Programu Operacyjnego Inteligentny Rozwój 2014–2020. W ramach projektu Wnioskodawca zakupi od Instytutu Badawczego specjalistyczną usługę (B+R), polegającą na opracowaniu nowego wyrobu, w skali europejskiej, w postaci gamy produktów bazujących na unikalnej kompozycji składników aktywnych pozyskanych z materiału odpadowego przemysłu zielarskiego: bielma ostropestu plamistego. Planowany do opracowania wyrób będzie dostępny jako kompleksowa linia kosmetyków i suplementu diety w 5 formach przeznaczona do regeneracji i pielęgnacji skóry, włosów i paznokci. Innowacyjność planowanego do opracowania wyrobu polega na: - wysokiej zawartości składników pochodzenia roślinnego: substancji czynnych i pomocniczych (odpowiednio dla kosmetyków w ilości 90% oraz dla suplementu diety w ilości 15%) - unikalnej kompozycji składników aktywnych pochodzących z jednej rośliny (bielma ostropestu plamistego), do wykorzystania w suplemencie diety i kosmetykach, uzupełniająca niedobory substancji niezbędnych do prawidłowego działania organizmu - połączeniu w opracowanym wyrobie substancji czynnych, tj. niezbędnych nienasyconych kwasów tłuszczowych (NNKT), przeciwutleniaczy i protein otrzymanych z jednej rośliny - wysokiej biodegradowalności - wprowadzeniu nowych form suplementu diety, które zwiększą przyswajalność cennych protein, witamin, minerałów, NNKT. Osiągniecie rezultatu projektu w postaci opracowania innowacyjnego wyrobu możliwe będzie poprzez wykonanie usługi B+R przez Instytut Chemii Przemysłowej w Warszawie. Wnioskodawca w ramach projektu zakupi niezbędne materiały do realizacji projektu tj. surowce roślinne, emulgatory i inne dodatki funkcjonalne, witaminy i minerały, substancje pomocnicze, które przekaże do Instytutu. As part of the project, the applicant will purchase from the Research Institute a specialised service (R & D), consisting of developing a new product, on a European scale, in the form of a range of products based on a unique composition of active ingredients derived from waste material of the herbal industry: stained horse mackerel. The planned product will be available as a comprehensive line of cosmetics and dietary supplement in 5 forms designed for the regeneration and care of skin, hair and nails. The innovativeness of the product to be developed consists of: — high content of ingredients of plant origin: active and auxiliary substances (appropriately for cosmetics in the amount of 90 % and for dietary supplement in the amount of 15 %) – a unique composition of active ingredients derived from one plant (Belma macular), to be used in dietary supplements and cosmetics, supplementing the deficiencies of substances necessary for the proper functioning of the body – a combination in the developed formulation of active substances, i.e. essential vitamins of fatty acids (NNKT), antioxidants and proteins obtained from one plant. Achieving the result of the project in the form of the development of an innovative product will be possible by performing the R & D service by the Institute of Industrial Chemistry in Warsaw. As part of the project, the applicant will purchase the necessary materials for the implementation of the project, i.e. plant raw materials, emulsifiers and other functional additives, vitamins and minerals, excipients, which he will transfer to the Institute. Reference_Aid_programme: SA.42799(2015/X), help_de_minimis: Article 42 du règlement du ministre des infrastructures et du développement du 10 juillet 2015 relatif à l’octroi d’une aide financière par l’Agence polonaise pour le développement de l’entreprise dans le cadre du programme opérationnel «Croissance intelligente» 2014-2020. Dans le cadre du projet, la requérante achètera un service spécialisé (R & D) de l’Institut de recherche, consistant en la mise au point d’un nouveau produit, à l’échelle européenne, sous la forme d’une gamme de produits basés sur une composition unique d’ingrédients actifs obtenus à partir des déchets de l’industrie des herbes: L’endosperme du chardon au lait. Le produit prévu sera disponible sous forme d’une gamme complète de cosmétiques et de compléments alimentaires sous 5 formes conçues pour la régénération et le soin de la peau, des cheveux et des ongles. L’innovation prévue pour le développement du produit consiste en: — teneur élevée en ingrédients d’origine végétale: substances actives et auxiliaires (respectivement 90 % de cosmétiques et 15 % de complément alimentaire) — une composition unique de principes actifs dérivés d’une plante (chardon de lait blanc), destinés à être utilisés dans le complément alimentaire et les cosmétiques, complétant la pénurie de substances nécessaires au bon fonctionnement de l’organisme — une combinaison dans le produit développé de substances actives, c’est-à-dire des acides gras non saturés essentiels (nnKT), des antioxydants et des protéines obtenus d’une plante — une biodégradabilité élevée — l’introduction de nouvelles formes de complément alimentaire, ce qui augmentera l’absorption de protéines précieuses, de vitamines, de minéraux, de nnKT. Le résultat du projet, sous forme de développement d’un produit innovant, sera possible grâce à la fourniture de services de R & D par l’Institut de chimie industrielle de Varsovie. Juli 2015 über die finanzielle Unterstützung der polnischen Agentur für Unternehmensentwicklung im Rahmen des operationellen Programms „Intelligentes Wachstum“ 2014-2020. Im Rahmen des Projekts wird die Klägerin vom Forschungsinstitut eine spezialisierte Dienstleistung (F & E) erwerben, die in der Entwicklung eines neuen Produkts auf europäischer Ebene in Form einer Produktpalette besteht, die auf einer einzigartigen Zusammensetzung von Wirkstoffen aus dem Abfallmaterial der Kräuterindustrie beruht: Milchdistels Endosperm. Das geplante Produkt wird als umfassendes Sortiment an Kosmetika und Nahrungsergänzungsmitteln in 5 Formen zur Regeneration und Pflege von Haut, Haaren und Nägeln erhältlich sein. Die für die Entwicklung des Produkts geplante Innovation besteht aus: — hoher Gehalt an Inhaltsstoffen pflanzlichen Ursprungs: Wirkstoffe und Hilfsstoffe (90 % Kosmetik und 15 % Nahrungsergänzungsmittel) – eine einzigartige Zusammensetzung der Wirkstoffe aus einer Pflanze (weiße Milchdistel), zur Verwendung in Nahrungsergänzungsmitteln und Kosmetika, ergänzt den Mangel an Substanzen, die für das reibungslose Funktionieren des Körpers notwendig sind – eine Kombination im entwickelten Produkt von Wirkstoffen, d. h. essentielle ungesättigte Fettsäuren (nnKT), Antioxidantien und Proteine aus einer Pflanze – hohe biologische Abbaubarkeit – die Einführung neuer Formen von Nahrungsergänzungsmitteln, die die Aufnahme wertvoller Proteine, Vitamine, Mineralstoffe, nnKT erhöhen. Das Ergebnis des Projekts in Form der Entwicklung eines innovativen Produkts wird durch die Bereitstellung von F & E-Dienstleistungen durch das Institut für Industriechemie in Warschau möglich sein. In het kader van het project koopt de aanvrager een gespecialiseerde dienst (O & O) van het Onderzoeksinstituut, bestaande uit de ontwikkeling van een nieuw product, op Europese schaal, in de vorm van een reeks producten op basis van een unieke samenstelling van werkzame stoffen uit het afvalmateriaal van de kruidindustrie: het endosperm van mariadistel. Het geplande product zal beschikbaar zijn als een uitgebreide lijn van cosmetica en voedingssupplement in 5 vormen ontworpen voor regeneratie en verzorging van huid, haar en nagels. De voor de ontwikkeling van het product geplande innovatie bestaat uit: — hoog gehalte aan ingrediënten van plantaardige oorsprong: werkzame stoffen en hulpstoffen (respectievelijk 90 % cosmetica en 15 % voedingssupplement) — een unieke samenstelling van werkzame stoffen afkomstig van één plant (witte mariadistel), voor gebruik in het voedingssupplement en cosmetica, ter aanvulling van het tekort aan stoffen die nodig zijn voor de goede werking van het lichaam — een combinatie in het ontwikkelde product van werkzame stoffen, d.w.z. essentiële onverzadigde vetzuren (nnKT), antioxidanten en eiwitten verkregen uit één plant — hoge biologische afbreekbaarheid — de introductie van nieuwe vormen van voedingssupplement, waardoor de opname van waardevolle eiwitten, vitaminen, mineralen, nnKT zal toenemen. Het resultaat van het project in de vorm van de ontwikkeling van een innovatief product zal mogelijk zijn door de verlening van O & O-diensten door het Instituut voor Industriële Chemie in Warschau.
