Głównym celem inwestycji jest wzmocnienie potencjału produkcyjnego i konkurencyjności Zakładu Produkcji Rynkowo-Eksportowej „TOP-POL” Artur Topolski poprzez wdrożenie własnej, nowej technologii, jak dotąd nie stosowanej na świecie - etykiet z tworzyw sztucznych z równoczesnym wykonaniem różnych wersji tłoczenia na produkcie jako pochodnych moletu w arkuszowym druku offsetowym. Innowacyjna technologia produkcji jest opracowaniem własnym Wnioskodawcy, wykorzystującym rozwiązanie zgłoszone przez przedsiębiorstwo w Urzędzie Patentowym RP. W efekcie wdrożenia innowacyjnej technologii zostanie uruchomiona produkcja dotychczas nie oferowanych na rynku międzynarodowym produktów – etykiet z tworzyw sztucznych z moletem ułatwiającym ich separację w procesie aplikowania etykiety i naniesioną informacją wypukłą oraz spełniających wymogi prawne dotyczące opakowań przeznaczonych do kontaktu z żywnością. Projekt będzie realizowany w okresie od 01.03.2019 r. do 30.09.2020 r. i swoim zakresem obejmuje 2 etapy: 1. Zakup, dostawa i instalacja środków trwałych niezbędnych do wdrożenia do oferty firmy innowacyjnego produktu. 2. Budowa i instalacja innowacyjnego modułu w maszynie drukującej i uruchomienie produkcji nowych produktów. Dzięki wdrożeniu opracowanego rozwiązania technologicznego planowany jest dalszy, dynamiczny wzrost sprzedaży na rynku krajowym i rynkach zagranicznych w branży. (Polish)

The main objective of the investment is to strengthen the production potential and competitiveness of the Market-Export Production Plant “TOP-POL” Artur Topolski through the implementation of his own new technology, which has not yet been used in the world – plastic labels with the simultaneous execution of various versions of pressing on the product as derivatives of molet in sheet offset printing. Innovative production technology is the development of the Applicant’s own development, using the solution submitted by the company in the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland. As a result of the implementation of the innovative technology, the production of products not yet offered on the international market – plastic labels with molet to facilitate their separation in the application of the label and provided with convex information and complying with legal requirements for food contact packaging will be launched. The project will be implemented in the period from 01.03.2019 to 30.09.2020 and covers 2 stages: 1. Purchase, supply and installation of fixed assets necessary to implement an innovative product to the company’s offer. 2. Construction and installation of an innovative module in the printing machine and launching the production of new products. Thanks to the implementation of the developed technological solution, a further dynamic growth of sales on the domestic and foreign markets in the industry is planned. (English)

L’objectif principal de l’investissement est de renforcer le potentiel de production et la compétitivité de l’usine de production d’exportation «TOP-POL» d’Artur Topolski en mettant en œuvre sa propre nouvelle technologie, qui n’est pas encore utilisée dans le monde — des étiquettes en plastique avec exécution simultanée de différentes versions d’estampage sur le produit comme dérivés d’une mole dans l’impression offset de feuilles. La technologie de production innovante est le développement propre de la requérante, utilisant la solution proposée par la société à l’Office des brevets de la République de Pologne. Grâce à la mise en œuvre de la technologie innovante, la production de produits qui ne sont pas encore offerts sur le marché international sera lancée — des étiquettes en plastique avec des articulations facilitant leur séparation dans le processus d’application de l’étiquette et fournies avec des informations convexes et conformes aux exigences légales relatives aux emballages en contact avec des denrées alimentaires. Le projet sera mis en œuvre du 1er mars 2019 au 30 septembre 2020 et couvrira deux phases: 1. Achat, fourniture et installation d’immobilisations nécessaires à la mise en œuvre d’un produit innovant à l’offre de l’entreprise. 2. Construction et installation d’un module innovant dans la machine d’impression et lancement de la production de nouveaux produits. Grâce à la mise en œuvre de la solution technologique développée, une nouvelle croissance dynamique des ventes sur le marché intérieur et sur les marchés étrangers de l’industrie est prévue. (French)

Hauptziel der Investition ist es, das Produktionspotenzial und die Wettbewerbsfähigkeit der Markt-Exportproduktionsanlage von Artur Topolski „TOP-POL“ zu stärken, indem eine eigene neue Technologie implementiert wird, die in der Welt noch nicht verwendet wird – Kunststoffetiketten mit gleichzeitiger Ausführung verschiedener Versionen des Stempelns auf dem Produkt als Derivate eines Mol im Bogenoffsetdrucks. Innovative Produktionstechnologie ist die eigene Entwicklung des Antragstellers und nutzt die Lösung, die das Unternehmen beim Patentamt der Republik Polen vorgeschlagen hat. Durch die Einführung der innovativen Technologie wird die Produktion von Produkten, die noch nicht auf dem internationalen Markt angeboten werden, ins Leben gerufen – Kunststoffetiketten mit Knöcheln, die ihre Trennung bei der Anwendung des Etiketts erleichtern und konvexe Informationen erhalten und die gesetzlichen Anforderungen für Lebensmittelkontaktverpackungen erfüllen. Das Projekt wird vom 01.03.2019 bis zum 30.9.2020 durchgeführt und umfasst zwei Phasen: 1. Kauf, Lieferung und Installation von Anlagegütern, die erforderlich sind, um ein innovatives Produkt in das Angebot des Unternehmens umzusetzen. 2. Bau und Installation eines innovativen Moduls in der Druckmaschine und Einführung neuer Produkte. Dank der Implementierung der entwickelten technologischen Lösung ist ein weiteres dynamisches Wachstum des Umsatzes auf dem Inlands- und Auslandsmarkt in der Branche geplant. (German)

Het hoofddoel van de investering is het versterken van het productiepotentieel en het concurrentievermogen van de „TOP-POL” Market-Export Production Plant van Artur Topolski door de toepassing van haar eigen nieuwe technologie, die nog niet in de wereld wordt gebruikt — plastic etiketten met gelijktijdige uitvoering van verschillende versies van stempelen op het product als derivaten van een mol in offsetdruk. Innovatieve productietechnologie is de eigen ontwikkeling van de aanvrager, waarbij gebruik wordt gemaakt van de door het bedrijf bij het Octrooibureau van de Republiek Polen voorgestelde oplossing. Als gevolg van de toepassing van de innovatieve technologie zal de productie van producten die nog niet op de internationale markt worden aangeboden, worden gelanceerd — plastic etiketten met knokkels die hun scheiding tijdens het aanbrengen van het etiket vergemakkelijken en voorzien zijn van convexe informatie en voldoen aan de wettelijke voorschriften voor verpakkingen die met levensmiddelen in contact komen. Het project wordt uitgevoerd van 1.3.2019 tot en met 30.9.2020 en omvat twee fasen: 1. Aankoop, levering en installatie van vaste activa die nodig zijn om een innovatief product in het aanbod van het bedrijf te implementeren. 2. Bouw en installatie van een innovatieve module in de drukmachine en lancering van de productie van nieuwe producten. Dankzij de implementatie van de ontwikkelde technologische oplossing is een verdere dynamische groei van de verkoop op de binnenlandse markt en buitenlandse markten in de industrie gepland. (Dutch)
