Przedmiotem niniejszego projektu jest wdrożenie nowej technologii produkcji oraz uruchomieniu na jej podstawie wytwarzania znacząco ulepszonych, w stosunku do dotychczas wytwarzanych na terytorium Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej produktów: - Nowy typ materiału do hydroizolacji dla budownictwa - sprasowane pyły do hydroizolacji; - Nowy typ mieszanek stabilizacyjnych wytwarzanych na bazie nowego typu lepiszcza do stabilizacji gruntu - sprasowanych pyłów. Głównym celem projektu jest wdrożenie innowacyjnej, własnej technologii przeróbki odpadowych hałd kruszywa i wytwarzania innowacyjnych produktów, poprzez stworzenie dedykowanej i indywidualnie zsyntezowanej linii technologicznej dla produkcji nowych produktów, jako strategii uzyskania przewagi konkurencyjnej. W ramach realizowanego projektu przedsiębiorstwo zamierza wdrożyć w życie innowacyjną, niespotykaną na skalę kraju, całkowicie bezodpadową technologię przerobu kruszyw i wytworzyć dzięki jej zastosowaniu oraz dzięki opracowanej we własnym zakresie procedurze produkcyjnej, nowe produkty o unikalnych właściwościach, o przeznaczeniu dla budownictwa jednorodzinnego, przemysłowego jak i drogowego. The subject of this project is the implementation of the new production technology and the launch of the production of significantly improved products on the territory of the Republic of Poland: — A new type of waterproofing material for construction – compressed waterproofing dusts; — A new type of stabilisation mixtures produced on the basis of a new type of primer for soil stabilisation – pressed dust. The main objective of the project is to implement innovative, own technology for processing waste heaps of aggregates and the production of innovative products, by creating a dedicated and individually synthesised technological line for the production of new products, as a strategy for gaining a competitive advantage. Within the framework of the project, the company intends to implement an innovative, unprecedented country-wide, completely waste-free aggregate processing technology and its application, and thanks to its own production procedure, new products with unique properties, intended for single-family, industrial and road construction. L’objet de ce projet est la mise en œuvre de la nouvelle technologie de production et la mise en service de la production de produits considérablement améliorés sur la base de celle-ci, par rapport aux produits précédemment fabriqués en Pologne: — Un nouveau type de matériau d’étanchéité pour la construction — poussières comprimées pour l’étanchéité; — Un nouveau type de mélanges de stabilisation produits sur la base d’un nouveau type de liant pour stabiliser le sol — poussières comprimées. L’objectif principal du projet est de mettre en œuvre une technologie propre et innovante pour le traitement des tas de déchets de granulats et la production de produits innovants, en créant une ligne technologique dédiée et synthétisée individuellement pour la production de nouveaux produits, comme stratégie pour gagner un avantage concurrentiel. Dans le cadre du projet, l’entreprise a l’intention de mettre en œuvre une technologie innovante et sans déchets pour le traitement des granulats, sans précédent à l’échelle nationale, et de produire de nouveaux produits aux propriétés uniques pour la construction monofamiliale, industrielle et routière, grâce à sa propre procédure de production. Gegenstand dieses Projektes ist die Umsetzung der neuen Produktionstechnologie und die Inbetriebnahme der Produktion von deutlich verbesserten Produkten auf der Grundlage dieser Technologie im Vergleich zu den zuvor in Polen hergestellten Produkten: — Eine neue Art von Abdichtungsmaterial für den Bau – komprimierte Stäube für die Abdichtung; — Eine neue Art von Stabilisierungsgemische, die auf der Grundlage einer neuen Art von Bindemittel zur Stabilisierung des Bodens – komprimierter Staub hergestellt werden. Hauptziel des Projektes ist es, innovative, eigene Technologie zur Behandlung von Abfallmengen von Aggregaten und die Produktion innovativer Produkte zu implementieren, indem eine spezielle und individuell synthetisierte Technologielinie für die Produktion neuer Produkte geschaffen wird, um einen Wettbewerbsvorteil zu erzielen. Im Rahmen des Projekts will das Unternehmen eine innovative, völlig abfallfreie Technologie für die Verarbeitung von Granulaten einführen, die auf nationaler Ebene beispiellos ist, und neue Produkte mit einzigartigen Eigenschaften für den Einfamilien-, Industrie- und Straßenbau zu produzieren, dank seines eigenen Herstellungsverfahrens. Het doel van dit project is de invoering van de nieuwe productietechnologie en de inbedrijfstelling van de productie van aanzienlijk verbeterde producten op basis daarvan, in vergelijking met de producten die eerder in Polen werden vervaardigd: Een nieuw type waterdicht materiaal voor de bouw — samengeperst stof voor het waterdicht maken; Een nieuw type stabilisatiemengsels geproduceerd op basis van een nieuw type bindmiddel om de grond te stabiliseren — samengeperst stof. Het belangrijkste doel van het project is het implementeren van innovatieve, eigen technologie voor de verwerking van afvalhopen van aggregaten en de productie van innovatieve producten, door een specifieke en individueel gesynthetiseerde technologische lijn voor de productie van nieuwe producten te creëren, als een strategie om een concurrentievoordeel te behalen. In het kader van het project is het bedrijf van plan om een innovatieve, volledig afvalvrije technologie te implementeren voor de verwerking van aggregaten, die op nationale schaal ongekend is, en om nieuwe producten te produceren met unieke eigenschappen voor eengezins-, industriële en wegenbouw, dankzij haar eigen productieprocedure.
