Αντικείμενο του έργου είναι η στήριξη και ενίσχυση του θεσμού της εξειδικευμένης εκπαιδευτικής υποστήριξης για ένταξη μαθητών με αναπηρία ή/και ειδικές εκπαιδευτικές ανάγκες, για το σχολικό έτος 2017-2018. Ως «Μαθητές με Αναπηρία ή/και Ειδικές Εκπαιδευτικές ανάγκες» θεωρούνται όσοι για ολόκληρη ή ορισμένη περίοδο της σχολικής τους ζωής εμφανίζουν σημαντικές δυσκολίες μάθησης εξαιτίας αισθητηριακών, νοητικών, γνωστικών, αναπτυξιακών προβλημάτων, ψυχικών και νευροψυχικών διαταραχών οι οποίες, σύμφωνα με τη διεπιστημονική αξιολόγηση, επηρεάζουν τη διαδικασία της σχολικής προσαρμογής και μάθησης. Ειδικότερα, το έργο αφορά αφορά στη στελέχωση των μονάδων Πρωτοβάθμιας και Δευτεροβάθμιας Εκπαίδευσης με το αναγκαίο Ειδικό Βοηθητικό Προσωπικό (ΕΒΠ) για την εξυπηρέτηση των μαθητών που αδυνατούν να αυτοεξυπηρετηθούν, καθώς και με Ειδικό Εκπαιδευτικό Προσωπικό (ΕΕΠ) για όσους μαθητές χρήζουν σχετικής υποστήριξης. Η εξειδικευμένη εκπαιδευτική υποστήριξη των ΑμΕΑ είναι μία έμπρακτη εφαρμογή προς την κατεύθυνση της κοινωνικής ενσωμάτωσης των ΑμεΑ στη σχολική τάξη του γενικού σχολείου και κατ' επέκταση στη σχολική κοινότητα. Αυτό θα έχει ως αποτέλεσμα τη βελτίωση της προσβασιμότητας των ΑμεΑ στο κοινωνικό γίγνεσθαι και την αντιμετώπιση του κοινωνικού αποκλεισμού. (Greek)

The aim of the project is to support and strengthen the institution of specialised educational support for the integration of disabled and/or special educational needs, for the 2017-2018 school year. “Students with disabilities and/or Special Educational Needs” are considered to be those who have significant learning difficulties due to sensory, mental, cognitive, developmental problems, mental and neuropsychic disorders which, according to interdisciplinary evaluation, affect the process of school adaptation and learning. In particular, the project concerns the staffing of Primary and Secondary Education units with the necessary Special Assistant Personnel (SIC) to serve students who are unable to serve themselves, as well as with Special Educational Staff (SPDs) for those students who need relevant support. The specialised educational support of disabled people is a practical application towards the social integration of disabled people into the classroom of the general school and thus in the school community. This will result in improving the accessibility of people with disabilities to social processes and tackling social exclusion. (English)

L’objectif du projet est de soutenir et de renforcer l’institution d’un soutien éducatif spécialisé pour l’intégration des étudiants handicapés et/ou des besoins éducatifs spéciaux, pour l’année scolaire 2017-2018. Les apprenants handicapés et/ou ayant des besoins éducatifs spéciaux sont ceux qui, pendant une certaine période ou pendant une certaine période de leur vie scolaire, ont des difficultés d’apprentissage importantes en raison de problèmes sensoriels, mentaux, cognitifs, de troubles du développement, de troubles mentaux et neuropsychologiques qui, selon l’évaluation interdisciplinaire, affectent le processus d’adaptation et d’apprentissage à l’école. En particulier, le projet concerne la dotation en effectifs des unités d’enseignement primaire et secondaire dotées du personnel auxiliaire spécial (SPA) nécessaire pour desservir les élèves incapables de servir eux-mêmes, ainsi que du personnel éducatif spécial (SEP) pour les élèves ayant besoin d’un soutien approprié. L’aide éducative spécialisée aux personnes handicapées est une application pratique pour l’intégration sociale des personnes handicapées dans la classe scolaire de l’école générale et donc dans la communauté scolaire. Cela permettra d’améliorer l’accessibilité des personnes handicapées à la société et de lutter contre l’exclusion sociale. (French)

Ziel des Projekts ist es, die Einrichtung spezieller Bildungsförderung für die Integration von Schülern mit Behinderungen und/oder besonderen Bildungsbedürfnissen für das Schuljahr 2017-2018 zu unterstützen und zu stärken. Lernende mit Behinderungen und/oder besonderen Bildungsbedürfnissen sind diejenigen, die für einen ganzen oder einen bestimmten Zeitraum ihres Schullebens erhebliche Lernschwierigkeiten aufgrund sensorischer, geistiger, kognitiver, Entwicklungsprobleme, psychischer und neuropsychologischer Störungen haben, die nach der interdisziplinären Bewertung den Prozess der Schulanpassung und des Lernens beeinflussen. Das Projekt betrifft insbesondere die Personalausstattung von Primar- und Sekundarbildungseinheiten mit dem erforderlichen Sonderhilfspersonal (SPA), um Schülern zu dienen, die nicht in der Lage sind, sich selbst zu bedienen, sowie Sonderpädagogik (SEP) für Studierende, die eine entsprechende Unterstützung benötigen. Spezialisierte Bildungsförderung für Behinderte ist eine praktische Anwendung für die soziale Integration von Menschen mit Behinderungen in den Schulunterricht der allgemeinen Schule und damit in der Schulgemeinschaft. Dies wird zu einer besseren Zugänglichkeit von Menschen mit Behinderungen zur Gesellschaft und zur Bekämpfung der sozialen Ausgrenzung führen. (German)

Het doel van het project is het ondersteunen en versterken van de instelling van gespecialiseerde onderwijsondersteuning voor de integratie van studenten met een handicap en/of speciale onderwijsbehoeften, voor het schooljaar 2017-2018. Leerlingen met een handicap en/of speciale onderwijsbehoeften zijn degenen die gedurende een hele of een bepaalde periode van hun schoolleven aanzienlijke leermoeilijkheden hebben als gevolg van zintuiglijke, mentale, cognitieve, ontwikkelingsproblemen, mentale en neuropsychologische aandoeningen die, volgens interdisciplinaire evaluatie, van invloed zijn op het aanpassings- en leerproces op school. Het project heeft met name betrekking op de personeelsbezetting van eenheden voor basis- en voortgezet onderwijs met het nodige speciaal hulppersoneel (SPA’s) om leerlingen te bedienen die niet in staat zijn zichzelf te bedienen, en op speciaal onderwijspersoneel (SEP) voor studenten die relevante ondersteuning nodig hebben. Gespecialiseerde onderwijsondersteuning voor gehandicapten is een praktische toepassing voor de sociale integratie van mensen met een handicap in het schoollokaal van de algemene school en dus in de schoolgemeenschap. Dit zal leiden tot een betere toegankelijkheid van mensen met een handicap tot de samenleving en tot de bestrijding van sociale uitsluiting. (Dutch)
