L'OBIETTIVO E' DI REALIZZARE DEI PRODOTTI ATTENTI ALL'AMBIENTE MA ALLO STESSO TEMPO ATTENTI ALLA SALUTE DEL CONSUMATORE. PER OTTENERE QUESTI OBIETTIVI IL PROGETTO OPERERA' SU DUE DIREZIONI. LA *individuo*UNZIONALI, NUTRACEUTICI E SALUTARI. LA SECONDA E' LA NECESSITA' DI RIORGANIZZARE I PROCESSI PRODUTTIVI DELL'AZIENDA PER ADATTARLI ALLA PRODUZIONE DI NUOVI PRODOTTI CON LO SCOPO DI RENDERE IL PROCESSO PIU' EFFICIENTE ED EFFICACE.     THE PROPOSED PROJECT FITS INTO THE “SMART AGRIFOOD” SPECIALISATION AND IS CONSISTENT WITH THE REGIONAL RIS3 DOCUMENT FOR A VARIETY OF REASONS. IT AIMS TO SUPPORT THE DEVELOPMENT OF NEW PRODUCTS IN THE AGRI-FOOD SECTOR, IN PARTICULAR BIOLOGICALS, ETHICAL PRODUCTS, AND GLUTAEN FREE, WHICH TEND TO MEET THE DEMANDS AND TRENDS OF HEALTH WHICH ARE INCREASINGLY SPECIFIC AND SPECIFIC TO THE NATURAL AND HEALTH ASPECTS OF THE SECTOR. THE AIM IS TO PRODUCE ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY PRODUCTS BUT AT THE SAME TIME ARE CONSCIOUS OF THE HEALTH OF THE CONSUMER. IN ORDER TO ACHIEVE THESE OBJECTIVES, THE PROJECT WILL OPERATE IN TWO WAYS. IN PROCESS INNOVATION, PARTICULAR ATTENTION WILL BE GIVEN TO ACTIVE AGEING AND ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT. (English)

LA SECONDE EST LA NÉCESSITÉ DE RÉORGANISER LES PROCESSUS DE PRODUCTION DE L’ENTREPRISE POUR LES ADAPTER À LA PRODUCTION DE NOUVEAUX PRODUITS AFIN DE RENDRE LE PROCESSUS PLUS EFFICACE ET EFFICACE.
