Projekt skierowany jest do 190 uczniów i uczennic szkół zawodowych powiatu czarnkowsko-trzcianeckiego (PCT), w tym z Zespołu Szkół w Czarnkowie (ZSC) 100 uczniów/ennic (42 k i 58 m ), Zespołu Szkół Technicznych w Trzciance (ZSTT) 80 uczniów/ennic (20 k i 60 m), Zespołu Szkół w Trzciance (ZSPT) 10 uczniów, a także 14 (4 k i 10 m) nauczycieli i nauczycielek przedmiotów zawodowych pracujący w ZS w Czarnkowie, ZST w Trzciance oraz Centrum Kształcenia Zawodowego w Czarnkowie (CKZ).Cel główny projektu zakłada do 30.04.2022 r. podniesienie zdolności do zatrudnienia 190 (62 k i 128 m) uczniów/nnic ZS w Czarnkowie, ZST w Trzciance i ZS w Trzciance (teren woj. wlkp.) poprzez podniesienie kwalifikacji i kompetencji zawodowych tych uczniów/ennic oraz zwiększenie kwalifikacji i kompetencji zawodowych 14 (4 k i 10 m) nauczycieli/lek. Cel osiągnięty zostanie poprzez realizację dla uczniów/ennic staży i praktyk zawodowych w przedsiębiorstwach, dodatkowych kursów zawodowych, zajęć metodą projektu, poradnictwo zawodowe, doposażenie pracowni szkolnych i CKZ-u oraz kursy doskonalące dla nauczycieli/lek.Projekt realizowany będzie w okresie od 01.06.2020 do 30.04.2022 roku w ZSC, ZST, ZSTT, CKZ. Wszystkie zadania przewidziane do realizacji w ramach projektu wynikają z zapisów indywidualnych Diagnoz opracowanych przez www. szkoły i CKZ przy pomocy merytorycznej Centrum Doskonalenia Nauczycieli w Pile, zatwierdzonej przez organ prowadzący - Powiat Czarnkowsko-Trzcianecki (PCT). Wszystkie zadania real. będą z poszanowaniem zasady równości szans i niedyskryminacji. Projektem objęci zostaną ucz. uczący/e się w zawodach technik: pojazdów sam., logistyk, mechatronik, spedytor, budownictwa, informatyk, organizacji reklamy oraz ślusarz i mechanik sam. Kierunki objęte wsparciem zgodne są z zapotrzebowaniem na rynku pracy w branżach zidentyfkowanych jako branże o największym potencjale rozwój. oraz w zawodami deficytowymi w PCT i powiatach ościennych. The project is aimed at 190 students and students of the Vocational Schools of the Czarnków-Tutian County (PCT), including the School Complex in Czarnków (ZSC) 100 students/ennics (42 k and 58 m), the Technical School Complex in Trzciance (ZSTT) 80 students/ennics (20 k and 60 m), the School Complex in Trzciance (ZSPT) 10 students, as well as 14 (4 k and 10 m) teachers and teachers of professional subjects working at the ZS in Czarnków, ZST in Trzciance and the Centre for Vocational Education in Czarnków (CKZ). The main objective of the project is to increase the employability of 190 students (62 k and 128 m) of ZS in Czarnków, ZST in Trzciance and ZS in Trzciance until 30.04.2022 by improving the qualifications and professional competences of these students and increasing the professional qualifications and competences of 14 (4 k and 10 m) teachers/medicines. The objective will be achieved through the implementation of internships and apprenticeships in enterprises, additional vocational courses, project-based activities, vocational guidance, retrofitting of school and CKZ workshops and improvement courses for teachers/medicines. The project will be implemented from 01.06.2020 to 30.04.2022 at the ZSC, ZST, ZST, CKZ. All the tasks to be carried out under the project result from individual Diagnosis records developed by the schools and the CPC with the help of the substantive Centre for Teacher Improvement in Pila, approved by the leading authority – the Czrynkowsko-Tutcianecki District (PCT). All real tasks will respect the principles of equal opportunities and non-discrimination. The project will include teaching students in the profession of technicians: vehicles alone, logistics, mechatronics, forwarder, construction, IT, advertising organisation and locksmith and mechanic himself. The supported directions are in line with the demand on the labour market in industries identified as sectors with the greatest potential for development. and in the deficit competitions in PCT and neighbouring districts. Le projet s’adresse à 190 étudiants et étudiants des écoles professionnelles du comté de Czarnków-Tutian (PCT), y compris le complexe scolaire de Czarnków (ZSC) 100 élèves/ennics (42 k et 58 m), le complexe technique de Trzciance (ZSTT) 80 élèves/ennics (20 k et 60 m), le complexe scolaire de Trzciance (ZSPT) 10 élèves, ainsi que 14 enseignants et enseignants de matières professionnelles travaillant au ZS de Czarnków, à la ZST à Trzciance et au Centre d’enseignement professionnel de Czarnków (CKZ), l’objectif principal du projet est d’accroître l’employabilité de 190 étudiants (62 k et 128 m) de ZS à Czarnków, ZST à Trzciance et ZS à Trzciance jusqu’au 30.04.2022 en améliorant les qualifications et les compétences professionnelles de ces étudiants et en augmentant les qualifications et les compétences professionnelles de 14 enseignants/medicines (4 k et 10 m). L’objectif sera atteint par la mise en œuvre de stages et d’apprentissages dans les entreprises, de cours professionnels supplémentaires, d’activités axées sur des projets, d’orientations professionnelles, de modernisation des ateliers scolaires et CKZ et de cours d’amélioration pour les enseignants/médicaments. Le projet sera mis en œuvre du 01.06.2020 au 30.04.2022 au ZSC, ZST, ZST, CKZ. Toutes les tâches à exécuter dans le cadre du projet résultent de dossiers de diagnostic individuels élaborés par les écoles et le CPC avec l’aide du Centre d’amélioration des enseignants de Pila, approuvé par l’autorité principale — le district de Czrynkowsko-Tutcianecki (PCT). Toutes les tâches réelles respecteront les principes d’égalité des chances et de non-discrimination. Le projet inclura des étudiants dans la profession de technicien: véhicules seuls, logistique, mécatronique, transitaire, construction, informatique, organisation publicitaire et serrurier et mécanicien lui-même. Les orientations soutenues sont conformes à la demande sur le marché du travail dans les secteurs considérés comme les secteurs présentant le plus grand potentiel de développement et à la concurrence déficitaire dans le cadre du PCT et des districts voisins. Das Projekt richtet sich an 190 Studenten und Studenten der Berufsschulen des Landkreises Czarnków-Tutian (PCT), einschließlich des Schulkomplexes in Czarnków (ZSC) 100 Studenten/Fachschulen (42 k und 58 m), des Technischen Schulkomplexes in Trzciance (ZSTT) 80 Studenten/Ennik (20 k und 60 m), der Schulkomplex in Trzciance (ZSPT) 10 Studenten, das Hauptziel des Projekts ist die Verbesserung der Beschäftigungsfähigkeit von 190 Schülern (62 k und 128 m) des ZS in Czarnków, ZST in Trzciów, ZST in Trzciance und ZS in Trzciance bis 30.04.2022 durch die Verbesserung der Qualifikationen und beruflichen Kompetenzen dieser Schüler und die Erhöhung der beruflichen Qualifikationen und Kompetenzen von 14 (4 k und 10 m) Lehrer/Medizin. Das Ziel wird erreicht durch die Umsetzung von Praktika und Ausbildungen in Unternehmen, zusätzliche berufliche Kurse, projektbezogene Aktivitäten, Berufsberatung, Nachrüstung von Schul- und CKZ-Workshops und Verbesserungskurse für Lehrer/Medizin. Das Projekt wird vom 01.06.2020 bis zum 30.04.2022 im ZSC, ZST, ZST, CKZ durchgeführt. Alle im Rahmen des Projekts durchzuführenden Aufgaben ergeben sich aus individuellen Diagnoseunterlagen, die von den Schulen und der CPC mit Hilfe des inhaltlichen Zentrums für Lehrerverbesserung in Pila entwickelt wurden und von der führenden Behörde – dem Bezirk Czrynkowsko-Tutcianecki (PCT) – genehmigt wurden. Bei allen wirklichen Aufgaben werden die Grundsätze der Chancengleichheit und der Nichtdiskriminierung beachtet. Das Projekt umfasst Studenten im Beruf der Techniker: Fahrzeuge allein, Logistik, Mechatronik, Spediteur, Bau, IT, Werbeorganisation und Schlosser und Mechaniker selbst. Die unterstützten Richtungen stehen im Einklang mit der Nachfrage auf dem Arbeitsmarkt in Industriezweigen mit dem größten Entwicklungspotenzial und den Defizitwettbewerben in PCT und benachbarten Bezirken.
