Celem proj jest poprawa dostępu do edukacji przedszkolnej w gminie Skulsk (należący do Obszaru Strategicznej Interwencji) poprzez trwałe zwiększenie o35 liczby miejsc edukacji przedszkolnej dla 35 dzieci, podniesienie kompetencji 1 nauczycielki, poszerzenie oferty zajęć dodatkowych o logopedię do 31.08.2021 roku. Nowe miejsca edukacji przedszkolnej zostaną utworzone w nowych oddziałach przedszkolnych w Skulsku oraz Wandowie -oddział Gminnego Przedszkola w Skulsku w dostosowanej bazie lokalowej dla dzieci 3 - 6 letnich. Z danych GUS BDL wynika, iż w 2018 z przedziału 3-6 latna 251 dzieci, 43% to dziewczynki, 57% chłopcy dlatego podobny współczynnik przyjęto w proj.Potrzeba utworzenia nowych miejsc edukacji przedszkolnej w Gminie Skulsk wynika z niewystarczającej liczby miejsc edukacji przedszkolnej w Gminie - wroku 2018, ze względu na zniesienie obowiązku szkolnego 6-latków, brakuje miejsc dla 67 dzieci, obecnie w GS są 180 miejsca przedszkolne (148 w OWP oraz 32 w oddziałach przedszkolnych przy szkołach podstawowych). W roku 2018 w całej Gminie zabrakło 71 miejsc, w 2019 – 69 miejsc, w 2020 – 70 miejsc, w 2021 – 72 miejsca, w 2022 - 75 miejsc, w 2023 - 75 miejsc. W proj zrealizowane zostaną następ. działania:1. utworzenie nowych 35 miejsc wychowania przedszkolnego w Gminie, w dwóch placówkach2. sfinansowanie bieżących kosztów utrzymania nowych 35 miejsc edukacji przedszkolnej przez 12 m-cy.3. rozszerzenie oferty OWP o zajęcia zwiększające szanse edukacyjne dzieci - o zajęcia stymulujące rozwój psychoruchowy – 35 dzieci, zajęcia w formiezabawy z językiem angielskim dla 35 dzieci oraz zajęcia logopedyczne dla 30 dzieci (ponad 85% małych dzieci ma problemy z wymową i niezbędne w tymwieku jest wspomaganie mowy), w tym indywidualne dla 15 dzieci, u których diagnoza wykaże taką potrzebę.4. studia podyplomowe dla 1 nauczycielki.Rezultaty: - Liczba miejsc wychowania przedszkolnego dofin. w programie - 35. The aim of the project is to improve access to pre-school education in the municipality of Skulsk (which belongs to the Strategic Intervention Area) by permanently increasing the number of pre-school education places for 35 children, increasing the competences of 1 teacher, extending the offer of additional courses with speech therapies until 31.08.2021. New places of pre-school education will be created in the new pre-school units in Skulsk and Wandów – a department of the Municipal Preschool in Skulsk in a tailored home base for children of 3-6 years old. Data from GUS BDL show that in 2018 251 children, 43 % are girls, 57 % boys were adopted in 2018 from the age of 3-6 years.The need to create new pre-school places in the municipality of Skulsk is due to the insufficient number of pre-school places in the Municipality – in 2018, due to the abolition of the compulsory schooling of 6-year-olds, there are no seats for 67 children, currently in GS there are 180 pre-school places (148 in the PLO and 32 in pre-school units in primary schools). L’objectif du projet est d’améliorer l’accès à l’enseignement préscolaire dans la municipalité de Skulsk (qui appartient à la zone d’intervention stratégique) en augmentant de manière permanente le nombre de places d’enseignement préscolaire pour 35 enfants, en augmentant les compétences d’un enseignant et en étendant jusqu’au 31 août 2 021 l’offre de cours supplémentaires de thérapie de la parole. De nouveaux lieux d’enseignement préscolaire seront créés dans les nouvelles unités préscolaires de Skulsk et de Wandów — un département de l’école préscolaire municipale de Skulsk dans une base d’accueil sur mesure pour les enfants de 3 à 6 ans. Ziel des Projekts ist es, den Zugang zur Vorschulbildung in der Gemeinde Skulsk (die zum Strategischen Interventionsbereich gehört) zu verbessern, indem die Zahl der vorschulischen Bildungsplätze für 35 Kinder dauerhaft erhöht wird, die Kompetenzen von 1 Lehrern erhöht werden, das Angebot zusätzlicher Kurse mit Sprachtherapien bis zum 31.08.2021 erweitert wird. Neue Orte der Vorschulbildung werden in den neuen Vorschuleinheiten in Skulsk und Wandów geschaffen – eine Abteilung der städtischen Vorschule in Skulsk in einer maßgeschneiderten Heimbasis für Kinder von 3-6 Jahren. Daten von GUS BDL zeigen, dass im Jahr 2018 251 Kinder, 43 % Mädchen sind, 57 % Jungen wurden im Jahr 2018 ab dem Alter von 3-6 Jahren adoptiert.Die Notwendigkeit, neue Vorschulplätze in der Gemeinde Skulsk zu schaffen, ist auf die unzureichende Anzahl der Vorschulplätze in der Gemeinde zurückzuführen – im Jahr 2018, aufgrund der Abschaffung der Schulpflicht von 6-Jährigen gibt es keine Plätze für 67 Kinder, derzeit gibt es in GS 180 Vorschulplätze (148 in der PLO und 32 in Vorschuleinheiten in Grundschulen).
