W wyniku realizacji projektu poprawi się funkcjonalności, estetyki przestrzeni wsi Przekolno. Przedmiot projektu obejmuje kompleksową modernizację i rozwój infrastruktury społecznej oraz zagospodarowanie przestrzeni publicznych: • Zagospodarowanie centralnego placu w Przekolnie, po byłym zbiorniku wodnym. • Zagospodarowanie placu przy świetlicy i bibliotece dla poprawienia warunków organizacji corocznych dni Integracji Rodzin, jak również do celów spotkań osób dorosłych. • Modernizacja obiektu świetlicy wiejskiej. Termomodernizacja świetlicy wiejskiej i biblioteki (jeden budynek) poprzez docieplenie ścian budynku warstwą styropianu (zmniejszenie kosztów ogrzewania). Montaż ogniw fotowoltaicznych na dachu świetlicy. • Utworzenie bezpiecznego przystanku dla dzieci i młodzieży dojeżdżającej do szkół oraz przedszkola – poprzez zagospodarowanie terenu przystanku oraz remont infrastruktury (chodniki, zadaszenie) • Remont zbiornika p.poż w centrum wsi (obecnie powoduje zawodnienie okolicznych terenów publicznych) • Remont dróg i ścieżek komunikacyjnych w centrum wsi (w tym okolice boiska), ze względu na ich znaczny stopień degradacji. Projekt jest spełnieniem oczekiwań mieszkańców. Zaplanowano stworzenie przyjaznej ogólnodostępnej przestrzeni publicznej. Główne etapy realizacji projektu: 1) Prace budowlane, 2) Nadzór inwestorski, 3) Promocja projektu. Szczegółowe informacje dot. rozwiązań technologicznych zamieszczono w pkt 4.1.3.2 SW Realizacja projektu w pełnym przewidzianym we wniosku zakresie umożliwi osiągnięcie pełnej funkcjonalności placu, bez konieczności przeprowadzania dodatkowych działań inwest. Za wdrażanie, realizację i rozlicz. projektu odpowiedz. będą pracownicy Urzędu Miejskiego w Pełczycach. As a result of the implementation of the project, the functionality, aesthetics of the space of the village Przekolno will be improved. The subject of the project includes the comprehensive modernisation and development of social infrastructure and the development of public spaces: • Development of the central square in Przekolno, after the former water reservoir. • Development of the square at the common room and library to improve the organisation of the annual Families Integration Days, as well as for meetings of adults. • Modernisation of the farmhouse. Thermomodernisation of the community centre and library (one building) by warming the walls of the building with a layer of polystyrene (reduced heating costs). Installation of photovoltaic cells on the roof of the common room. • The creation of a safe stop for children and young people commuting to schools and kindergarten – through the development of the area of the stop and renovation of infrastructure (walks, roofing) • Renovation of the fire reservoir in the centre of the village (currently causing the failure of surrounding public areas) • Renovation of roads and communication paths in the centre of the village (including the area around the field), due to their significant degradation. The project meets the expectations of the residents. A friendly public space is planned. The main stages of the project are: 1) Construction work, 2) Investor supervision, 3) Project promotion. Detailed information on technological solutions is provided in section 4.1.3.2 SW Implementation of the project within the full scope of the application will enable the full functionality of the square to be achieved, without the need to carry out additional investment activities. Employees of the Municipal Office in Pełczyce will be responsible for the implementation, implementation and settlement of the project. Detailed information on technical, human resources and knowledge is provided in Sections 3.2.2.1, 3.2.4.3 of the SW. The project is stationary. (English)

Grâce à la mise en œuvre du projet, la fonctionnalité et l’esthétique de l’espace du village de Przekolno seront améliorées. Thermomodernisation du centre communautaire et de la bibliothèque (un bâtiment) en chauffant les murs du bâtiment avec une couche de polystyrène (coûts de chauffage réduits). Installation de cellules photovoltaïques sur le toit de la salle commune. • La création d’un arrêt sûr pour les enfants et les jeunes qui se déplacent vers les écoles et les jardins d’enfants — par le développement de la zone de l’arrêt et la rénovation des infrastructures (marches, toitures) • Rénovation du réservoir d’incendie au centre du village (provoquant actuellement l’échec des espaces publics environnants) • Rénovation des routes et des voies de communication au centre du village (y compris la zone autour du champ), en raison de leur dégradation importante. Le projet répond aux attentes des résidents. Un espace public convivial est prévu. Les principales étapes du projet sont les suivantes: 1) Travaux de construction, 2) supervision des investisseurs, 3) promotion du projet. Des informations détaillées sur les solutions technologiques sont fournies à la section 4.1.3.2 SW La mise en œuvre du projet dans toute la portée de l’application permettra d’atteindre la fonctionnalité complète du carré, sans qu’il soit nécessaire de mener des activités d’investissement supplémentaires. Durch die Umsetzung des Projekts wird die Funktionalität, die Ästhetik des Raumes des Dorfes Przekolno verbessert. Gegenstand des Projekts ist die umfassende Modernisierung und Entwicklung der sozialen Infrastruktur sowie die Entwicklung öffentlicher Räume: • Entwicklung des zentralen Platzes in Przekolno, nach dem ehemaligen Wasserspeicher. • Entwicklung des Platzes im Gemeinschaftsraum und Bibliothek zur Verbesserung der Organisation der jährlichen Familienintegrationstage sowie für Treffen von Erwachsenen. • Modernisierung des Bauernhauses. Thermomodernisierung des Gemeindezentrums und der Bibliothek (ein Gebäude) durch Erwärmung der Wände des Gebäudes mit einer Schicht aus Polystyrol (reduzierte Heizkosten). Installation von Photovoltaikzellen auf dem Dach des Gesellschaftsraums. • Schaffung eines sicheren Haltes für Kinder und Jugendliche, die zu Schulen und Kindergarten pendeln – durch die Entwicklung des Bereichs der Haltestelle und Renovierung der Infrastruktur (Wanderungen, Bedachung) • Renovierung des Feuerreservoirs im Zentrum des Dorfes (derzeit verursacht das Versagen der umliegenden öffentlichen Bereiche) • Renovierung von Straßen und Kommunikationswegen im Zentrum des Dorfes (einschließlich des Bereichs um das Feld) aufgrund ihrer erheblichen Zerstörung. Das Projekt erfüllt die Erwartungen der Bewohner. Ein freundlicher öffentlicher Raum ist geplant. Die wichtigsten Phasen des Projekts sind: 1) Bauarbeiten, 2) Investorenaufsicht, 3) Projektförderung.
