Przedmiotem projektu jest realizacja zadania polegającego na remoncie i przebudowie budynku po pogotowiu na Międzypokoleniowe Centrum Aktywności Społecznej (MCAS) i remizy strażackiej na Centrum Ratowniczo – Gaśnicze (CRG). Obiekty położone są w mieście Dobrzany - MCAS na działce nr 106/2,obręb 0001 Dobrzany a CRG na działce nr 39/17,obręb 0002 Dobrzany.Każdy z wyżej wymienionych obiektów jest niewielki, w złym stanie technicznym, a w obecnej chwili nie spełniający warunków do pełnionych funkcji i wymagający natychmiastowej interwencji i podjęcia prac remontowych, zmieniających warunki poprzez dostosowanie ich do norm związanych z pozwoleniem na użytkowanie.W zakresie inwestycji przewidziano m.in.następujące elementy,które będą także etapami rzeczowymi projektu:(1)Dokumentację projektowa:Dokumentacja techniczna,Studium wykonalności(2)Remont i przebudowa budynku po pogotowiu na Międzypokoleniowe Centrum Aktywności Społecznej:roboty budowlane wraz z zagospodarowaniem terenu,roboty elektryczne i sanitarne,wyposażenie obiektu w podstawowy sprzęt(3)Remont i przebudowa remizy strażackiej na Centrum Ratowniczo-Gaśnicze:roboty budowlane wraz z zagospodarowaniem terenu,roboty elektryczne i sanitarne,wyposażenie obiektu w podstawowy sprzęt(4)Zarządzenie projektem:Inspektor nadzoru,doradztwo finansowe(5)Promocja:Tablice informacyjne(6)Koszty pośrednie.Szczegółowy zakres rzeczowy przedstawiono w studium rozdział 3.1.3.1 oraz 3.1.2.1 i 4.1.3.2.Po zakończeniu projektu możliwe będzie wykorzystanie pełnej funkcjonalności infr.powstałej w ramach realizacji projektu i nie będzie to wymagało już dodatkowych działań. The object of the project is the implementation of the task consisting of the renovation and reconstruction of the building after the ambulance to the Intergenerational Centre for Social Activity (MCAS) and the firehouse at the Rescue and Firefighting Centre (CRG). The facilities are located in the city of Dobrzany – MCAS on plot No 106/2,obręb 0001 Dobrzany and CRG on plot No 39/17,obręb 0002 Dobrzany.Each of the above-mentioned facilities is small, in poor technical condition, and currently does not meet the conditions for the functions performed and requires immediate intervention and renovation works, changing the conditions by adapting them to the standards related to the use permit.In the scope of the investment, the following elements are foreseen, which will also be material phases of the project:(1)Technical projektowa:Dokumentacja Technical Documentation,Feasibility Study(2)Renovation and reconstruction of the building after ambulance to Intergenerational Centre for Activity Społecznej:roboty construction with land development,electrical and sanitary works,equipment of the facility with basic equipment(3)Renovation and reconstruction of the firehouse to the Centre Ratowniczo-Gaśnicze:roboty construction with land development,electric and sanitary works, equipment of the facility with basic equipment(4)Management of the facility projektem:Inspektor supervision,financial advice(5)-Indirect costs(6)Indirect costs.The detailed material scope is presented in the study chapters 3.1.3.1 and 3.1.2.1 and 4.1.3.2.After the completion of the project, it will be possible to use the full functionality of the infr.formed as part of the project and this will no longer require additional activities. Le projet a pour objet la réalisation de la tâche consistant à rénover et à reconstruire le bâtiment après l’ambulance au Centre intergénérationnel d’activité sociale (MCAS) et à la caserne de pompiers du Centre de secours et de lutte contre l’incendie (CRG). Les installations sont situées dans la ville de Dobrzany — MCAS sur la parcelle no 106/2,obręb 0001 Dobrzany et CRG sur la parcelle no 39/17,obręb 0002 Dobrzany.Chacune des installations susmentionnées est petite, en mauvais état technique, et ne satisfait pas actuellement aux conditions pour les fonctions exercées et nécessite des interventions immédiates et des travaux de rénovation, en modifiant les conditions en les adaptant aux normes relatives au permis d’utilisation.Dans le cadre de l’investissement, les éléments suivants sont prévus, qui seront également des phases matérielles du projet:(1)Technical Projektowa:Dokumentacja Documentation technique,Étude de faisabilité(2)Rénovation et reconstruction du bâtiment après ambulance au Centre intergénérationnel d’activité Społecznej:roboty construction avec aménagement du terrain, travaux électriques et sanitaires,équipement de l’installation avec équipement de base(3)Rénovation et reconstruction de la caserne de pompiers au Centre Ratowniczo-Gaśnicze:roboty construction avec aménagement du terrain, travaux électriques et sanitaires, équipement de l’installation avec l’équipement de base(4)Gestion de l’installation supervision,conseil financier(5)-Coûts indirects(6)Coûts indirects.Le champ d’application détaillé du matériel est présenté dans les chapitres 3.1.3.1 et 3.1.2.1 et 4.1.3.2 de l’étude.Après l’achèvement du projet, il sera possible d’utiliser toute la fonctionnalité de l’infr.formé dans le cadre du projet, ce qui ne nécessitera plus d’activités supplémentaires. Gegenstand des Projekts ist die Umsetzung der Aufgabe, die in der Renovierung und Rekonstruktion des Gebäudes nach dem Krankenwagen zum Intergenerational Centre for Social Activity (MCAS) und dem Feuerwehrhaus des Rettungs- und Feuerwehrzentrums (CRG) besteht. Die Einrichtungen befinden sich in der Stadt Dobrzany – MCAS auf dem Grundstück Nr. 106/2,obręb 0001 Dobrzany und CRG auf dem Grundstück Nr. 39/17,obręb 0002 Dobrzany.Jede der oben genannten Einrichtungen ist klein, in schlechtem technischen Zustand und erfüllt derzeit nicht die Bedingungen für die ausgeführten Funktionen und erfordert sofortige Interventions- und Renovierungsarbeiten, indem sie die Bedingungen ändern, indem sie sie an die Standards im Zusammenhang mit der Nutzungsgenehmigung anpassen.Im Umfang der Investition, es sind folgende Elemente vorgesehen, die auch materielle Phasen des Projekts sein werden:(1)Technische Projektowa:Dokumentacja Technische Dokumentation,Feasibility Study(2)Renovierung und Wiederaufbau des Gebäudes nach dem Krankenwagen zum Intergenerationszentrum für Aktivität Społecznej:roboty Bau mit Landentwicklung,Elektro- und Sanitäranlagen,Ausrüstung der Anlage mit Grundausstattung(3)Renovierung und Rekonstruktion des Feuerhauses in das Zentrum ☐ Bau mit Grundstücksentwicklung, elektrische und sanitäre Arbeiten, Ausstattung der Anlage mit Grundausstattung(4)Betreuung der Einrichtung, Finanzberatung(5)-Indirekte Kosten(6)Indirekte Kosten.Der detaillierte Materialumfang wird in den Studienkapiteln 3.1.3.1 und 3.1.2.1 und 4.1.3.2 dargestellt.Nach Abschluss des Projekts wird es möglich sein, die volle Funktionalität der infr.formierten im Rahmen des Projekts zu nutzen, was keine zusätzlichen Tätigkeiten mehr erfordert.
