Przedmiotem projektu jest ochrona zasobów przyrodniczych oraz zmniejszenie presji na gatunki i siedliska doliny rz.Łyny w Lidzbarku Warmińskim poprzez kanalizację ruchu i edukację ekologiczną. Łyna to naturalny korytarz ekologiczny o znaczeniu krajowym objęta OChK Doliny Dolnej Łyny. Zadanie obejmuje usunięcie odpadów z powierzchni terenu, wykonanie ścieżek kanalizujących ruch, małej architektury, oświetlenia LED, wycinkę drzew i krzewów w tym gat. inwazyjnych, poprawa stanu siedlisk poprzez nasadzenia, wykonanie niewielkich zbiorników wodnych podnoszących znaczenie terenu dla płazów, umieszczenie budek dla ptaków i schronów dla nietoperzy, karmnika, pozostawienie martwych drzew oraz elementy edukacyjne (tabl.dydaktyczne, inform.-prom.. luneta) i mała infrastruktura. Projekt wpisuje się w SzOOP RPO WiM 2014-2020 dział.5.3 Ochrona różnorodności biologicznej, priorytet inwest.6d: Ochrona i przywrócenie różnorodności biologicznej, ochrona i rekultywacja gleby oraz wspieranie usług ekosystemowych, także poprzez program „Natura 2000” oraz zieloną infrastrukturę i cel szczegół.: Lepsze mechanizmy ochrony bioróżnorodności w regionie. Zakres przedsięwzięcia i zastosowane rozwiązania techn. pozwolą na zahamowanie postępującej degradacji północnych brzegów Łyny w obszarze silnej presji turystyki Lidzbarka W. Oczyszczenie terenu głównie z gatunków obcych i inwazyjnych, uzupełnienie siedlisk o typowe dla nich taksony zachowa ciągłość i prawidłowe funkcjonowanie korytarza i przeciwdziała jego dalszemu niepożądanemu przekształcaniu. Zachowane zostaną najcenniejsze siedliska w tym gatunków chronionych. Ścieżki poprowadzone będą w miarę możliwości przedeptami, odsunięte od brzegów rzeki oraz miejsc cennych przyrodniczo - zmniejszą presję na gatunki i siedliska poprzez właściwe ukierunkowanie ruchu turystycznego i ograniczenie dostępu do najwartościowszych ostoi. Pozostawienie martwych pni drzew stworzy warunki dla nowych siedlisk i wzrostu bioróżnorodności obszaru. (Polish)

The aim of the project is to protect natural resources and reduce pressure on species and habitats of the Łyna valley in Lidzbark Warminski through traffic sewerage and ecological education. Łyna is a natural ecological corridor of national importance covered by the OChK of Lower Łyna Valley. The task includes the removal of waste from the surface of the site, the execution of pathways for traffic, small architecture, LED lighting, felling of trees and shrubs including invasive species, improvement of habitats through planting, the construction of small water reservoirs raising the importance of the area for amphibians, the placement of bird booths and shelters for bats, feeder, leaving dead trees and educational elements (tabl. didactic, inform.-prom.. teleneta) and small infrastructure. The project is part of the SzOOP ROP WiM 2014-2020 section.5.3 Protection of biodiversity, priority investment.6d: The protection and restoration of biodiversity, the protection and rehabilitation of soil and the promotion of ecosystem services, including through the Natura 2000 programme and green infrastructure and the specific objective: Better mechanisms to protect biodiversity in the region. The scope of the project and the technological solutions used will allow to halt the progressive degradation of the northern banks of Łyna in the area of strong pressure of tourism Lidzbarka W. Cleansing the site mainly of alien and invasive species, supplementing habitats with typical taxa will preserve the continuity and proper functioning of the corridor and prevent further undesirable transformation. The most valuable habitats including protected species will be preserved. Paths will be guided as far as possible by preepts, removed from the banks of the river and from sites of valuable nature, reducing pressure on species and habitats by targeting tourism flows and limiting access to the most valuable hinterlands. Leaving dead tree trunks will create the conditions for new habitats and an increase in the biodiversity of the site. (English)

L’objectif du projet est de protéger les ressources naturelles et de réduire la pression sur les espèces et les habitats de la vallée de Łyna à Lidzbark Warminski par le biais d’assainissement de la circulation et d’éducation écologique. Łyna est un corridor écologique naturel d’importance nationale couvert par l’OCK de la vallée inférieure de Łyna. La tâche comprend l’enlèvement des déchets de la surface du site, l’exécution de voies de circulation, la petite architecture, l’éclairage LED, l’abattage d’arbres et d’arbustes, y compris les espèces envahissantes, l’amélioration des habitats par la plantation, la construction de petits réservoirs d’eau augmentant l’importance de la zone pour les amphibiens, la mise en place de stands d’oiseaux et d’abris pour les chauves-souris, l’engraisseur, les arbres morts et les éléments éducatifs (tabl. didactique, inform.. teleneta) et de petites infrastructures. Le projet fait partie du SzOOP ROP WiM 2014-2020 section.5.3 Protection de la biodiversité, investissements prioritaires.6d: La protection et la restauration de la biodiversité, la protection et la réhabilitation des sols et la promotion des services écosystémiques, y compris par le programme Natura 2000 et les infrastructures vertes, ainsi que l’objectif spécifique: De meilleurs mécanismes de protection de la biodiversité dans la région. La portée du projet et les solutions technologiques utilisées permettront d’arrêter la dégradation progressive des rives septentrionales de Łyna dans la zone de forte pression touristique Lidzbarka W. Nettoyage du site principalement d’espèces exotiques et envahissantes, compléter les habitats avec des taxons typiques préservera la continuité et le bon fonctionnement du corridor et empêchera de nouvelles transformations indésirables. Les habitats les plus précieux, y compris les espèces protégées, seront préservés. Les sentiers seront guidés autant que possible par des préepts, retirés des rives de la rivière et des sites naturels précieux, réduisant la pression sur les espèces et les habitats en ciblant les flux touristiques et en limitant l’accès aux arrière-pays les plus précieux. Laisser des troncs d’arbres morts créera les conditions pour de nouveaux habitats et une augmentation de la biodiversité du site. (French)

Ziel des Projekts ist der Schutz der natürlichen Ressourcen und die Verringerung des Drucks auf Arten und Lebensräume des Łyna-Tals in Lidzbark Warminski durch Verkehrskanalisation und ökologische Aufklärung. Łyna ist ein natürlicher ökologischer Korridor von nationaler Bedeutung, der vom OChK des Unteren Łyna-Tals abgedeckt wird. Die Aufgabe umfasst die Beseitigung von Abfällen von der Oberfläche des Geländes, die Ausführung von Wegen für den Verkehr, kleine Architektur, LED-Beleuchtung, Fallen von Bäumen und Sträuchern einschließlich invasiver Arten, Verbesserung der Lebensräume durch Pflanzung, der Bau von kleinen Wasserspeichern, die die Bedeutung des Gebiets für Amphibien erhöhen, die Platzierung von Vogelkabinen und Schutzhütten für Fledermäuse, Feeder, verlassen tote Bäume und pädagogische Elemente (tabl. didactic, inform.-prom.. teleneta) und kleine Infrastruktur. Das Projekt ist Teil des SzOOP ROP WiM Abschnitt.5.3 Schutz der biologischen Vielfalt, vorrangige Investitionen.6d: Den Schutz und die Wiederherstellung der biologischen Vielfalt, den Schutz und die Sanierung des Bodens und die Förderung von Ökosystemdienstleistungen, unter anderem durch das Natura-2000-Programm und die grüne Infrastruktur und das spezifische Ziel: Bessere Mechanismen zum Schutz der biologischen Vielfalt in der Region. Der Umfang des Projekts und die verwendeten technologischen Lösungen werden es ermöglichen, den fortschreitenden Abbau der nördlichen Ufer von Łyna im Bereich des starken Drucks des Tourismus Lidzbarka W. Reinigung des Gebiets hauptsächlich von fremden und invasiven Arten, Ergänzung von Lebensräumen mit typischen Taxa zu stoppen, die Kontinuität und das ordnungsgemäße Funktionieren des Korridors zu erhalten und weitere unerwünschte Transformationen zu verhindern. Die wertvollsten Lebensräume einschließlich geschützter Arten werden erhalten. Die Wege werden so weit wie möglich von Präepten geführt, die vom Ufer des Flusses und von wertvollen Stätten entfernt werden, indem der Druck auf Arten und Lebensräume verringert wird, indem die Tourismusströme gezielt bekämpft und der Zugang zu den wertvollsten Hinterlanden eingeschränkt wird. Wenn tote Baumstämme verlassen werden, werden die Bedingungen für neue Lebensräume und eine Zunahme der biologischen Vielfalt des Gebiets geschaffen. (German)
