CEL PROJEKTU: Podniesienie aktywności społecznej co najmniej 42 os. (24K,18M) z 10 rodzin,w trudnej sytuacji życiowej, zagrożonych ryzykiem ubóstwa i/lub wykluczenia społecznego, mieszkających na terenie Gminy Dobre Miasto, poprzez objęcie ich w okresie od 01.03.2020 r. do 28.06.2021 r. zintegrowanymi usługami, z zastosowaniem form wsparcia: indywidualna diagnoza rodziny, indywidualne zajęcia aktywizacji społecznej, grupowe zajęcia aktywizacji społecznej, prowadzącymi do aktywnego udziału w życiu społecznym oraz powrocie na rynek pracy. ZADANIA PROJEKTU: 1) Indywidualna diagnoza rodzin 2) Indywidualne zajęcia aktywizacji społecznej (poradnictwo specjalistyczne, konsultacje prawne, coaching rodzin, indywidualne warsztaty "Dbanie o wizerunek", indywidualne warsztaty "Aspekty praktyczne opieki nad ON") 3) Grupowe zajęcia aktywizacji społecznej (warsztaty: "Złota rączka", "Metody wspólnego spędzania czasu wolnego", "Podnoszenie jakości życia", "Aspekty teoretyczne opieki nad ON", szkoła dla rodziców, zajęcia wzmacniające więzi rodzinne: wyjazdy rodzinne i zajęcia kulturalno-sportowe, kurs I pomocy) GRUPA DOCELOWA: 42 os. (24K,18M) z 10 rodzin, w trudnej sytuacji życiowej, zagrożone ryzykiem ubóstwa i/lub wykluczenia społecznego, mieszkające na terenie Gminy Dobre Miasto. EFEKTY PROJEKTU: 42 os. z terenu Gminy Dobre Miasto zwiększy swoją aktywność społeczną, podniesie swoje kompetencje społeczne w kierunku działania na rzecz m.in. poprawy sytuacji bytowo-materialnej rodziny i jakości jakości funkcjonowania rodziny. OBJECTIVE OF THE PROJECT: Increasing social activity of at least 42 people. (24K,18M) of 10 families, in a difficult situation, at risk of poverty and/or social exclusion, living in the municipality of Dobre Miasto, by providing integrated services for the period from 1 March 2020 to 28.06.2021, using forms of support: individual family diagnosis, individual social activation classes, group social activation classes, leading to active participation in social life and reintegration into the labour market. PROJECT TASKS: 1) Individual diagnosis of families 2) Individual social activation classes (specialised counselling, legal consultations, family coaching, individual workshops “Taking care of the image”, individual workshops “Performance of ON care”) 3) Group social activation classes (workshops: “Golden Handle”, “Methods of spending time together”, “Improving quality of life”, “Theoretical aspects of ON care”, school for parents, activities strengthening family ties: family trips and cultural and sports activities, course and assistance) DOCELOWA GROUP: 42 people (24K,18M) from 10 families, in a vulnerable situation, at risk of poverty and/or social exclusion, living in the municipality of Dobro Miasto. PROJECT EFFECTS: 42 people from the area of the Municipality of Dobre Miasto will increase its social activity, increase its social competences in the direction of, among others, improving the living and material situation of the family and the quality of the family’s functioning. OBJECTIF DU PROJET: Augmentation de l’activité sociale d’au moins 42 personnes. (24K,18M) de 10 familles, dans une situation difficile, menacées de pauvreté et/ou d’exclusion sociale, vivant dans la municipalité de Dobre Miasto, en fournissant des services intégrés pour la période allant du 1er mars 2020 au 28 juin 2021, au moyen de formes de soutien: diagnostic individuel de la famille, classes individuelles d’activation sociale, classes d’activation sociale de groupe, conduisant à une participation active à la vie sociale et à la réinsertion sur le marché du travail. TÂCHES DU PROJET: 1) Diagnostic individuel des familles 2) Classes individuelles d’activation sociale (conseils spécialisés, consultations juridiques, coaching familial, ateliers individuels «Prise en charge de l’image», ateliers individuels «Performance of ON care») 3) Cours d’activation sociale en groupe (ateliers: «Golden Handle», «Méthodes de passer du temps ensemble», «Améliorer la qualité de vie», «Aspects théoriques des soins ON», école pour parents, activités renforçant les liens familiaux: voyages en famille et activités culturelles et sportives, cours et assistance) GROUPE DE DOCELOWA: 42 personnes (24K,18M) de 10 familles, en situation de vulnérabilité, exposées au risque de pauvreté et/ou d’exclusion sociale, vivant dans la municipalité de Dobro Miasto. EFFETS DU PROJET: 42 personnes de la commune de Dobre Miasto augmenteront son activité sociale, augmenteront ses compétences sociales dans la direction, entre autres, de l’amélioration de la situation de vie et matérielle de la famille et de la qualité du fonctionnement de la famille. (24K,18M) von 10 Familien in einer schwierigen Situation, die von Armut und/oder sozialer Ausgrenzung bedroht ist und in der Gemeinde Dobre Miasto leben, indem sie integrierte Dienstleistungen für den Zeitraum vom 1. März 2020 bis zum 28.6.2021 mit Hilfe von Unterstützungsformen erbringen: individuelle Familiendiagnose, individuelle soziale Aktivierungsklassen, Gruppensozialaktivierungsklassen, die zur aktiven Teilhabe am gesellschaftlichen Leben und zur Wiedereingliederung in den Arbeitsmarkt führen. AUSWIRKUNGEN DES PROJEKTS: 42 Menschen aus dem Gebiet der Gemeinde Dobre Miasto werden ihre soziale Aktivität verstärken, ihre sozialen Kompetenzen in Richtung unter anderem erhöhen, um die Lebens- und materielle Situation der Familie und die Qualität des Funktionierens der Familie zu verbessern.
