Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób w wieku 30 lat i więcej pozostających bez zatrudnienia w powiecie opatowskim. W ramach projektu wsparciem zostanie objętych 551 osób w tym grupa 263 osób bezrobotnych powyżej 29 roku życia ( 147 kobiet i 116 mężczyzn) zarejestrowanych w Powiatowym Urzędzie Pracy w Opatowie jako osoby bezrobotne znajdujące się w szczególnej sytuacji na rynku pracy, tj. należące do przynajmniej jednej z poniższych kategorii: − osoby w wieku 50 lat i więcej (od dnia 50 urodzin), − kobiety, − osoby z niepełnosprawnościami, − osoby długotrwale bezrobotne - osoby z niskimi kwalifikacjami Dla każdego z 263 uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika, na tej podstawie realizowane będą odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy. Spośród uczestników projektu 216 osób zostanie skierowanych do odbycia stażu,3 osoby na szkolenie, 19 osób do prac interwencyjnych,4 osoby do pracy w ramach refundacji kosztów doposażenia stanowiska pracy oraz 21 osób otrzyma środki na podjęcie własnej działalności gospodarczej.Ponadto 288 osób skorzysta z Instrumentów dofinansowania związanych ze zwalczaniem lub przeciwdziałaniem skutkom pandemii COVID-19. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie samozatrudnienia lub zatrudnienia w ramach stosunku pracy ( na co najmniej 1/2 etatu) przez 119 uczestników projektu ( 64 kobiet i 55 mężczyzn), w tym przez co najmniej: 44,3 % osób w wieku powyżej 50 roku życia ; 44,3 % kobiet; 44,3 % osób z niepełnosprawnościami; 44,3 % osób długotrwale bezrobotnych; 44,3 % osób o niskich kwalifikacjach. The aim of the project is to increase employment opportunities for people aged 30 and over who are unemployed in the Abbot district. The project will support 551 people, including a group of 263 unemployed persons over 29 years of age (147 women and 116 men) registered in the District Labour Office in Opatów as unemployed persons in a particular situation on the labour market, i.e. belonging to at least one of the following categories: − persons aged 50 and over (since the 50th birthday), − women, − persons with disabilities, − long-term unemployed – people with low qualifications For each of the 263 participants, the presentation of a specific offer of occupational activation will be preceded by an analysis of the skills, abilities and occupational problems of the participant concerned, on the basis of which appropriately selected services and labour market instruments will be carried out. Of the participants in the project, 216 people will be directed to an internship, 3 people for training, 19 people for intervention work, 4 people to work as part of the reimbursement of the costs of retrofitting the workplace and 21 people will receive funds to start their own business.In addition, 288 people will benefit from the co-financing instruments related to combating or counteracting the consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic. L’objectif du projet est d’accroître les possibilités d’emploi pour les personnes âgées de 30 ans et plus qui sont sans emploi dans le district d’Abbot. Le projet soutiendra 551 personnes, dont un groupe de 263 chômeurs âgés de plus de 29 ans (147 femmes et 116 hommes) inscrits au bureau du travail de district d’Opatów en tant que chômeurs se trouvant dans une situation particulière sur le marché du travail, c’est-à-dire appartenant à au moins une des catégories suivantes: − les personnes âgées de 50 ans et plus (depuis le 50e anniversaire), − les femmes − les personnes handicapées, − les chômeurs de longue durée — les personnes peu qualifiées Pour chacun des 263 participants, la présentation d’une offre spécifique d’activation professionnelle sera précédée d’une analyse des compétences, des aptitudes et des problèmes professionnels du participant concerné, sur la base desquels des services et des instruments du marché du travail sélectionnés de manière appropriée seront mis en œuvre. Parmi les participants au projet, 216 personnes seront orientées vers un stage, 3 personnes pour la formation, 19 personnes pour le travail d’intervention, 4 personnes pour travailler dans le cadre du remboursement des frais de rénovation du lieu de travail et 21 personnes recevront des fonds pour démarrer leur propre entreprise. En outre, 288 personnes bénéficieront des instruments de cofinancement liés à la lutte contre la pandémie de COVID-19 ou à la lutte contre celle-ci. Le principal résultat du projet sera le travail indépendant ou l’emploi (au moins 1/2 emploi) de 119 participants au projet (64 femmes et 55 hommes), dont au moins: 44,3 % des personnes de plus de 50 ans; % De femmes; 44,3 % des personnes handicapées; 44,3 % des chômeurs de longue durée; 44,3 % des personnes peu qualifiées. Ziel des Projekts ist es, die Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten für Personen ab 30 Jahren, die im Bezirk Abt arbeitslos sind, zu erhöhen. Mit dem Projekt werden 551 Personen unterstützt, darunter eine Gruppe von 263 Arbeitslosen über 29 Jahren (147 Frauen und 116 Männer), die im Bezirksarbeitsamt Opatów als Arbeitslose in einer besonderen Lage auf dem Arbeitsmarkt registriert sind, d. h. mindestens einer der folgenden Kategorien angehören: − Personen ab 50 Jahren (seit 50. Geburtstag), − Frauen, − Menschen mit Behinderungen, − Langzeitarbeitslose – Personen mit geringer Qualifikation Für jeden der 263 Teilnehmer wird der Vorstellung eines spezifischen Angebots der beruflichen Aktivierung eine Analyse der Fähigkeiten, Fähigkeiten und beruflichen Probleme des betreffenden Teilnehmers vorausgehen, auf deren Grundlage entsprechend ausgewählte Dienstleistungen und Arbeitsmarktinstrumente durchgeführt werden. Von den Projektteilnehmern werden 216 Personen an ein Praktikum gerichtet, 3 Personen zur Ausbildung, 19 Personen für Interventionsarbeit, 4 Personen, die im Rahmen der Erstattung der Kosten für die Nachrüstung des Arbeitsplatzes arbeiten, und 21 Personen erhalten Mittel für die Aufnahme ihres eigenen Unternehmens. Darüber hinaus werden 288 Personen von den Kofinanzierungsinstrumenten zur Bekämpfung oder Bekämpfung der Folgen der COVID-19-Pandemie profitieren.
