    Cererea de finanțare propusă cuprinde un număr de 10 componente care se încadreaza în categoriile de activități eligibile ale Axei Prioritare 3 –Sprijinirea tranziției către o economie cu emisii scăzute de carbon Prioritatea de investiții 3.1 –Sprijinirea eficienței energetice, a gestionării inteligente a energiei și a utilizării energiei din surse regenerabile în infrastructurile publice, inclusiv în clădirile publice și în sectorul locuințelor, Operatiunea A – Clădiri Rezidențiale, întrucât își propune execuția lucrărilor de reabilitare termică a anvelopei pentru toate blocurile și a celor de reabilitare a sistemului de încalzire, unde este cazul, conform propunerilor rezultate din auditul energetic pentru cele 10 clădiri rezidențiale din Sectorul 3 al Municipiului București, clădiri rezidențiale care respecta definiția dată de Ghidul Solicitantului pentru „clădire-bloc de locuințe-condominiu cu o înălțime de minim P+2 – proprietatea imobiliară formată din proprietăti individuale definite, apartamente sau spații sau spații cu o altă destinație decât aceea de locuințe și proprietatea comună indiviză”. Obiectivul general al cererii de finantare constă în creșterea eficienței energetice a 10 clădiri rezidențiale din Sectorul 3 al Municipiului București și promovarea unei economii mai eficiente din punctul de vedere al utilizării resurselor, mai ecologice și mai competitive prin gestionarea inteligentă a energiei, în condițiile unei dezvoltări durabile. Pentru atingerea acestui obiectiv general, care prezintă relevanță pentru obiectivul Axei Prioritare 3 –Sprijinirea tranziției către o economie cu emisii scăzute de carbon, este necesară urmărirea a patru obiective specifice care să vizeze efectele proiectelor asupra vieții oamenilor, economiei și mediului înconjurator.
