Obiectivul general al proiectului este CREȘTEREA NUMĂRULUI DE PERSOANE CARE BENEFICIAZĂ DE PROGRAME DE SĂNĂTATE ȘI DE SERVICII ORIENTATE CĂTRE PREVENȚIE, DEPISTARE PRECOCE (SCREENING), DIAGNOSTIC ȘI TRATAMENT PRECOCE PENTRU PRINCIPALELE PATOLOGII prin imbunatatirea cadrului tehnic si metodologic, a cunostintelor si a competentelor personalului implicat in furnizarea serviciilor de ingrijire a gravidei si copilului din toate cele 8 regiuni ale Romaniei. OG contribuie la indeplinirea OS4.9 Cresterea numarului de persoane care beneficiaza de programe de sanatate si de servicii orientate catre preventie, depistare precoce (screening) prenatal prin: 1) imbunatatirea cadrului tehnic si methodologic. Pentru dezvoltarea metodologiei de preventie, depistare precoce, diagnostic si tratament precoce prenatal si procedurilor de lucru la nivel national, INSMC va organiza discutii de lucru/workshopuri la nivelul celor 8 regiuni cu reprezentantii spitalelor din regiunea respectiva care au in structura sectii/compartimente de obstetrica-ginecologie si au nivelul 3 de ierarhizare, conform Ordin nr. 1881/2006. 2) imbunatatirea cunostintelor si a competentelor personalului implicat in furnizarea serviciilor de ingrijire a gravidei si copilului din toate cele 8 regiuni ale Romaniei (376 de specialiști) Vor fi puse la dispozitie, spre implementare nationala in cadrul Programelor regionale de ingrijire a gravidei şi copilului - etapa II, urmatoarele: -metodologia de prevenție, depistare precoce, diagnostic și tratament precoce prenatal si procedurile de lucru dezvoltate -registrul național de prevenție, depistare precoce, diagnostic și tratament precoce prenatal -curiculele si materialele de curs, ghidurile educationale si cele de practica si modulele de formare pentru cele 6 cursuri disponibile pe platforma de e-learning INSMC -ghidurile de interventie, informare, educare si constientizare la nivel national, linia verde (call-center) de screening prenatal si mijloacele de comunicare si informare folosite (pentru cresterea nivelului de constientizare in randul femeilor privind importanta controalelor medicale pre-natale). The general objective of the project is to CREAT THE NUMBER OF PERSONS WHICH BENEFICIATED OF HEALTH PROGRAMES AND ORIENTED SERVICES TO PREVENTION, PRECOCE DEPISTATION (SCREENING), DIAGNOSTIC AND PRECOCE Treatment FOR PRINCIPAL Pathologies by improving the technical and methodological framework, knowledge and skills of the personnel involved in the provision of maternity and child care services in all 8 regions of Romania. OG contributes to the achievement of OS4.9 Increasing the number of people benefiting from health programs and services oriented towards prevention, early detection (screening) prenatal by: 1) Improving the technical and methodological framework. In order to develop the methodology of prevention, early detection, diagnosis and early prenatal treatment and working procedures at national level, INSMC will organise working discussions/workshops at the level of the 8 regions with representatives of hospitals in the region that have in the structure of departments/compartments of obstetrics-gynecology and have level 3 ranking, according to Order no. 1881/2006. 2) Improvement of the knowledge and competences of the staff involved in the provision of maternity and child care services in all 8 regions of Romania (376 specialists) will be made available, for national implementation within the framework of the Regional Pregnant and Child Care Programs – Stage II, the following: —the methodology for prevention, early detection, diagnosis and early prenatal treatment and developed working procedures -the national register of prevention, early detection, diagnosis and early prenatal treatment -curricular and course materials, educational and practice guides and training modules for the 6 courses available on the INSMC e-learning platform -intervention guides, information, education and awareness at national level, the green line (call-center) of prenatal screening and the means of communication and information used (to increase the level of awareness among women on the importance of pre-natal medical checks). L’objectif général du projet est de CREER LE NUMÉRO DES PERSONNES AVEC LES PROGRAMES DE SANTÉ ET LES SERVICES ORIENTÉS POUR LA PRÉVENTION, LA DÉPISTATION PRECOCE (CREENING), le traitement DIAGNOSTIQUE ET PRECOCE POUR LES Pathologies PRINCIPALES en améliorant le cadre technique et méthodologique, les connaissances et les compétences du personnel impliqué dans la prestation de services de maternité et de garde d’enfants dans les 8 régions de Roumanie. OG contribue à l’atteinte de l’OS4.9 Accroître le nombre de personnes bénéficiant de programmes et de services de santé axés sur la prévention, le dépistage précoce (dépistage) prénatal en: 1) Améliorer le cadre technique et méthodologique. Afin de développer la méthodologie de prévention, de détection précoce, de diagnostic et de traitement prénatal précoce et les procédures de travail au niveau national, l’INSMC organisera des discussions/ateliers de travail au niveau des 8 régions avec des représentants d’hôpitaux de la région qui ont dans la structure des départements/compartiments d’obstétrique-gynécologie et ont un classement de niveau 3, conformément à l’ordonnance no 1881/2006. 2) L’amélioration des connaissances et des compétences du personnel chargé de la prestation de services de maternité et de garde d’enfants dans les huit régions de Roumanie (376 spécialistes) sera mise à disposition, en vue de sa mise en œuvre au niveau national dans le cadre des programmes régionaux de protection de la maternité et de l’enfance — phase II, les suivants: —la méthodologie de prévention, de détection précoce, de diagnostic et de traitement prénatal précoce et a mis au point des procédures de travail -le registre national de la prévention, du dépistage précoce, du diagnostic et du traitement prénatal précoce — matériels curriculaires et de cours, guides pédagogiques et pratiques et modules de formation pour les 6 cours disponibles sur la plateforme d’apprentissage en ligne de l’INSMC — guides d’intervention, information, éducation et sensibilisation au niveau national, ligne verte (centre d’appel) du dépistage prénatal et moyens de communication et d’information utilisés (pour accroître le niveau de sensibilisation des femmes à l’importance des contrôles médicaux prénatals). Allgemeines Ziel des Projekts ist es, die Zahl der Personen, die von GESUNDHEITSPROGRAMMEN UND ORIENTED SERVICES TO PREVENTION, PRECOCE DEPISTATION (SCREENING), DIAGNOSTIC UND PRECOCE Treatment FOR PRINCIPAL Pathologien gefördert werden, durch die Verbesserung des technischen und methodischen Rahmens, der Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten des Personals, das an der Erbringung von Mutterschafts- und Kinderbetreuungsdiensten in allen 8 Regionen Rumäniens beteiligt ist, zu fördern. Og trägt zum Erreichen von OS4.9 bei, um die Zahl der Menschen zu erhöhen, die von Gesundheitsprogrammen und -diensten profitieren, die auf Prävention, Früherkennung (Screening) pränatal ausgerichtet sind, durch: 1) Verbesserung des technischen und methodischen Rahmens. Um die Methodik der Prävention, Früherkennung, Diagnose und frühzeitigen pränatalen Behandlung und Arbeitsverfahren auf nationaler Ebene zu entwickeln, wird das INSMC Arbeitsdiskussionen/Workshops auf der Ebene der 8 Regionen mit Vertretern von Krankenhäusern in der Region organisieren, die in der Struktur der Abteilungen/Abteilungen der Geburtshilfe-gynäkologie sind und gemäß der Verordnung Nr. 1881/2006 eine Rangliste der Stufe 3 haben. 2) Verbesserung der Kenntnisse und Kompetenzen des Personals, das an der Erbringung von Mutterschafts- und Kinderbetreuungsdiensten in allen 8 Regionen Rumäniens (376 Spezialisten) beteiligt ist, wird für die nationale Umsetzung im Rahmen der regionalen Schwangerschafts- und Kinderpflegeprogramme – Phase II – zur Verfügung gestellt: —die Methodik für Prävention, Früherkennung, Diagnose und frühzeitige pränatale Behandlung und entwickelte Arbeitsverfahren -das nationale Register der Prävention, Früherkennung, Diagnose und Frühpränatalbehandlung -Kurs- und Kursmaterialien, Lehr- und Praxisleitfäden und Schulungsmodule für die 6 auf der E-Learning-Plattform des INSMC verfügbaren Kurse -Interventionsleitfäden, Information, Bildung und Sensibilisierung auf nationaler Ebene, die grüne Linie (Call-Center) des pränatalen Screenings sowie die Kommunikations- und Informationsmittel (zur Erhöhung des Bewusstseins der Frauen für die Bedeutung pränataler medizinischer Kontrollen). De algemene doelstelling van het project is het KORTEN VAN PERSONEN WAARMEE GEBRUIK VAN GEZONDHEIDPROGRAMMA’S EN ORIENTED DIENSTEN VOOR PREVENTIE, PRECOCE DEPISTATION (SCREENING), DIAGNOSTISCHE EN PRECOCE Treatment VOOR PRINCIPAL Pathologieën door verbetering van het technische en methodologische kader, de kennis en vaardigheden van het personeel dat betrokken is bij de verstrekking van moederschaps- en kinderopvangdiensten in alle acht regio’s van Roemenië. OG draagt bij aan de verwezenlijking van OS4.9 Het verhogen van het aantal mensen dat profiteert van gezondheidsprogramma’s en -diensten gericht op preventie, vroegtijdige opsporing (screening) prenataal door: 1) Verbetering van het technische en methodologische kader. Om de methodologie van preventie, vroegtijdige opsporing, diagnose en vroegtijdige prenatale behandeling en werkprocedures op nationaal niveau te ontwikkelen, zal het INSMC werkbesprekingen/workshops organiseren op het niveau van de 8 regio’s met vertegenwoordigers van ziekenhuizen in de regio die in de structuur van afdelingen/afdelingen van verloskunde-gynecologie en niveau 3 rangschikken, overeenkomstig Besluit nr. 1881/2006. 2) Verbetering van de kennis en competenties van het personeel dat betrokken is bij de verlening van moederschaps- en kinderopvangdiensten in alle acht regio’s van Roemenië (376 specialisten) zal beschikbaar worden gesteld voor de nationale uitvoering in het kader van de regionale programma’s voor zwangerschap en kinderopvang — fase II: —de methodologie voor preventie, vroegtijdige opsporing, diagnose en vroegtijdige prenatale behandeling en ontwikkelde werkprocedures -het nationale register van preventie, vroegtijdige opsporing, diagnose en vroegtijdig prenatale behandeling -curriculaire en cursusmateriaal, onderwijs- en praktijkgidsen en opleidingsmodules voor de zes cursussen die beschikbaar zijn op het e-learningplatform van het INSMC -inmengingsgidsen, informatie, onderwijs en bewustzijn op nationaal niveau, de groene lijn (callcenter) van prenatale screening en de gebruikte communicatie- en informatiemiddelen (om het bewustzijn van vrouwen over het belang van prenatale medische controles te vergroten).
