Projekt skierowany jest do ogółem 65 osób (34K, 31M) zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym z terenu Gminy Puck, znajdujących się w trudnej sytuacji materialnej, bezrobotnych i/lub biernych zawodowo, w tym 10 osób z niepełnosprawnościami. Celem projektu jest kompleksowe wsparcie ww. osób zmierzające ostatecznie do zwiększenia ich zatrudnienia. Cele szczegółowe to: aktywizacja społeczna i zawodowa, uzyskanie kwalifikacji zawodowych, podjęcie zatrudnienia lub poszukiwanie pracy. Projekt realizowany jest przez Gminę Puck (Gminny Ośrodek Pomocy Społecznej w Pucku jako podmiot realizujący projekt) i Partnera w projekcie Fundację Phenomen. Z każdym z uczestników projektu zostanie zawarty kontrakt socjalny, w ramach którego opracowana zostanie ścieżka reintegracji dla każdego beneficjenta - określone w niej zostaną indywidualne dla każdej osoby co do formy i intensywności wsparcia narzędzia, takie jak m.in.: poradnictwo psychologiczne, poradnictwo prawne, wsparcie pracownika socjalnego, brokera edukacyjnego, zajęcia ukierunkowane na rozwój zainteresowań i aspiracji edukacyjnych, wsparcie doradcy zawodowego, pośrednictwo pracy, staże zawodowe, kursy i szkolenia zawodowe, opieka dla osób zależnych, rehabilitacja zdrowotna dla osób niepełnosprawnych. Planowane działania, obejmujące również zwroty kosztów dojazdu, zasiłki, stypendia stażowe czy catering, mają zapewnić kompleksowe wsparcie beneficjentów dostosowane do ich zindywidualizowanych potrzeb i oczekiwań. Rezultatem projektu będzie osiągnięcie efektywności społecznej na poziomie co najmniej 34% w odniesieniu do całej grupy beneficjentów oraz efektywności zatrudnieniowej na poziomie 12% w odniesieniu do osób niepełnosprawnych i 25 % dla pozostałych osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym objętych wsparciem w programie. Minimum 40% uczestników uzyska nowe kwalifikacje zawodowe. (Polish)

The project is aimed at a total of 65 people (34K, 31M) at risk of poverty or social exclusion from the Puck Commune, who are in material difficulties, unemployed and/or inactive, including 10 people with disabilities. The aim of the project is to provide comprehensive support to the above-mentioned persons, ultimately aiming at increasing their employment. The specific objectives are: social and professional activation, obtaining professional qualifications, taking up employment or looking for a job. The project is implemented by the Puck Municipality (Communal Centre for Social Welfare in Puck as an entity implementing the project) and a Partner in the Phenomen Foundation project. A social contract will be concluded with each of the project participants, which will develop a reintegration path for each beneficiary – it will specify for each individual individual the form and intensity of the support tools, such as: psychological counselling, legal counselling, support of a social worker, educational broker, activities aimed at developing educational interests and aspirations, support for career counsellors, job placements, internships, vocational courses and training, care for dependents, health rehabilitation for people with disabilities. The planned activities, including reimbursement of travel expenses, allowances, internship grants or catering, are intended to provide comprehensive support to beneficiaries tailored to their individual needs and expectations. The project will result in a social efficiency of at least 34 % for the whole group of beneficiaries and an employment efficiency of 12 % for persons with disabilities and 25 % for other people at risk of poverty or social exclusion supported by the programme. A minimum of 40 % of participants will receive new professional qualifications. (English)

Le projet s’adresse à un total de 65 personnes (34 000, 31 millions de personnes) menacées de pauvreté ou d’exclusion sociale de la commune de Puck, qui sont en difficulté matérielle, au chômage et/ou inactives, dont 10 personnes handicapées. L’objectif du projet est d’apporter un soutien complet aux personnes susmentionnées, en vue, à terme, d’accroître leur emploi. Les objectifs spécifiques sont les suivants: l’activation sociale et professionnelle, l’obtention de qualifications professionnelles, la prise d’emploi ou la recherche d’un emploi. Le projet est mis en œuvre par la municipalité de Puck (Centre commun de protection sociale de Puck en tant qu’entité chargée de la mise en œuvre du projet) et par un partenaire dans le projet de la Fondation Phenomen. Un contrat social sera conclu avec chacun des participants au projet, qui développera un parcours de réintégration pour chaque bénéficiaire — il précisera pour chaque individu la forme et l’intensité des outils de soutien, tels que: conseils psychologiques, conseils juridiques, soutien à un travailleur social, courtier en éducation, activités visant à développer les intérêts et les aspirations en matière d’éducation, soutien aux conseillers de carrière, stages, stages, cours et formation professionnels, prise en charge des personnes à charge, réadaptation sanitaire des personnes handicapées. Les activités prévues, y compris le remboursement des frais de voyage, les indemnités, les bourses de stage ou la restauration, visent à fournir un soutien complet aux bénéficiaires, adaptés à leurs besoins et attentes individuels. Le projet permettra d’obtenir une efficacité sociale d’au moins 34 % pour l’ensemble du groupe de bénéficiaires et une efficacité en matière d’emploi de 12 % pour les personnes handicapées et de 25 % pour les autres personnes exposées au risque de pauvreté ou d’exclusion sociale soutenues par le programme. Das Projekt richtet sich an insgesamt 65 Menschen (34K, 31M), die von Armut oder sozialer Ausgrenzung aus der Puck-Gemeinde bedroht sind, die sich in materiellen Schwierigkeiten befinden, arbeitslos und/oder nicht erwerbstätig sind, darunter 10 Menschen mit Behinderungen. Ziel des Projekts ist es, die oben genannten Personen umfassend zu unterstützen, um letztlich ihre Beschäftigung zu erhöhen. Die spezifischen Ziele sind: soziale und berufliche Aktivierung, Erwerb von Berufsqualifikationen, Aufnahme einer Beschäftigung oder Arbeitssuche. Das Projekt wird von der Gemeinde Puck (Communal Centre for Social Welfare in Puck als Einrichtung, die das Projekt durchführt) und einem Partner im Projekt Phenomen Foundation durchgeführt. Mit jedem Projektteilnehmer wird ein sozialer Vertrag geschlossen, in dem für jeden Begünstigten ein Wiedereingliederungspfad entwickelt wird – er gibt für jeden Einzelnen die Form und Intensität der Unterstützungsinstrumente an, wie z. B.: psychologische Beratung, Rechtsberatung, Unterstützung eines Sozialarbeiters, Bildungsmakler, Aktivitäten zur Entwicklung von Bildungsinteressen und -bestrebungen, Unterstützung von Berufsberatern, Arbeitsvermittlungen, Praktika, Berufsausbildungen und Ausbildung, Betreuung von abhängigen Personen, Gesundheitsrehabilitation für Menschen mit Behinderungen. Die geplanten Tätigkeiten, einschließlich der Erstattung von Reisekosten, Vergütungen, Praktikazuschüssen oder Verpflegung, sollen den Begünstigten umfassende Unterstützung bieten, die auf ihre individuellen Bedürfnisse und Erwartungen zugeschnitten sind. Das Projekt wird zu einer sozialen Effizienz von mindestens 34 % für die gesamte Gruppe von Begünstigten und einer Beschäftigungseffizienz von 12 % für Menschen mit Behinderungen und 25 % für andere von Armut oder sozialer Ausgrenzung bedrohte Personen führen, die durch das Programm unterstützt werden.
