Przedsięwzięcie dotyczy inwestycji z zakresu budowy nowej jednostki wytwarzania energii elektrycznej o mocy 999 kW wraz z podłączeniem do sieci dystrybucyjnej/przesyłowej zgodnie z dokumentacją techniczną na działkach o nr geod. 1234 i 1235, obręb Dubiny, gm. Hajnówka. Na elementy składowe instalacji farmy fotowoltaicznej składają się: − panele fotowoltaiczne do 4200 sztuk − inwertery do 50 sztuk − okablowanie DC − okablowanie AC − ocrhona przeciwpożarowa − pomiary − kontenerowa stacja transformatorowa SN/nN - 15/0,4 kV − ogrodzenie terenu i instalacja monitoringu wizyjnego i alarmowego Projekt wprost realizuje Cel szczegółowy: Zwiększony udział rozproszonej produkcji energii ze źródeł odnawialnych Działania 5.1 RPOWP. Projekt dotyczy budowy instalacji fotowoltaicznej. Realizacja projektu przyczyni się do zwiększenia udziału energii odnawialnej w produkcji energii ogółem. Efektem realizacji działań będzie redukcja emisji CO2 i poprawa stanu środowiska. Realizacja projektu przyczyni się do osiągnięcia wskaźnika rezultatu RPOWP : Udział energii ze źródeł odnawialnych w końcowym zużyciu energii brutto z 15,5%w 2012 do 18,6% w 2023 r. Przedmiotowa inwestycja jest gotowa do realizacji, firma uzyskała wszystkie wymagane decyzje administracyjne. Rzeczowe zakończenie realizacji projektu zaplanowano do 12.2020r. Całkowity koszt inwestycji wynosi − brutto 3 829 325,93 zł, koszty kwalifikowalne projektu wynoszą - 2 201 772,26 zł, dofinansowanie - 1 160 725,90 zł. (Polish)

The project concerns an investment in the construction of a new electricity generation unit with a capacity of 999 kW with connection to the distribution/transmission network in accordance with the technical documentation on land plots with geod No. 1234 and 1235, Dubina, Hajnówka. The components of the installation of a photovoltaic farm consist of: − photovoltaic panels up to 4200 units – inverters up to 50 pieces – DC wiring – AC wiring − fire protection ocrhona – measurements – SN/nN container transformer station – 15/0.4 kV – terrain fence and video and alarm monitoring installation The project is directly implementing the Specific Objective: Increased share of distributed renewable energy production Measure 5.1 ROPWP. The project concerns the construction of a photovoltaic installation. The implementation of the project will contribute to increasing the share of renewable energy in total energy production. The implementation of the measures will result in a reduction of CO2 emissions and improvement of the environment. The implementation of the project will contribute to the achievement of the ROPWP result indicator: Share of energy from renewable sources in gross final consumption of energy from 15.5 %in 2012 to 18.6 % in 2023. This investment is ready for implementation, the company has obtained all the required administrative decisions. The material completion of the project is planned by 12.2020. The total investment cost is PLN 3 829 325.93 gross, the eligible costs of the project amount to – PLN 2 201 772.26 and the grant – PLN 1 160 725.90. (English)

Les composants de l’installation d’une ferme photovoltaïque consistent en: − panneaux photovoltaïques jusqu’à 4200 unités — onduleurs jusqu’à 50 pièces — Câblage CC — câblage secteur − protection contre l’incendie ocrhona — mesures — Station de transformateur de conteneurs SN/nN — 15/0,4 kV — clôture de terrain et installation de surveillance vidéo et d’alarme Le projet met directement en œuvre l’objectif spécifique: Augmentation de la part de la production d’énergie renouvelable distribuée Mesure 5.1 ROPWP. Le projet concerne la construction d’une installation photovoltaïque. La mise en œuvre du projet contribuera à accroître la part des énergies renouvelables dans la production totale d’énergie. La mise en œuvre des mesures entraînera une réduction des émissions de CO2 et une amélioration de l’environnement. La mise en œuvre du projet contribuera à la réalisation de l’indicateur de résultat ROPWP: Part de l’énergie produite à partir de sources renouvelables dans la consommation finale brute d’énergie de 15,5 % en 2012 à 18,6 % en 2023. Cet investissement est prêt à être mis en œuvre, l’entreprise a obtenu toutes les décisions administratives nécessaires. L’achèvement matériel du projet est prévu d’ici le 12.2020. Das Projekt betrifft eine Investition in den Bau einer neuen Stromerzeugungsanlage mit einer Leistung von 999 kW mit Anschluss an das Verteiler-/Übertragungsnetz gemäß den technischen Unterlagen auf Grundstücken mit Geod-Nr. 1234 und 1235, Dubina, Hajnówka. Die Komponenten der Installation eines Photovoltaikbetriebs bestehen aus: − Photovoltaik-Panels bis 4200 Einheiten – Wechselrichter bis 50 Stück – Gleichstromverdrahtung – Wechselstromverdrahtung − Brandschutz ocrhona – Messungen – SN/nN Containertransformatorstation – 15/0,4 kV – Geländezaun und Video- und Alarmüberwachung Installation Das Projekt realisiert direkt das spezifische Ziel: Erhöhter Anteil der dezentralen Erzeugung erneuerbarer Energien Maßnahme 5.1 ROPWP. Das Projekt betrifft den Bau einer Photovoltaikanlage. Die Durchführung des Projekts wird dazu beitragen, den Anteil erneuerbarer Energien an der Gesamtenergieerzeugung zu erhöhen. Die Umsetzung der Maßnahmen wird zu einer Verringerung der CO2-Emissionen und einer Verbesserung der Umwelt führen. Die Durchführung des Projekts wird zur Erreichung des ROPWP-Ergebnisindikators beitragen: Anteil der Energie aus erneuerbaren Quellen am Bruttoendenergieverbrauch von 15,5 % im Jahr 2012 bis 18,6 % im Jahr 2023. Diese Investition ist bereit für die Umsetzung, das Unternehmen hat alle erforderlichen Verwaltungsentscheidungen erhalten. Der materielle Abschluss des Projekts ist bis 12.2020 geplant.
