Projekt dotyczy utworzenia Centrum Kompetencji Zawodowych w Powiecie Proszowickim dla branży mechanicznej i górniczo hutniczej jako wiodącej i branży turystycznogastronomicznej jako uzupełniającej. Projekt będzie realizowany w Zespole Szkół im. Emila Godlewskiego w Piotrkowicach Małych, jako odpowiedź na potrzeby lokalnego i regionalnego rynku pracy. Celem głównym projektu jest przygotowanie uczniów do efektywnego funkcjonowania na rynku pracy poprzez zapewnienie im warunków do wszechstronnego rozwoju i zdobywania rzetelnej wiedzy zgodnej z potrzebami rynku pracy a tym samym zwiększenie ich szans na zatrudnienie. W celu zapewnienia odpowiednich warunków kształcenia i szkolenia zakładamy doposażenie warsztatów szkolnych jak również pracowni gastronomicznych . Uzupełnienie odpowiedniej bazy techno dydaktycznej pozwoli na łatwiejsze przechodzenie z etapu kształcenia do etapu zatrudnienia. Działania te również pozwolą na wzmocnienie systemów kształcenia i szkolenia zawodowego głównie poprzez mechanizmy prognozowania umiejętności, dostosowania programów nauczania oraz tworzenia i rozwoju systemów uczenia się poprzez praktyczną naukę zawodu realizowaną w ścisłej współpracy z pracodawcami. Grupą docelową projektu są uczniowie szkół ponadpodstawowych i ponadgimnazjalnych z terenu powiatu proszowickiego prowadzących kształcenie zawodowe oraz nauczyciele uczący w tych szkołach przedmiotów zawodowych. Dla uczniów planowana jest organizacja: staży zawodowych, kursów i szkoleń, doradztwa zawodowego, pomocy stypendialnej dla uczniów szczególnie uzdolnionych, dodatkowych zajęć dydaktycznowyrównawczych . Dla nauczycieli natomiast zakładamy realizację : studiów podyplomowych i kursów doskonalących. (Polish)

The project concerns the creation of the Professional Competence Centre in Powiecie Proszowicki for the mechanical and mining industry as a leading and complementary tourism industry. The project will be implemented in the Emil Godlewski School Complex in Piotrkowice Małe as a response to the needs of the local and regional labour market. The main aim of the project is to prepare students for effective functioning on the labour market by providing them with the conditions for comprehensive development and acquiring reliable knowledge in accordance with the needs of the labour market and thus increasing their employability. In order to ensure proper conditions for education and training, we envisage retrofitting school workshops as well as catering workshops. The completion of an appropriate teaching technology base will facilitate the transition from education to employment. These actions will also help to strengthen vocational education and training systems mainly through skills forecasting mechanisms, adapting curricula and developing and developing learning systems through practical apprenticeships in close cooperation with employers. The target group of the project is students of secondary and upper secondary schools from the proszowice district providing vocational training and teachers teaching vocational subjects in these schools. For students, it is planned to organise: internships, courses and trainings, career counselling, scholarships for particularly talented students, additional teaching activitiescomparable. For teachers, we assume the implementation of: postgraduate studies and improvement courses. (English)

Le projet concerne la création du Centre de compétences professionnelles à Powiecie Proszowicki pour l’industrie mécanique et minière en tant qu’industrie touristique de premier plan et complémentaire. Le projet sera mis en œuvre dans le complexe scolaire Emil Godlewski à Piotrkowice Małe en réponse aux besoins du marché du travail local et régional. L’objectif principal du projet est de préparer les étudiants à fonctionner efficacement sur le marché du travail en leur fournissant les conditions d’un développement complet et d’acquérir des connaissances fiables en fonction des besoins du marché du travail et, partant, d’accroître leur employabilité. Afin d’assurer des conditions d’éducation et de formation adéquates, nous envisageons de réaménager des ateliers scolaires ainsi que des ateliers de restauration. L’achèvement d’une base de technologies pédagogiques appropriée facilitera le passage de l’éducation à l’emploi. Ces actions contribueront également à renforcer les systèmes d’enseignement et de formation professionnels, principalement au moyen de mécanismes de prévision des compétences, d’adaptation des programmes d’études et de développement et de développement de systèmes d’apprentissage par le biais d’apprentissages pratiques en étroite coopération avec les employeurs. Le groupe cible du projet est constitué d’étudiants du secondaire et du deuxième cycle du district de Proszowice qui dispensent une formation professionnelle et des enseignants dispensent des matières professionnelles dans ces établissements. Pour les étudiants, il est prévu d’organiser: stages, cours et formations, orientation professionnelle, bourses d’études pour les étudiants particulièrement talentueux, activités d’enseignement supplémentairescomparables. Das Projekt betrifft die Schaffung des professionellen Kompetenzzentrums in Powiecie Proszowicki für die Maschinenbau- und Bergbauindustrie als führende und ergänzende Tourismusbranche. Das Projekt wird im Emil Godlewski-Schulkomplex in Piotrkowice Małe als Reaktion auf die Bedürfnisse des lokalen und regionalen Arbeitsmarktes umgesetzt. Hauptziel des Projekts ist es, die Studierenden auf ein effektives Funktionieren auf dem Arbeitsmarkt vorzubereiten, indem sie die Voraussetzungen für eine umfassende Entwicklung und den Erwerb zuverlässiger Kenntnisse entsprechend den Bedürfnissen des Arbeitsmarktes erhalten und damit ihre Beschäftigungsfähigkeit erhöhen. Um angemessene Bedingungen für die allgemeine und berufliche Bildung zu gewährleisten, planen wir die Nachrüstung von Schulwerkstätten sowie Catering-Workshops. Der Abschluss einer geeigneten Lehrtechnologiebasis wird den Übergang von der Bildung in die Beschäftigung erleichtern. Diese Maßnahmen werden auch zur Stärkung der Systeme der beruflichen Aus- und Weiterbildung beitragen, vor allem durch Mechanismen zur Vorhersage von Kompetenzen, Anpassung der Lehrpläne und Entwicklung von Lernsystemen durch praktische Lehrlingsausbildungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Arbeitgebern. Zielgruppe des Projekts sind Schüler von Sekundar- und Sekundarschulen aus dem Bezirk Proszowice, die Berufsbildungs- und Lehrerausbildungen in diesen Schulen anbieten. Für Studenten ist es geplant, Folgendes zu organisieren: Praktika, Kurse und Schulungen, Berufsberatung, Stipendien für besonders talentierte Studierende, zusätzliche Lehrtätigkeitenvergleichbar. Für Lehrer übernehmen wir die Umsetzung von: Postgraduiertenstudium und Verbesserungskurse. (German)
