Celem głównym projektu jest podniesienie dostępności i jakości edukacji dzieci i młodzieży w zakresie kształcenia ogólnego uczęszczających do 5 szkół podstawowych SP podległych pod Gminę Laskowa L w okresie od 06.2021 do 12.2022 i tym samym dalszy rozwój społeczny i edukacyjny woj. małopolskiego poprzez dopasowanie programu edukacji do potrzeb nowoczesnej gospodarki i rynku pracy. Główne zadania projektu to prowadzenie pozalekcyjnych zajęć edukacyjnych dla uczniów w zakresie rozwijania kompetencji kluczowych, zwiększenie motywacji do nauki ucznia, wsparcie ucznia z SPE oraz zastosowanie szerokiego wachlarza włączających metod nauczania, a także rozwój kompetencji zawodowych kadr. Główne rezultaty projektu to nabycie przez U kompetencji kluczowych, podniesienie kwalifikacji N do nowoczesnego prowadzenia lekcji w tym z wykorzystaniem TIK oraz do pracy z uczniem SPE oraz zwiększenie potencjału edukacyjnego szkół przez wyposażenie w TIK i doposażenie pracowni w pomoce dydaktyczne, atakże dostosowanie placówek do potrzeb U i dorosłych osób niepełnosprawnych ON. The main objective of the project is to improve the availability and quality of education of children and young people in general education attending 5 SP primary schools subordinate to the Municipality of Laskowa L in the period from 06.2021 to 12.2022 and thus further social and educational development of the Małopolska Voivodeship by adapting the education programme to the needs of the modern economy and the labour market. The main tasks of the project are to conduct non-curricular educational activities for students in the development of key competences, increase motivation to learn the student, support a student from the SPE and apply a wide range of inclusive teaching methods, as well as the development of professional competences of staff. The main results of the project are the acquisition by U of key competences, the improvement of N qualifications for modern teaching, including the use of ICT and work with a student of the SPE, and increasing the educational potential of schools by equipping with ICT and equipping the studio with teaching aids, as well as adapting institutions to the needs of U and adult persons with disabilities. L’objectif principal du projet est d’améliorer la disponibilité et la qualité de l’éducation des enfants et des jeunes dans l’enseignement général qui fréquentent 5 écoles primaires relevant de la municipalité de Laskowa L au cours de la période allant du 06.2021 au 12.2022 et donc de favoriser le développement social et éducatif de la voïvodie de Małopolska en adaptant le programme d’éducation aux besoins de l’économie moderne et du marché du travail. Les principales tâches du projet sont de mener des activités éducatives non scolaires pour les étudiants dans le développement des compétences clés, d’accroître la motivation à apprendre l’étudiant, de soutenir un étudiant de la SPE et d’appliquer un large éventail de méthodes d’enseignement inclusives, ainsi que le développement des compétences professionnelles du personnel. Les principaux résultats du projet sont l’acquisition par l’Université de compétences clés, l’amélioration des qualifications N pour l’enseignement moderne, y compris l’utilisation des TIC et le travail avec un étudiant de la SPE, et l’augmentation du potentiel éducatif des écoles par l’équipement des TIC et l’équipement du studio d’aides pédagogiques, ainsi que l’adaptation des établissements aux besoins des U et des adultes handicapés. Hauptziel des Projekts ist es, die Verfügbarkeit und Qualität der Bildung von Kindern und Jugendlichen in der allgemeinen Bildung zu verbessern, die 5 der Gemeinde Laskowa L in der Zeit vom 06.2021 bis 12.2022 unterstellten Grundschulen der Region Małopolska besuchen und damit die soziale und pädagogische Entwicklung der Woiwodschaft Małopolska durch Anpassung des Bildungsprogramms an die Bedürfnisse der modernen Wirtschaft und des Arbeitsmarktes fördern. Die Hauptaufgaben des Projektes sind die Durchführung von außerschulischen Bildungsaktivitäten für Studierende bei der Entwicklung von Schlüsselkompetenzen, die Steigerung der Motivation zum Lernen des Schülers, die Unterstützung eines Schülers aus der SPE und die Anwendung eines breiten Spektrums inklusiver Lehrmethoden sowie die Entwicklung von beruflichen Kompetenzen des Personals. Die wichtigsten Ergebnisse des Projekts sind der Erwerb von Schlüsselkompetenzen durch U, die Verbesserung der N-Qualifikationen für den modernen Unterricht, einschließlich der Nutzung von IKT und die Arbeit mit einem Schüler der SPE, und die Steigerung des Bildungspotenzials von Schulen durch die Ausstattung mit IKT und die Ausstattung des Studios mit Lehrmitteln sowie die Anpassung der Einrichtungen an die Bedürfnisse von U- und Erwachsenen mit Behinderungen.
