Projekt dotyczy realizacji inwestycji w nowoczesne maszyny produkcyjne i oprogramowanie, które pozwolą na wprowadzenie do oferty wnioskodawcy nowego produktu - wsporników przenoszących duże obciążenia w zespołach amortyzatorów sprzęgów kolejowych. Nowy produkt został opracowany w ramach prac B+R, w odpowiedzi na zapotrzebowanie zgłoszone przez kluczowego klienta wnioskodawcy – spółkę Dellner Sp. z o.o. wchodzącą w skład Grupy Dellner, globalnego lidera rynku sprzęgów kolejowych. Zapotrzebowanie klienta na nowy typ wsporników wynika z problemów związanych z wykorzystaniem w sprzęgach kolejowych wsporników wytwarzanych metodą odlewu. Nowy typ wsporników będzie jako jedyny w skali świata wytwarzany metodą obróbki ubytkowej bloku stali gorącowalcowanej. Nowy typ wsporników w zestawieniu z aktualnie dostępnymi na globalnym rynku wspornikami odlewanymi będzie charakteryzował:- wzrost wytrzymałości i trwałości wsporników,- skrócenie czasu dostawy produktu,- redukcja jednostkowego kosztu wytworzenia produktu w przypadku krótkich serii produkcyjnych.Wprowadzenie do oferty nowego produktu pozwoli odpowiedzieć także na potrzeby samego wnioskodawcy, w tym:- zwiększyć udział przychodów generowanych przez produkty opracowane samodzielnie przez wnioskodawcę,- wykorzystać potencjał rozwojowy rynku sprzęgów kolejowych, który znajduje się w fazie rozwoju, a jednocześnie zapewnia stabilny poziom zamówień i w niewielkim stopniu podlega wahaniom koniunktury,- zacieśnić współpracę z kluczowym klientem – Grupą Dellner.Zakupy inwestycyjne w ramach projektu pozwolą na stworzenie ciągu technologicznego składającego się z dwóch komponentów: centrum frezującego wertykalnego 3-osiowego na potrzeby obróbki zgrubnej bloku stali gorącowalcowanej oraz centrum frezującego 5-osiowego na potrzeby obróbki końcowej. Dodatkowym elementem inwestycji jest zakup oprogramowania CAM do projektowania ścieżek obróbki 3D detali na potrzeby wytwarzania nowych produktów przy wykorzystaniu centrów frezujących. (Polish)

The project concerns the implementation of investments in modern production machines and software, which will allow for the introduction of a new product to the applicant’s offer – brackets carrying heavy loads in units of rail coupling shock absorbers. The new product was developed as part of the R & D work, in response to the demand expressed by the applicant’s key client – Dellner Sp. z o.o., a part of the Dellner Group, a global leader in the rail coupling market. Customer demand for a new type of brackets is due to problems related to the use of cast-manufactured brackets in rail couplings. The new type of brackets will be the only one in the world produced by hot-rolled steel block cavities. A new type of brackets in combination with cast brackets currently available on the global market will be characterised by:- an increase in the strength and durability of the brackets,- a reduction in the delivery time of the product,- a reduction in the unit cost of production of the product in the case of short production series.Introduction to the offer of a new product will also respond to the needs of the applicant himself, including:- increase the share of revenue generated by products developed by the applicant itself, – exploit the development potential of the rail coupling market, which is in the development phase, while ensuring a stable level of orders and to a small extent is subject to economic fluctuations,- to strengthen cooperation with a key client – the Dellner Group.Investment purchases within the project will allow the creation of a technological line consisting of two components: vertical 3-axis milling center for hot-rolled steel coarse processing and 5-axis milling center for final processing. An additional element of the investment is the purchase of CAM software for the design of 3D machining paths for the production of new products using milling centers. (English)

Le projet concerne la réalisation d’investissements dans des machines et des logiciels de production modernes, ce qui permettra l’introduction d’un nouveau produit à l’offre de la requérante — des supports transportant de lourdes charges dans des unités d’amortisseurs d’accouplement de rails. Le nouveau produit a été développé dans le cadre des travaux de R & D, en réponse à la demande exprimée par le principal client de la requérante, Dellner Sp. z o.o., qui fait partie du groupe Dellner, un leader mondial sur le marché du couplage ferroviaire. La demande des clients pour un nouveau type de supports est due à des problèmes liés à l’utilisation de supports fabriqués en fonte dans les accouplements de rails. Le nouveau type de supports sera le seul au monde produit par des cavités en acier laminées à chaud. Un nouveau type de supports en combinaison avec des supports coulés actuellement disponibles sur le marché mondial sera caractérisé par:- une augmentation de la force et de la durabilité des supports,- une réduction du délai de livraison du produit,- une réduction du coût unitaire de production du produit dans le cas d’une série de production courte.L’introduction à l’offre d’un nouveau produit répondra également aux besoins du demandeur lui-même, y compris:- augmenter la part des revenus générés par les produits développés par le demandeur lui-même, — exploiter le potentiel de développement du marché du couplage ferroviaire, qui est en phase de développement, tout en assurant un niveau stable de commandes et, dans une moindre mesure, est sujet à des fluctuations économiques,- de renforcer la création d’un groupement d’achats à l’intérieur d’un projet technologique. centre vertical de fraisage 3 axes pour le traitement grossier de l’acier laminé à chaud et centre de fraisage à 5 axes pour le traitement final. Das Projekt betrifft die Umsetzung von Investitionen in moderne Produktionsmaschinen und Software, die die Einführung eines neuen Produkts in das Angebot des Antragstellers ermöglichen – Klammern mit schweren Lasten in Einheiten von Schienenkopplungsdämpfern. Das neue Produkt wurde im Rahmen der F & E-Arbeit entwickelt, als Reaktion auf die Nachfrage des wichtigsten Kunden des Antragstellers – Dellner Sp. z o.o., ein Teil der Dellner-Gruppe, ein weltweit führendes Unternehmen auf dem Markt für Schienenkopplungen. Die Nachfrage der Kunden nach einem neuen Haltertyp ist auf Probleme im Zusammenhang mit der Verwendung von Gussbügeln in Schienenkupplungen zurückzuführen. Die neue Art von Klammern wird die einzige auf der Welt sein, die von warmgewalzten Stahlblockhohlräumen hergestellt wird. Eine neue Art von Klammern in Kombination mit Gussbügeln, die derzeit auf dem Weltmarkt verfügbar sind, zeichnet sich durch:- eine Erhöhung der Festigkeit und Haltbarkeit der Klammern,- eine Verkürzung der Lieferzeit des Produkts,- eine Verringerung der Stückkosten der Produktion des Produkts bei kurzen Produktionsreihen.Einführung in das Angebot eines neuen Produkts wird auch auf die Bedürfnisse des Antragstellers selbst reagieren, einschließlich:- Erhöhung des Anteils der Einnahmen, die durch die vom Antragsteller selbst entwickelten Produkte generiert werden, – Ausschöpfung des Entwicklungspotenzials des Schienenkopplungsmarktes, der sich in der Entwicklungsphase befindet, während gleichzeitig ein stabiles Auftragsniveau gewährleistet wird und in geringem Maße wirtschaftliche Schwankungen unterworfen werden. vertikales 3-Achsen-Fräszentrum für warmgewalzte Stahl grobe Verarbeitung und 5-Achs-Fräszentrum für die Endbearbeitung.
