CEL PROJEKTU: Zwiększenie aktywności zawodowej i społecznej 75osób( 42Kobiet)zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym niezatrudnionych w tym min .12osób z niepełnosprawnościami z woj.mazowieckiego z wybranych gmin wpj.mazowieckiego pkt.C1.7i) poprzez kompleksowe i indywidualne wsparcie od 4.2020-3.2021Grupa :75osób(42 K) zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym zamieszkujących gminy patrz pkt. 1.7 P jest skierowany wyłącznie do osób z jednej lub kilku z niżej wymienionych grup: -osoby doświadczające wielokrotnego wykluczenia, - osoby o znacznym lub umiarkowanym stopniu niepełnosprawności, - osoby z niepełnosprawnością sprzężoną oraz osoby z zaburzeniami psychicznymi, w tym osoby z niepełnosprawnością intelektualną i osoby z całościowymi zaburzeniami rozwojowymi, REZULTATY: -Liczba osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym, które uzyskały kwalifikacje lub kom po opuszczeniu programu:-50- Liczba osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wyklucz społ poszukujących pracy po opuszczeniu programu:-10 - Liczba osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społ pracujących po opuszczeniu programu:19 1. Odsetek OzN, które dokonały postępu w aktywizacji społecznej – 34%, 2. OdseteOzN, które spełniły kryterium efektywności zatrud – 12%, 3. Odsetek pozostałych osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym, które dokonały postępu w aktywizacji społecznej –34%, 4. Odsetek pozostałych osób zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społecznym, które spełniły kryterium efektywności zatrudnieniowej – 25%. Działania: 1. Diagnoza indywidualnych potrzeb i potencjałów UP, 75 osób x 3h 2. Działania w zakresie poradnictwa specjalistycznego oraz trening umiejętności społecznych,75 osób 3. Usługi trenera zatrudnienia wspieranego , dla 100% UP 4.terapia psychologiczną/rodzinną /psychospołeczną lub program terapeutyczny dla osób uzależnionych - 20 UP 5. OBJECTIVE OF THE PROJECT: Increase the employment and social participation of 75people(42Women) at risk of poverty or social exclusion without employment, including at least 12 people with disabilities from the Mazowieckie voivodship from selected municipalities in wpj.mazowieckie point C1.7i) through comprehensive and individual support from 4.2020-3.2021Group:75 people(42 K) at risk of poverty or social exclusion living in municipalities see paragraph. 1.7 P is addressed only to persons from one or more of the following groups: — persons experiencing multiple exclusions, – persons with severe or moderate disability, – persons with associated disabilities and persons with mental disorders, including persons with intellectual disabilities and persons with general developmental disorders, RESULTATATES: —Number of people at risk of poverty or social exclusion who obtained qualifications or commies after leaving the programme:-50- Number of people at risk of poverty or exclusion of jobseekers after leaving:-10 – Number of people at risk of poverty or exclusion in employment after leaving:19 1. Prozentsatz der OzNs, die Fortschritte bei der sozialen Aktivierung gemacht haben – 34 %, 2. OdseteOzN, das das Kriterium der Wirksamkeit erfüllte, 12 %, 3. Anteil der von Armut oder sozialer Ausgrenzung bedrohten Menschen, die Fortschritte bei der sozialen Aktivierung erzielt haben -34 %, 4. Anteil anderer von Armut oder sozialer Ausgrenzung bedrohter Personen, die das Beschäftigungsleistungskriterium erfüllten – 25 %. Maßnahmen: 1.
