Projekt pn: Rozwój jakościowy płońskiego obszaru funkcjonalnego, w tym rewitalizacja przestrzeni architektonicznej, kulturowej i krajobrazu realizowany będzie w Płońsku, w powiecie płońskim. Zakres rzeczowy projektu dotyczy następujących zadań inwestycyjnych: Rewitalizacja placu 15 Sierpnia oraz Małego Rynku przy ul. 19-go Stycznia w Płońsku wraz z elementami małej architektury i projektem zieleni; Zmiana sposobu użytkowania istniejącego budynku mieszkalnego na budynek – centrum informacji turystycznej, budowę parkingów w rynku (w projekcie ujęto jako koszty niekwalifikowane); Przebudowa ulicy Warszawskiej wraz z małą architekturą w Płońsku ( w projekcie ujęto jako koszty niekwalifikowane). W ramach projektu pełniony będzie nadzór inwestorski oraz zostanie prowadzona na bieżąco promocja projektu. Realizację projektu zaplanowano w latach 2018-2019. Głównym celem projektu jest rozwój infrastruktury technicznej na obszarach rewitalizowanych w celu ich aktywizacji społecznej i gospodarczej. Zaplanowane zadania w ramach projektu zlokalizowane są w centrum miasta, w części miasta najważniejszej i wizytowej. Aktualnie obszar ten odznacza się wysokim poziomem degradacji technicznej zarówno w obszarze infrastruktury jak i dotyczy również budynków. Rewitalizacja przestrzeni miejskiej, w tym otwarcie pasażu w rynku skutkować będzie pobudzeniem działalności gospodarczej o charakterze usługowo-handlowym w obszarze oddziaływania projektu, a co za tym idzie utworzeniem nowych miejsc pracy. Dodatkowo rewitalizowana przestrzeń miejska będzie wykorzystywana podczas różnych wydarzeń miejskich o charakterze kulturalnym, rozrywkowym i rekreacyjnym. Grupą docelową stanowić będą przede wszystkim mieszkańcy Płońska, powiatu płońskiego, województwa mazowieckiego oraz turyści i goście z Polski i zagranicy którzy odwiedzać będą piękne i historyczne miasto Płońsk. Project entitled: The qualitative development of the functional area of Płońsk, including the revitalisation of architectural, cultural and landscape space will be carried out in Płońsk, Płońsk County. The substantive scope of the project concerns the following investment tasks: Revitalisation of 15 August Square and Little Market Square at ul. 19th January in Płońsk with elements of small architecture and green design; Changing the use of an existing residential building into a building – a tourist information centre, building car parks in the market (ineligible costs in the project); Reconstruction of Warsaw Street together with a small architecture in Płońsk (ineligible costs). As part of the project, investor supervision will be carried out and the project promotion will be carried out on an ongoing basis. The project is planned to be implemented in 2018-2019. The main objective of the project is the development of technical infrastructure in areas revitalised for their social and economic activation. The planned tasks of the project are located in the city centre, in the most important part of the city and in the visiting part of the city. At present, this area is characterised by a high level of technical degradation both in the area of infrastructure and also for buildings. The revitalisation of urban space, including the opening of the passage to the market, will stimulate economic activity of a service and commercial nature in the area of impact of the project and thus create new jobs. In addition, the revitalised urban space will be used at various cultural, entertainment and recreational urban events. The target group will be residents of Płońsk, Płońsk district, Mazowieckie Voivodeship and tourists and visitors from Poland and abroad who will visit the beautiful and historical city of Płońsk. Projet intitulé: Le développement qualitatif de la zone fonctionnelle de Płońsk, y compris la revitalisation de l’espace architectural, culturel et paysager, sera réalisé à Płońsk, dans le comté de Płońsk. Le champ d’application matériel du projet concerne les tâches d’investissement suivantes: Revitalisation de la place du 15 août et de la place du petit marché à ul. 19 janvier à Płońsk avec des éléments de petite architecture et de design vert; Transformation de l’utilisation d’un bâtiment résidentiel existant en bâtiment — centre d’information touristique, construction de parkings sur le marché (coûts non éligibles du projet); Reconstruction de la rue de Varsovie avec une petite architecture à Płońsk (coûts non éligibles). Dans le cadre du projet, la supervision des investisseurs sera assurée et la promotion du projet sera assurée sur une base continue. Le projet devrait être mis en œuvre en 2018-2019. L’objectif principal du projet est le développement d’infrastructures techniques dans des zones revitalisées en vue de leur activation sociale et économique. Les tâches prévues pour le projet sont situées dans le centre-ville, dans la partie la plus importante de la ville et dans la partie visitée de la ville. À l’heure actuelle, cette zone se caractérise par un niveau élevé de dégradation technique, tant dans le domaine des infrastructures que dans celui des bâtiments. La revitalisation de l’espace urbain, y compris l’ouverture du passage au marché, stimulera l’activité économique de nature service et commerciale dans la zone d’impact du projet et créera ainsi de nouveaux emplois. En outre, l’espace urbain revitalisé sera utilisé lors de divers événements culturels, de divertissement et de loisirs urbains. Le groupe cible sera les résidents de Płońsk, le district de Płońsk, la voïvodie de Mazowieckie et les touristes et les visiteurs polonais et étrangers qui visiteront la belle ville historique de Płońsk. Projekt mit dem Titel: Die qualitative Entwicklung des Funktionsgebiets Płońsk, einschließlich der Revitalisierung des architektonischen, kulturellen und Landschaftsraums, wird in Płońsk, Kreis Płońsk, erfolgen. Der inhaltliche Geltungsbereich des Projekts betrifft folgende Investitionsaufgaben: Revitalisierung des 15. August-Platzes und des kleinen Marktplatzes bei ul. 19. Januar in Płońsk mit Elementen der kleinen Architektur und grünem Design; Umstellung der Nutzung eines bestehenden Wohngebäudes in ein Gebäude – ein touristisches Informationszentrum, Bau von Parkplätzen auf dem Markt (zuschussfähige Kosten des Projekts); Wiederaufbau der Warschauer Straße zusammen mit einer kleinen Architektur in Płońsk (zuschussfähige Kosten). Im Rahmen des Projekts wird die Anlegeraufsicht durchgeführt und die Projektförderung wird laufend durchgeführt. Das Projekt soll 2018-2019 umgesetzt werden. Hauptziel des Projekts ist die Entwicklung der technischen Infrastruktur in Gebieten, die für ihre soziale und wirtschaftliche Aktivierung wiederbelebt werden. Die geplanten Aufgaben des Projekts befinden sich im Stadtzentrum, im wichtigsten Teil der Stadt und im Besuchsteil der Stadt. Derzeit zeichnet sich dieser Bereich durch einen hohen technischen Abbau sowohl im Bereich der Infrastruktur als auch für Gebäude aus. Die Wiederbelebung des städtischen Raums, einschließlich der Öffnung des Durchgangs zum Markt, wird die wirtschaftliche Tätigkeit der Dienstleistungen und des kommerziellen Charakters im Bereich der Auswirkungen des Projekts stimulieren und so neue Arbeitsplätze schaffen. Darüber hinaus wird der wiederbelebte städtische Raum bei verschiedenen kulturellen, Unterhaltungs- und Freizeitveranstaltungen genutzt. Zielgruppe sind die Bewohner von Płońsk, Bezirk Płońsk, Woiwodschaft Mazowieckie und Touristen und Besucher aus Polen und dem Ausland, die die schöne und historische Stadt Płońsk besuchen werden.
