IL PROGETTO MICROEXATIVA INTENDE SVILUPPARE UN PROTOTIPO IN SCALA PILOTA PER CONDURRE UN INNOVATIVO PROCESSO DI ESTRAZIONE SENZA SOLVENTE MEDIANTE MICROONDE, PARTICOLARMENTE DESTINATO ALL'ESTRAZIONE DI SOSTANZE AD ALTO VALORE AGGIUNTO DA MATRICI DI CANNABIS SATIVA, ALLO SCOPO DI SVILUPPARE PRODOTTI COSMETICI E NUTRACEUTICI. GLI ESTRATTI DI CANNABIS RAPPRESENTANO UNA MATERIA PRIMA AD ELEVATISSIMO POTENZIALE SOPRATTUTTO NELL'AMBITO DEGLI INTEGRATORI ALIMENTARI E DELLA COSMECEUTICA. L'OBIETTIVO DEL PROGETTO MICROEXATIVA Ê QUELLO DI OTTENERE ESTRATTI DI CANNABIS SATIVA PER L'OTTENIMENTO DI UN INTEGRATORE DA COMMERCIALIZZARE PER IL TRATTAMENTO DELLE ARTROPATIE E UN COSMECEUTICO DA UTILIZZARE PER IL TRATTAMENTO DELLE DERMATITI ATOPICHE. L'ESTRAZIONE PUò ESSERE CONDOTTA IN APPARECCHIATURE DA LABORATORIO, DIFFICILMENTE SCALABILI, E COMUNQUE SEMPRE IN PRESENZA DI UNA FASE SOLVENTE IN CUI SI VANNO A RACCOGLIERE LE SOSTANZE ESTRATTE. MICROEXATIVA SFRUTTERà UN NUOVO CONCETTO DI ESTRAZIONE A MIC (Italian)

THE MICROEXATIVA PROJECT AIMS TO DEVELOP A PILOT SCALE PROTOTYPE TO DRIVE AN INNOVATIVE NON-SOLVENT MICROWAVE EXTRACTION PROCESS, PARTICULARLY FOR THE EXTRACTION OF HIGH ADDED VALUE SUBSTANCES FROM CANNABIS SATIVA, WITH A VIEW TO DEVELOPING COSMETIC AND NUTRACEUTICALS. CANNABIS EXTRACTS ARE A RAW MATERIAL WITH A VERY HIGH POTENTIAL, ESPECIALLY IN THE AREA OF FOOD SUPPLEMENTS AND COSMECTICEES. THE OBJECTIVE OF THE MICROEXATVAT PROJECT IS TO OBTAIN EXTRACTS FROM CANNABIS SATIVA FOR THE PRODUCTION OF AN INTEGRATOR TO BE MARKETED FOR THE TREATMENT OF ARTROPATIE AND A COSMECTICO TO BE USED FOR THE TREATMENT OF ATOPIC DERMATITIS. THE EXTRACTION MAY BE CARRIED OUT IN LABORATORY EQUIPMENT WHICH IS DIFFICULT TO ACCOMMODATE, AND IN ANY CASE WHEN THERE IS A SOLVENT PHASE IN WHICH THE EXTRACTED SUBSTANCES ARE TO BE COLLECTED. MICROEXATIVA SFRUTTERM A NEW MIC EXTRACTION CONCEPT (English)

LE PROJET MICROEXATIVA VISE À DÉVELOPPER UN PROTOTYPE À L’ÉCHELLE PILOTE POUR RÉALISER UN PROCÉDÉ INNOVANT D’EXTRACTION SANS SOLVANT SANS MICRO-ONDES, NOTAMMENT POUR L’EXTRACTION DE SUBSTANCES À HAUTE VALEUR AJOUTÉE À PARTIR DE MATRICES DE CANNABIS SATIVA, DANS LE BUT DE DÉVELOPPER DES PRODUITS COSMÉTIQUES ET NUTRACEUTIQUES. LES EXTRAITS DE CANNABIS REPRÉSENTENT UNE MATIÈRE PREMIÈRE TRÈS POTENTIELLE, EN PARTICULIER DANS LE DOMAINE DES COMPLÉMENTS ALIMENTAIRES ET DES COSMÉCEUTIQUES. L’OBJECTIF DU PROJET MICROEXATIVA EST D’OBTENIR DES EXTRAITS DE CANNABIS SATIVA POUR OBTENIR UN SUPPLÉMENT À COMMERCIALISER POUR LE TRAITEMENT DES ARTHROPATHIES ET UN COSMÉCEUTIQUE À UTILISER POUR LE TRAITEMENT DE LA DERMATITE ATOPIQUE. L’EXTRACTION PEUT ÊTRE EFFECTUÉE DANS DES ÉQUIPEMENTS DE LABORATOIRE, DIFFICILES À METTRE À L’ÉCHELLE, ET EN TOUT ÉTAT DE CAUSE TOUJOURS EN PRÉSENCE D’UNE PHASE DE SOLVANT DANS LAQUELLE LES SUBSTANCES EXTRAITES SONT COLLECTÉES. MICROEXATIVA VA EXPLOITER UN NOUVEAU CONCEPT D’EXTRACTION AU MIC (French)
