Celem głównym projektu jest wzrost w okresie 01.08.2020 - 31.07.2022 r. poziomu aktywności zawodowej oraz zdolności do zatrudnienia 32 osób (30K/2M) zamieszkujących obszar aglomeracji łódzkiej (gminy: m.Łódź, Andrespol, Brójce, Tuszyn, Nowosolna, Rzgów, Ksawerów) pozostających bez pracy z powodu sprawowania opieki nad dziećmi w wieku do 3 lat, poprzez stworzenie 32 nowych miejsc i realizację bieżącej opieki nad dziećmi w żłobku przy ul. Starorudzkiej 18 w Łodzi. W wyniku realizacji projektu 16 osób pracujących (16K) po przerwie spowodowanej urodzeniem/wychowaniem dziecka, będzie mogło powrócić na rynek pracy oraz 16 osób bezrobotnych/biernych zawodowo (14K/2M), dla których opieka nad dzieckiem stanowi barierę wejścia na rynek pracy otrzyma wsparcie, pozwalające na aktywne poszukiwanie/znalezienie zatrudnienia na lokalnym rynku pracy. Grupa docelowa projektu to 32 osoby (30K/2M) pełniące funkcje rodzicielskie, pozostające bez pracy z powodu sprawowania opieki nad dziećmi w wieku do 3 lat. Wśród nich będzie 16 osób (16K) pracujących (przebywających na urlopie macierzyńskim/rodzicielskim), które chcą kontynuować zatrudnienie po przerwie spowodowanej urodzeniem/wychowaniem dziecka oraz 16 osób (14K/2M) bezrobotnych/biernych zawodowo, dla których konieczność opieki nad dzieckiem stanowi barierę wejścia na rynek pracy. Główne zadania w projekcie: 1.Prace remontowo-adaptacyjne w pomieszczeniach żłobka 2.Zakup mebli i sprzętów użytkowych do żłobka 3.Zakup zabawek i akcesoriów do żłobka 4.Realizacja zadań opiekuńczo - wychowawczych w żłobku 5.Realizacja zadań organizacyjno - administracyjnych i porządkowych w żłobku (Polish)

The main objective of the project is to increase the level of activity and employability of 32 people (30K/2M) living in the Łódź agglomeration (municipalities: M. Łódź, Andrespol, Brójce, Tuszyn, Nowosolna, Rzgów, Ksawers) who are unemployed because of taking care of children up to the age of 3, by creating 32 new places and implementing ongoing childcare in the crèche at ul. Starorudzkie 18 in Łódź. As a result of the project, 16 people working (16K) after a break caused by the birth/raising of a child will be able to return to the labour market and 16 unemployed/employees (14K/2M), for whom childcare is a barrier to entering the labour market, will receive support to actively seek/find employment on the local labour market. The target group of the project is 32 people (30K/2M) with parental functions, who are unemployed due to taking care of children up to the age of 3. Among them there will be 16 people (16K) working (on maternity/parental leave) who wish to continue their employment after the child’s birth/earning break and 16 (14K/2M) unemployed/professionals, for whom childcare is a barrier to entry into the labour market. Main tasks in the project: 1.Renovation and adaptation works in crèche rooms 2.Purchase of furniture and utilities for crèche 3. Purchase of toys and accessories for crèche 4.Performance of care and educational tasks in the crèche 5.Delivery of organizational – administrative and cleaning tasks in the crèche (English)

L’objectif principal du projet est d’accroître le niveau d’activité et l’employabilité de 32 personnes (30K/2M) vivant dans l’agglomération de Łódź (municipalités: M. Łódź, Andrespol, Brójce, Tuszyn, Nowosolna, Rzgów, Ksawers) qui sont sans emploi en raison de la prise en charge d’enfants jusqu’à l’âge de 3 ans, en créant 32 nouveaux lieux et en mettant en place des services de garde d’enfants permanents dans la crèche d’ul. Starorudzkie 18 à Łódź. À la suite de ce projet, 16 personnes qui travaillent (16 000 personnes) après une interruption causée par la naissance/l’éducation d’un enfant pourront retourner sur le marché du travail et 16 chômeurs/salariés (14K/2M), pour lesquels la garde d’enfants constitue un obstacle à l’entrée sur le marché du travail, bénéficieront d’une aide pour rechercher activement/trouver un emploi sur le marché du travail local. Le groupe cible du projet est de 32 personnes (30K/2M) ayant des fonctions parentales, qui sont sans emploi en raison de la prise en charge d’enfants jusqu’à l’âge de 3 ans. Parmi eux, il y aura 16 personnes (16 000 personnes) qui travaillent (en congé de maternité/parental) qui souhaitent poursuivre leur emploi après la naissance/l’interruption des revenus de l’enfant et 16 (14K/2M) chômeurs/professionnels, pour lesquels la garde d’enfants constitue un obstacle à l’entrée sur le marché du travail. Principales tâches du projet: 1. Travaux de rénovation et d’adaptation dans les salles de crèche 2.Achat de mobilier et d’utilités pour la crèche 3. Achat de jouets et accessoires pour la crèche 4.Exécution des tâches de soins et d’éducation dans la crèche 5.Livraison des tâches organisationnelles — administratives et de nettoyage dans la crèche (French)

Hauptziel des Projekts ist es, das Beschäftigungsniveau und die Beschäftigungsfähigkeit von 32 Beschäftigten (30K/2M) zu erhöhen, die im Ballungsraum Łódź (Gemeinde: M. Łódź, Andrespol, Brójce, Tuszyn, Nowosolna, Rzgów, Ksawers), die aufgrund der Betreuung von Kindern bis zum 3. Lebensjahr arbeitslos sind, durch die Schaffung von 32 neuen Plätzen und die Umsetzung der laufenden Kinderbetreuung in der Krippe in ul. Starorudzkie 18 in Łódź. Als Ergebnis des Projekts werden 16 Erwerbstätige (16K) nach einer Unterbrechung durch die Geburt/Erziehung eines Kindes in den Arbeitsmarkt zurückkehren können, und 16 Arbeitslose/Arbeitnehmer (14K/2M), für die Kinderbetreuung ein Hindernis für den Eintritt in den Arbeitsmarkt ist, werden Unterstützung erhalten, um aktiv eine Beschäftigung auf dem lokalen Arbeitsmarkt zu suchen bzw. zu finden. Zielgruppe des Projekts sind 32 Personen (30K/2M) mit elterlichen Funktionen, die aufgrund der Betreuung von Kindern bis zum Alter von 3 Jahren arbeitslos sind. Unter ihnen werden 16 Personen (16K) arbeiten (in Mutterschafts-/Elternurlaub), die ihre Beschäftigung nach der Geburt/Ereignispause des Kindes fortsetzen möchten, und 16 (14K/2M) Arbeitslose/Berufstätige, für die Kinderbetreuung ein Hindernis für den Eintritt in den Arbeitsmarkt darstellt. Hauptaufgaben im Projekt: 1.Renovierungs- und Anpassungsarbeiten in Kinderkrippenräumen 2.Kauf von Möbeln und Versorgungseinrichtungen für Kinderkrippe 3. Kauf von Spielzeug und Zubehör für Kinderkrippe 4.Aufführung von Betreuungs- und Bildungsaufgaben in der Kinderkrippe 5.Lieferung von organisatorischen – administrativen und Reinigungsaufgaben in der Kinderkrippe (German)
