Celem gł. proj. jest przywrócenie zdolności do zatrudnienia 20 ON (12K i 8M), zagrożonych ubóstwem lub wykluczeniem społ. zamieszk. na ter. pow. łódzkiego wschodniego. W ramach proj. poprzez rozszerzenie działalności ZAZ prowadzonego przez Stowarzyszenie Wsparcie Społeczne "Ja-Ty-My" o filię w Tuszynie 20 ON z orzeczeniem o znacznym stopniu niepełnosprawności i określonych w ustawie grup osób z orzeczeniem o umiarkowanym stopniu niepełnosprawności zostanie objętych rehabilitacją zawodową, społeczną i leczniczą. Obecnie na terenie pow. łódzkiego wschodniego nie funkcjonuje żaden ZAZ, rozszerzenie działalności istniejącego ZAZ o filię w Tuszynie pozwoli zapewnić zatrudnienie 20 niepełnosprawnych mieszkańców powiatu łódzkiego wschodniego, przygotowanie ich do życia w otwartym środowisku oraz pomoc w realizacji pełnego, niezależnego, samodzielnego i aktywnego życia na miarę ich indyw. możliwości. Gmina Tuszyn użyczy Wn. kuchnię wraz z zapleczem oraz salą restauracyjną w ośr. szkoleniowo-wypoczynkowy przy ul. 3 Maja 49 w Tuszynie oraz pomieszczenia umożliwiające prow. rehabilitacji BO. Stworzona w ramach proj. filia ZAZ będzie funkcjonowała w oparciu o Ustawę z dnia 27 sierpnia 1997 r. o rehabilitacji zawodowej i społecznej oraz zatrudnianiu ON art. 29. Projekt zakłada w ramach prowadzonej filii ZAZ: - zatrudn. 20 ON o znacznym i umiarkowanym st. niepełnosprawności; - rehabilit. zawodową, społeczna i leczniczą; - przygotow. do życia w otwartym środowisku; - dostosow. stanowisk pracy do indywid. potrzeb pracowników niepełnosprawnych; - mentoring instruktorów zawodu; - szkolenia w zakresie doradztwa zawod. i orientacji zawod., poszukiwania pracy na otwartym rynku, autoprezentacji i radzenia sobie ze stresem; - uczestnictwo w imprezach, festynach, wystawach i targach; - promowanie wizerunku ON jako pełnoprawnego pracownika w środowisku lok.; - udzielanie wsparcia terapeutycznego 20 osobom (członkom rodzin/opiekunom) ON poprzez udział w grupie wsparcia. L’objectif du projet est de rétablir l’employabilité de 20 ON (12 000 et 8 millions d’habitants), menacés de pauvreté ou d’exclusion sociale dans l’est de Łódź. Dans le cadre du projet, en étendant les activités de la ZAZ menées par l’Association de soutien social «Ja-Ty-My» pour inclure une succursale de Tuszyn 20 ON avec un certificat de handicap grave et définie dans la loi des groupes de personnes ayant un certificat d’incapacité modérée seront soumis à une réadaptation professionnelle, sociale et médicale. À l’heure actuelle, il n’y a pas de ZAZ dans la région orientale de Łódź, l’extension des activités de la ZAZ existante à une succursale à Tuszyn assurera l’emploi de 20 habitants handicapés du comté de Łódź oriental, les préparer à vivre dans un environnement ouvert et les aider à réaliser une vie pleine, indépendante, indépendante et active en fonction de leurs possibilités indivisibles. Ziel des Projekts ist die Wiederherstellung der Beschäftigungsfähigkeit von 20 ON (12K und 8M), die von Armut oder sozialer Ausgrenzung im Osten Łódź bedroht sind. Im Rahmen des Projekts werden durch die Ausweitung der Aktivitäten der ZAZ, die von der Gesellschaft für soziale Unterstützung „Ja-Ty-My“ durchgeführt wird, eine Zweigstelle in Tuszyn 20 ON mit einem Zertifikat für schwere Behinderung aufgenommen und im Gesetz definierte Personengruppen mit einem Zertifikat für mäßige Behinderung einer beruflichen, sozialen und medizinischen Rehabilitation unterzogen. Derzeit gibt es im östlichen Łódź keine ZAZ, wodurch die Aktivitäten des bestehenden ZAZ um einen Zweig in Tuszyn erweitert werden, um die Beschäftigung von 20 behinderten Einwohnern des Landkreises OstŁódź zu gewährleisten, sie darauf vorzubereiten, in einer offenen Umgebung zu leben und ihnen dabei zu helfen, ein vollständiges, unabhängiges, unabhängiges und aktives Leben entsprechend ihren unteilbaren Möglichkeiten zu verwirklichen.
