Celem głównym projektu jest wsparcie 80 (46K) osób zagrożonym wykluczeniem społecznym lub ubóstwem z terenu Gminy Żagań (woj. lubuskie) w zakresie zwiększenia zdolności do prawidłowego funkcjonowania w rodzinie, w społeczności oraz zdolności do poszukiwania i podjęcia pracy poprzez realizacje usług aktywnej integracji o charakterze zawodowym dla 40 (20K) os. i społecznym dla 80 (46K) os., w terminie 01.04.2021-30.11.2022. GD stanowi: -80 os.(46K) zagroż. ubóstwem lub wyklucz. społ: w tym: -40 os. bezrob./bier. zawodowo, -26 os. uzależ./z rodzin przeżywających trudności, -14 OzN. Osoby zamiesz./prac/uczące się w rozumieniu KC na ter. woj. lubuskie- Gminy Żagań. Zad: 1. Aktywizacja społeczna na terenie Gminy Żagań. 2. Aktywizacja zawodowa na terenie Gminy Żagań. The main objective of the project is to support 80 (46K) people at risk of social exclusion or poverty from the municipality of Żagań (Luuskie Voivodeship) to increase the ability to function properly in the family, in the community and to find and take up work through the implementation of active inclusion services of a occupational nature for 40 (20K) and social for 80 (46K) pers., between 01.04.2021-30.11.2022. L’objectif principal du projet est d’aider 80 (46K) personnes exposées au risque d’exclusion sociale ou de pauvreté de la municipalité de la Voïvodie de Luskie (Voïvodie de Luskie) à améliorer la capacité de fonctionner correctement dans la famille, dans la communauté et à trouver et à prendre un emploi grâce à la mise en place de services d’inclusion active de nature professionnelle pour 40 (20 000) et social pour 80 (46 000) pers., entre le 01.04.2021-30.11.2022. Hauptziel des Projekts ist es, 80 (46K) Menschen zu unterstützen, die von sozialer Ausgrenzung oder Armut aus der Gemeinde Żagań (Woiwodschaft Luuskie) bedroht sind, um die Fähigkeit, in der Familie, in der Gemeinschaft, in der Gemeinschaft ordnungsgemäß zu arbeiten, zu verbessern und durch die Einführung von aktiven Eingliederungsdiensten beruflicher Art für 40 (20K) und für 80 (46K) pers. zwischen dem 01.04.2021-30.11.2022 zu arbeiten. GD erklärt: —80 Personen (46K), die von Armut oder Ausgrenzung bedroht sind. davon: —40 arbeitslose/professionelle Personen, -26 von Familien in Schwierigkeiten abhängige Personen, -14 OZN. Personen, die in./Arbeiten/Lernen im Sinne von KC in der Woiwodschaft Lubuskie- Gemeinde Żagań leben. RAD: 1. Soziale Aktivierung in der Gemeinde Żagań. 2. Berufliche Aktivierung in der Gemeinde Żagań.
