Przedmiotem projektu jest głęboka termomodernizacja budynku Zespołu Szkół budynku o wielu funkcjach użytkowych w Wężyskach. Projekt obejmuje następujące działania: docieplenie ścian zewnętrznych i przegród poziomych (dachu i stropu), wymianę: stolarki drzwiowej i okiennej, źródła ciepła systemu c.o. i c.w.u. na pompę ciepła, oświetlenia na oświetlenie LED, modernizację CO i CWU, montaż: automatyki do sterowania systemem c.o z wykorzystaniem TIK, wentylacji mechanicznej nawiewno-wywiewnej z odzyskiem ciepła, 2 instalacji fotowoltaicznych, automatycznego sterowania oświetleniem. Gr. docelowe: Mieszkańcy G. Krosno Odrz., Użytkownicy budynków: Zespołu Szkół i Świetlicy w Wężyskach, Władze G. Krosno Odrz., Instytucje systemu ochrony środowiska. Gł. cel projektu: Poprawa efektywności energetycznej w sektorze budynków użyteczności publicznej na obszarze Gminy Krosno Odrz. poprzez optymalizację gospodarki energetycznej w obiektach publicznych w m. The subject of the project is the deep thermomodernisation of the building of the School Complex of the building with many functional functions in Wężyska. The project includes the following activities: insulation of external walls and horizontal partitions (roof and ceiling), replacement of: door and window joinery, heat sources of the heating system and hot water for heat pump, lighting for LED lighting, modernisation of CO and CWU, installation of: automatic control systems using ICT, mechanical ventilation with heat recovery, 2 photovoltaic installations, automatic lighting control. Le sujet du projet est la thermomodernisation profonde de la construction du complexe scolaire du bâtiment avec de nombreuses fonctions fonctionnelles à Wężyska. Gegenstand des Projekts ist die tiefgreifende Thermomodernisierung des Gebäudes des Schulkomplexes mit vielen Funktionsfunktionen in Wężyska. Das Projekt umfasst folgende Aktivitäten: Isolierung von Außenwänden und horizontalen Trennwänden (Dach und Decke), Austausch von: Tür- und Fenstertischlerei, Wärmequellen des Heizsystems und Warmwasser für Wärmepumpe, Beleuchtung für LED-Beleuchtung, Modernisierung von CO und CWU, Installation von: automatische Steuerung mit IKT, mechanische Belüftung mit Wärmerückgewinnung, 2 Photovoltaikanlagen, automatische Lichtsteuerung. Ziel: Einwohner von G. Krosno Odrz., Gebäudenutzer: Die Schule und Sehenswürdigkeiten in Wężyska, die Behörden von G. Krosno Odrz., Institutionen des Umweltschutzsystems. Hauptziel des Projekts: Verbesserung der Energieeffizienz im Bereich der öffentlichen Gebäude in der Gemeinde Krosno Odrz. durch Optimierung des Energiemanagements in öffentlichen Gebäuden in Wężyska.
