Projekt pn. „Adaptacja budynku po dawnym magazynie na cele aktywizacji społecznej” zostanie zrealizowany na terenie Gminy Łysomice, położonej w województwie kujawsko-pomorskim, w powiecie ziemskim toruńskim na działkach 130/6, 140/6, w obrębie ewidencyjnym Łysomice. Założeniem niniejszego projektu jest podjęcie działań infrastrukturalnych na obszarze Gminy Łysomice, które przyczynią się do rewitalizacji społeczno-gospodarczej miejscowości Łysomice oraz Ostaszewo, na terenie których stwierdzono dużą koncentrację negatywnych zjawisk społecznych. Projekt infrastrukturalny wraz z realizowanymi dzięki niemu projektami społecznymi ma spowodować ożywienie społeczne i gospodarcze na obszarze rewitalizacji oraz poprawę warunków uczestnictwa osób zamieszkujących obszary problemowe w życiu społecznym i gospodarczym. Zaadaptowany budynek umożliwi utworzenie centrum aktywizacji społecznej, w którym będę mogły odbywać się m.in szkolenia w zakresie podnoszenia kwalifikacji zawodowych, zakładania i prowadzenia działalności gospodarczej.Zakres rzeczowy projektu obejmuje adaptację części istniejącego budynku magazynowego, zmianę sposobu użytkowania na cele rekreacyjno-edukacyjne wraz z budową niezbędnej infrastrukturą technicznej tj. zewnętrznymi instalacjami technicznymi, przyłączem kanalizacji sanitarnej i deszczowej.Przedsięwzięcie będące przedmiotem niniejszej dokumentacji znajduje się na liście projektów głównych Programu Rewitalizacji dla Gminy Łysomice przyjętego uchwałą Nr X/66/2019 Rady Gminy Łysomice z dnia 18 czerwca 2019 r. Project entitled The “adaptation of the building after the former warehouse for social activation” will be carried out in the municipality of Łysomice, located in the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship, in the territorial district of Toruń on parcels 130/6, 140/6, within the Lysomice cadastral area. The aim of this project is to undertake infrastructural measures in the area of the municipality of Łysomice, which will contribute to the socio-economic regeneration of the villages of Łysomice and Ostaszewo, where there has been a high concentration of negative social phenomena. The infrastructure project, together with social projects implemented through it, aims to stimulate social and economic recovery in the area of regeneration and improve the conditions for participation of people living in problem areas in social and economic life. The adapted building will enable the creation of a social activation centre, in which I will be able to take place, among others, training in the field of professional skills, setting up and running a business. The scope of the project includes the adaptation of parts of the existing warehouse building, the change of use for recreational and educational purposes, together with the construction of the necessary technical infrastructure, i.e. external technical installations, connection of sanitary and rain drainage systems. The project covered by this documentation is included in the list of main projects of the Revitalisation Programme for the Municipality of Łysomice adopted by Resolution No X/66/2019 of the Municipality of Łysomice of 18 June 2019. Projet intitulé L’«adaptation du bâtiment après l’ancien entrepôt d’activation sociale» sera effectuée dans la commune de Łysomice, située dans la voïvodie de Kujawsko-Pomorskie, dans le district territorial de Toruń sur les parcelles 130/6, 140/6, dans la zone cadastrale de Lysomice. L’objectif de ce projet est de prendre des mesures d’infrastructure dans la région de la commune de Łysomice, qui contribueront à la régénération socio-économique des villages de Łysomice et d’Ostaszewo, où il y a eu une forte concentration de phénomènes sociaux négatifs. Le projet d’infrastructure, ainsi que les projets sociaux mis en œuvre par son intermédiaire, visent à stimuler la relance sociale et économique dans le domaine de la régénération et à améliorer les conditions de participation des personnes vivant dans des zones à problèmes à la vie sociale et économique. Le bâtiment adapté permettra la création d’un centre d’activation sociale, dans lequel je pourrai notamment suivre une formation dans le domaine des compétences professionnelles, de la création et de la gestion d’une entreprise. Le projet comprend l’adaptation de parties de l’entrepôt existant, le changement d’utilisation à des fins récréatives et éducatives, ainsi que la construction des infrastructures techniques nécessaires, c’est-à-dire les installations techniques externes, le raccordement des systèmes sanitaires et de drainage des eaux pluviales. Le projet couvert par cette documentation est inclus dans la liste des principaux projets du programme de revitalisation de la municipalité de Łysomice adopté par la résolution no X/66/2019 de la municipalité de Łysomice du 18 juin 2019. Projekt mit dem Titel Die „Anpassung des Gebäudes nach dem ehemaligen Lager zur sozialen Aktivierung“ erfolgt in der Gemeinde Łysomice in der Woiwodschaft Kujawsko-Pomorskie im Bezirk Toruń auf den Parzellen 130/6, 140/6, im Katastergebiet Lysomice. Ziel dieses Projekts ist es, infrastrukturelle Maßnahmen im Gebiet der Gemeinde Łysomice zu ergreifen, die zur sozioökonomischen Regeneration der Dörfer Łysomice und Ostaszewo beitragen, wo es eine hohe Konzentration negativer sozialer Phänomene gab. Das Infrastrukturprojekt zielt zusammen mit sozialen Projekten, die durch dieses Projekt durchgeführt werden, darauf ab, die soziale und wirtschaftliche Erholung im Bereich der Regeneration zu fördern und die Bedingungen für die Beteiligung von Menschen, die in Problemgebieten am gesellschaftlichen und wirtschaftlichen Leben leben, zu verbessern. Das angepasste Gebäude ermöglicht die Schaffung eines sozialen Aktivierungszentrums, in dem ich u. a. Schulungen im Bereich der beruflichen Fähigkeiten, Aufbau und Betrieb eines Unternehmens durchführen kann. Der Umfang des Projekts umfasst die Anpassung von Teilen des bestehenden Lagergebäudes, den Wechsel der Nutzung für Freizeit- und Bildungszwecke sowie den Bau der notwendigen technischen Infrastruktur, d. h. externe technische Anlagen, Anbindung von Sanitär- und Regenentwässerungssysteme. Das Projekt, das Gegenstand dieser Dokumentation ist, ist in die Liste der Hauptprojekte des Revitalisierungsprogramms für die Gemeinde Łysomice aufgenommen, die mit der Resolution X/66/2019 der Gemeinde Łysomice vom 18. Juni 2019 angenommen wurde. (German)
