Problemy przedsiębiorstwa w związku z pojawieniem się pandemii: W związku z epidemią koronawirusa (SARS-COV-2) cała branża spotowo-reakreacyjna znalazła się w wyjątkowej sytuacji. Powszechna kwarantanna i zakaz zgromadzeń, okazał się bardzo dotkliwy. Wytyczne, które pojawiły się w rozporządzeniu Ministra Zdrowia “w sprawie ogłoszenia na obszarze Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej stanu zagrożenia epidemicznego” dotyczyły działalności wielu przedsiębiorstw. W jednym z punktów dyrektywy pojawił się również zapis o wstrzymaniu do odwołania zgromadzeń, co uniemożliwiło prowadzenie zajęć sportowych. Przez okres niemal 3 miesięcy firma nie osiągnęła żadnego przychodu. Potrzeba realizacji projektu: Realizacja projektu jest jak najbardziej zasadna. Koszty funkcjonowania przedsiębiorstwa są wysokie – podatki, opłaty, itp. Uzyskanie wsparcia umożliwi firmie stopniowe dochodzenie do sytuacji normalności. (Polish)

The company’s problems with the outbreak of the pandemic: Due to the coronavirus outbreak (SARS-COV-2), the whole spot and reaction industry is in an exceptional situation. The general quarantine and the ban on assembly were very severe. The guidelines appearing in the Regulation of the Minister of Health ‘on the announcement of an epidemic emergency in the Republic of Poland’ concerned the activities of many companies. In one of the points of the Directive, there was also a provision for the suspension of meetings until cancellation, which prevented sporting activities from taking place. For almost 3 months, the company did not achieve any revenue. The need to implement the project: The implementation of the project is most legitimate. The operating costs of the company are high – taxes, levies, etc. Obtaining support will enable the company to gradually recover to a normal situation. (English)

Les problèmes de l’entreprise avec l’éclosion de la pandémie: En raison de la pandémie de coronavirus (SARS-COV-2), l’ensemble de l’industrie de la réaction et de la localisation se trouve dans une situation exceptionnelle. La quarantaine générale et l’interdiction de rassemblement étaient très sévères. Les lignes directrices figurant dans le règlement du ministre de la Santé «sur l’annonce d’une urgence épidémique en République de Pologne» concernaient les activités de nombreuses entreprises. Dans l’un des points de la directive, il existait également une disposition prévoyant la suspension des réunions jusqu’à l’annulation, ce qui empêchait la tenue d’activités sportives. Pendant près de 3 mois, l’entreprise n’a réalisé aucun chiffre d’affaires. La nécessité de mettre en œuvre le projet: La mise en œuvre du projet est tout à fait légitime. Les coûts d’exploitation de l’entreprise sont élevés — impôts, prélèvements, etc. L’obtention d’un soutien permettra à l’entreprise de se rétablir progressivement dans une situation normale. (French)

Die Probleme des Unternehmens mit dem Ausbruch der Pandemie: Aufgrund des Coronavirus-Ausbruchs (SARS-COV-2) befindet sich die gesamte Spot- und Reaktionsindustrie in einer außergewöhnlichen Situation. Die allgemeine Quarantäne und das Versammlungsverbot waren sehr streng. Die Leitlinien in der Verordnung des Gesundheitsministers „zur Ankündigung einer Epidemie in der Republik Polen“ betrafen die Tätigkeiten vieler Unternehmen. In einem der Punkte der Richtlinie war auch die Aussetzung der Sitzungen bis zur Annullierung vorgesehen, was die Ausübung sportlicher Aktivitäten verhinderte. Fast drei Monate lang erzielte das Unternehmen keinen Umsatz. Die Notwendigkeit, das Projekt umzusetzen: Die Durchführung des Projekts ist am legitimsten. Die Betriebskosten des Unternehmens sind hoch – Steuern, Abgaben usw. Der Erhalt von Unterstützung wird es dem Unternehmen ermöglichen, sich allmählich zu einer normalen Situation zu erholen.
