Projekt dotyczy wsparcia na utrzymanie działalności firmy PIOTR CHUDZIAK w związku z negatywnymi skutkami COVID-19. Konieczność realizacji projektu wynika z utraty płynności finansowej przedsiębiorstwa. W wyniku wprowadzonych zakazów związanych z przemieszczeniem się, zamknięciem granic, a także zamknięcia hoteli i pensjonatów Wnioskodawca został pozbawiony możliwości prowadzenia działalności gospodarczej polegającej na świadczeniu usług biura turystycznego zgodnej z PKD Wnioskodawcy (79.11.A). Wnioskodawca utracił możliwość sprzedaży usług związanych ze sprzedażą wycieczek turystycznych. Firma odnotowała znaczący spadek przychodów w porównaniu do 2019 roku. W związku z wystąpieniem problemów w przedsiębiorstwie związanych ze skutkami COVID-19 Wnioskodawca przeznaczy dotację na utrzymania zadeklarowanego we wniosku o dofinansowanie zatrudnienia oraz utrzymanie płynności finansowej w trakcie realizacji projektu. The project concerns support for maintaining the business of PIOTR Chudziak due to the negative effects of COVID-19. The need to implement the project is due to the loss of the company’s liquidity. As a result of the prohibitions relating to movement, border closure and closure of hotels and guesthouses, the Applicant was deprived of the possibility of carrying out an economic activity consisting of providing travel agency services in accordance with the Applicant’s PKD (79.11.A). The applicant lost the opportunity to sell services related to the sale of tourist tours. The company recorded a significant decrease in revenue compared to 2019. Due to the occurrence of problems in the company related to the effects of COVID-19, the Applicant will allocate a grant to maintain the employment declared in the application for co-financing and to maintain liquidity during the implementation of the project. Le projet concerne le soutien au maintien des activités de PIOTR Chudziak en raison des effets négatifs de la COVID-19. La nécessité de mettre en œuvre le projet est due à la perte de liquidités de l’entreprise. En raison des interdictions relatives à la circulation, à la fermeture des frontières et à la fermeture d’hôtels et de maisons d’hôtes, la requérante a été privée de la possibilité d’exercer une activité économique consistant à fournir des services d’agences de voyages conformément au PKD de la requérante (79.11.A). La requérante a perdu la possibilité de vendre des services liés à la vente de circuits touristiques. L’entreprise a enregistré une baisse significative du chiffre d’affaires par rapport à 2019. En raison de la survenance de problèmes au sein de l’entreprise liés aux effets de la COVID-19, la requérante allouera une subvention pour maintenir l’emploi déclaré dans la demande de cofinancement et pour maintenir les liquidités pendant la mise en œuvre du projet. Das Projekt betrifft die Unterstützung der Aufrechterhaltung des Geschäfts von PIOTR Chudziak aufgrund der negativen Auswirkungen von COVID-19. Die Umsetzung des Projekts ist auf den Verlust der Liquidität des Unternehmens zurückzuführen. Aufgrund der Verbote in Bezug auf die Beförderung, die Schließung der Grenzen und die Schließung von Hotels und Pensionen wurde der Klägerin die Möglichkeit genommen, eine wirtschaftliche Tätigkeit auszuüben, die darin bestand, Reisebürodienstleistungen gemäß der PKD der Klägerin zu erbringen (79.11.A). Die Klägerin verlor die Möglichkeit, Dienstleistungen im Zusammenhang mit dem Verkauf von touristischen Touren zu verkaufen. Im Vergleich zu 2019 verzeichnete das Unternehmen einen deutlichen Umsatzrückgang. Aufgrund des Auftretens von Problemen im Unternehmen im Zusammenhang mit den Auswirkungen von COVID-19 wird der Antragsteller einen Zuschuss zur Aufrechterhaltung der im Antrag auf Kofinanzierung erklärten Beschäftigung und zur Aufrechterhaltung der Liquidität während der Projektdurchführung gewähren.
