Celem projektu jest zwiększenie możliwości zatrudnienia osób młodych do 29. roku życia bez pracy, w tym w szczególności osób, które nie uczestniczą w kształceniu i szkoleniu (młodzież NEET) w powiecie łaskim. Głównym rezultatem projektu będzie podjęcie zatrudnienia przez 198 osób zarejestrowanych w PUP. W ramach projektu, dla każdego z uczestników przedstawienie konkretnej oferty aktywizacji zawodowej poprzedzi analiza umiejętności, predyspozycji i problemów zawodowych danego uczestnika. Na tej podstawie PUP realizować będzie odpowiednio dobrane usługi i instrumenty rynku pracy, o których mowa w ustawie o promocji zatrudnienia i instytucjach rynku pracy (Polish)

The aim of the project is to increase employment opportunities for young people up to the age of 29 without a job, including in particular those who do not participate in education and training (NEETs) in the Łaskie district. The main result of the project will be 198 people registered in the PLO. Within the framework of the project, for each participant, the presentation of a specific offer of professional activation will be preceded by an analysis of the skills, aptitudes and professional problems of the participant concerned. On this basis, the PLO will carry out appropriately selected services and labour market instruments referred to in the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Labour Market Institutions (English)

L’objectif du projet est d’accroître les possibilités d’emploi pour les jeunes jusqu’à l’âge de 29 ans sans emploi, notamment ceux qui ne participent pas à l’éducation et à la formation (NEET) dans le district de Łaskie. Le principal résultat du projet sera de 198 personnes inscrites à l’OLP. Dans le cadre du projet, pour chaque participant, la présentation d’une offre spécifique d’activation professionnelle sera précédée d’une analyse des compétences, aptitudes et problèmes professionnels du participant concerné. Sur cette base, l’OLP mettra en œuvre des services et des instruments du marché du travail sélectionnés de manière appropriée, visés dans la loi sur la promotion de l’emploi et des institutions du marché du travail. Ziel des Projekts ist es, die Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten für junge Menschen bis zum 29. Lebensjahr ohne Arbeit zu verbessern, insbesondere diejenigen, die nicht an der allgemeinen und beruflichen Bildung (NEET) im Bezirk Łaskie teilnehmen. Das Hauptergebnis des Projekts wird 198 Personen sein, die in der PLO registriert sind. Im Rahmen des Projekts wird für jeden Teilnehmer der Präsentation eines spezifischen Angebots zur beruflichen Aktivierung eine Analyse der Fähigkeiten, Fähigkeiten und beruflichen Probleme des betreffenden Teilnehmers vorausgehen. Auf dieser Grundlage wird die PLO angemessen ausgewählte Dienstleistungen und Arbeitsmarktinstrumente im Sinne des Gesetzes über die Förderung von Beschäftigungs- und Arbeitsmarkteinrichtungen durchführen.
