Předkládaný projekt obce Vinaře (zahrnující i území obce Vinice) se komplexně zaměřuje na zvýšení kvality fungování obce a snížení administrativní zátěže. Tohoto cíle v rámci projektu bude dosaženo skrze komplexní soubor aktivit zahrnující tvorbu pasportů pro efektivní řízení obce, podporu nástrojů komunikace s veřejností vč. zavedení moderních nástrojů, tvorbu výstupů pro strategické řízení a vzdělávání zastupitelů. Neoddělitelnou součástí projektu je evaluace jako záruka efektivity projektu. (Czech)

The project submitted by the municipality of Vinaře (including the territory of the municipality of Vinice) is comprehensively focused on improving the quality of the municipality’s functioning and reducing the administrative burden. This goal within the project will be achieved through a comprehensive set of activities involving the creation of passports for effective management of the municipality, support for communication tools, including the introduction of modern tools, creation of outputs for strategic management and education of representatives. An inseparable part of the project is evaluation as a guarantee of project efficiency. (English)

Le projet présenté par la municipalité de Vinaře (y compris le territoire de la commune de Vinice) est axé sur l’amélioration de la qualité du fonctionnement de la commune et la réduction des charges administratives. Cet objectif dans le cadre du projet sera atteint par un ensemble complet d’activités, y compris la création de passeports pour une gestion efficace de la municipalité, le soutien des outils de communication avec le public, y compris l’introduction d’outils modernes, la création de produits pour la gestion stratégique et l’éducation des représentants.
