Wszelkie działania w ramach projektu skupią się przede wszystkim na stworzeniu oraz utrzymaniu12 punktów bezpłatnego, publicznego dostępu do internetu o wysokich parametrach technicznych. Możliwość korzystania z hotspotów będzie dostępne dla każdego w równym stopniu. Beneficjent zobowiązuje się do zachowania zasad równości i niedyskryminacji wobec użytkowników. Beneficjent zobowiązuje się również do odpowiedniego utrzymania,serwisowania i zachowania stałej wysokiej wydajności urządzeń i udostępnianego za ich pośrednictwem dostępu do internetu. Punkty dostępu do bezpłatnego internetu dla każdego zostaną zlokalizowane w łatwo dostępnych miejscach publicznych. Celem projektu jest umożliwienie za pośrednictwem hotspotów, dostępu do korzystania z usług cyfrowych i przeciwdziałanie wykluczeniu społecznemu związanego z brakiem dostępu do sieci internet.Publiczne punkty dostępu do internetu zostaną zainstalowane w instytucjach użyteczności publicznej jak i zewnętrznej przestrzeni ogólnodostępnej. Gmina zamontuje 6 wewnętrznych hotspotów: 2 szt. - szkoła, 2 szt. - Urząd Gminy, 1 szt. Gminny Ośrodek Pomocy Społecznej, 1 szt. Gminny Ośrodek Kultury i Sportu oraz 6 zewnętrznych: boisko szkolne, tereny przyszkolne - 2szt., parking w okolicach kościoła - 1szt., parking przy Gminnym Ośrodku Pomocy Społecznej i banku - 1 szt., park przy Gminnym Ośrodku Kultury i Sportu - 2 szt. Alle Aktivitäten im Rahmen des Projekts konzentrieren sich in erster Linie auf die Schaffung und Pflege von 12 Punkten des kostenlosen öffentlichen Internetzugangs mit hohen technischen Parametern. Die Möglichkeit, Hotspots zu nutzen, wird allen gleichermaßen zur Verfügung stehen. Der Begünstigte verpflichtet sich, die Grundsätze der Gleichheit und der Nichtdiskriminierung gegenüber den Nutzern zu achten. Der Begünstigte verpflichtet sich außerdem, die weiterhin hohe Leistungsfähigkeit von Geräten und den Zugang zum Internet über sie zu erhalten, zu warten und aufrechtzuerhalten. Kostenlose Internet-Zugangspunkte für alle befinden sich an leicht zugänglichen öffentlichen Plätzen. Ziel des Projekts ist es, den Zugang zu digitalen Diensten über Hotspots zu ermöglichen und die soziale Ausgrenzung im Zusammenhang mit dem fehlenden Zugang zum Internet zu bekämpfen. Die Gemeinde wird 6 interne Hotspots installieren: 2 Stk. Schule, 2 Stk. — Gemeindeamt, 1 St. Kommunales Sozialzentrum, 1 Stk. Städtisches Zentrum für Kultur und Sport und 6 externe: Schulplatz, Schulgelände – 2 Stück, Parkplatz in der Nähe der Kirche – 1 Stk., Parkplatz am kommunalen Sozialhilfezentrum und Bank – 1 Stk., Parken am Gemeindezentrum für Kultur und Sport – 2 Stück.
