Przedmiotem projektu jest opracowanie i wprowadzenie na rynek aplikacji mobilnej i portalu eusług, elektrolizujących i automatyzujących obsługę głównych procesów związanych z wymianą nieekologicznych źródeł ogrzewania na ekologiczne, w oparciu o zasoby informacyjne baz danych ISP. W ramach projektu nastąpi rozszerzenie funkcjonalności jednej z już opracowanych przez Wnioskodawcę e-usług oraz utworzenie dwóch nowych e-usług. Wszystkie usługi objęte projektem są ze sobą logicznie powiązane, a ich zakres, dopasowany do potrzeb użytkowników, zapewniać będzie efekt synergii w ramach działań ograniczających tzw. ślad środowiskowy budynków mieszalnych. Grupami docelowymi, na których potrzeby odpowiadać będą produkty projektu są JST - odpowiedzialni za zapewnienie poprawy jakości powietrza, mieszkańcy i zarządzający nieruchomościami, a także podmioty gospodarcze świadczące specjalistyczne usługi audytowe związane z procesem oceny potrzeb środowiskowych w tym energetycznych budynków. Rozwijana e-usługa – eKOAUDYT - dotyczy usprawnienia w przeprowadzeniu uproszczonej oceny energetycznej lokalu (obowiązkowej przy ubieganiu się o dofinansowanie na wymianę kotła), a nowe e-usługi dotyczą: eKOPROJEKT - automatyzacji przygotowania przez donatora , np. gminę spersonalizowanej propozycji projektu wymiany źródła ogrzewania dla potencjalnych grantobiorców - mieszkańców oraz eKOGRANT - przygotowania przez mieszkańca wniosku o dofinansowanie do wymiany kotła oraz jego obsługi administracyjnej. The subject of the project is the development and launch of a mobile application and eUssier portal, electrolysing and automating the operation of the main processes related to the exchange of non-organic heating sources with ecological, based on the information resources of ISP databases. The project will extend the functionality of one of the e-services already developed by the Applicant and create two new e-services. All the services covered by the project are logically linked and their scope, tailored to the needs of the users, will provide synergies in actions to reduce the so-called environmental footprint of mixed buildings. The target groups to which the project products will meet are JSTs – responsible for ensuring the improvement of air quality, residents and property managers, as well as business entities providing specialised audit services related to the process of assessing environmental needs, including energy buildings. The development of the e-service – the eco-audit – concerns the improvement in carrying out a simplified energy assessment of the premises (mandatory when applying for funding for the replacement of the boiler), and the new e-services concern: ecodesign – automation of the preparation by the donor, e.g. the municipality of a personalised proposal for a project to replace the heating source for potential grant recipients – residents and eKOGRANT – preparation by the resident of an application for co-financing for the replacement of the boiler and its administrative service. L’objet du projet est le développement et le lancement d’une application mobile et d’un portail eUssier, l’électrolysage et l’automatisation du fonctionnement des principaux processus liés à l’échange de sources de chauffage non organiques avec des sources écologiques, sur la base des ressources d’information des bases de données ISP. Le projet étendra la fonctionnalité de l’un des services électroniques déjà développés par la requérante et créera deux nouveaux services électroniques. Tous les services couverts par le projet sont logiquement liés et leur portée, adaptée aux besoins des utilisateurs, fournira des synergies dans les actions visant à réduire l’empreinte environnementale des bâtiments mixtes. Les groupes cibles auxquels les produits du projet répondront sont les équipes d’audit conjointe — chargées d’assurer l’amélioration de la qualité de l’air, des résidents et des gestionnaires immobiliers, ainsi que des entités commerciales fournissant des services d’audit spécialisés liés au processus d’évaluation des besoins environnementaux, y compris les bâtiments énergétiques. Le développement du service en ligne — l’éco-audit — concerne l’amélioration de la réalisation d’une évaluation énergétique simplifiée des locaux (obligatoire lors de la demande de financement pour le remplacement de la chaudière), et les nouveaux services en ligne concernent: écoconception — automatisation de la préparation par le donateur, par exemple la municipalité d’une proposition personnalisée de projet de remplacement de la source de chauffage pour les bénéficiaires potentiels de subventions — résidents et eKOGRANT — préparation par le résident d’une demande de cofinancement pour le remplacement de la chaudière et de son service administratif. Gegenstand des Projekts ist die Entwicklung und Einführung eines mobilen Anwendungs- und eUssier-Portals, das auf den Informationsressourcen der ISP-Datenbanken basiert. Das Projekt wird die Funktionalität eines der von der Antragstellerin bereits entwickelten e-Dienste erweitern und zwei neue E-Dienste erstellen. Alle vom Projekt abgedeckten Dienstleistungen sind logisch miteinander verknüpft, und ihr Umfang, der auf die Bedürfnisse der Nutzer zugeschnitten ist, wird Synergien bei Maßnahmen zur Verringerung des so genannten ökologischen Fußabdrucks gemischter Gebäude bieten. Die Zielgruppen, denen die Projektprodukte begegnen werden, sind JST – verantwortlich für die Verbesserung der Luftqualität, Anwohner und Immobilienverwalter sowie Unternehmen, die spezialisierte Auditdienste im Zusammenhang mit der Bewertung des Umweltbedarfs, einschließlich Energiegebäuden, erbringen. Die Entwicklung des e-Dienstes – das Öko-Audit – betrifft die Verbesserung der Durchführung einer vereinfachten Energiebewertung der Räumlichkeiten (obligatorisch bei der Beantragung einer Finanzierung für den Ersatz des Kessels), und die neuen elektronischen Dienstleistungen betreffen: Ecodesign – Automatisierung der Vorbereitung durch den Spender, z. B. die Gemeinde eines personalisierten Vorschlags für ein Projekt zur Ersetzung der Wärmequelle für potenzielle Zuschussempfänger – Anwohner und eKOGRANT – Vorbereitung eines Antrags auf Kofinanzierung für den Ersatz des Kessels und seines Verwaltungsdienstes durch den Gebietsansässigen.
