Głównym celem projektu jest cyfryzacja procesów back-office w NIZP-PZH, a tym samym poprawa warunków funkcjonowania i podniesienie efektywności działań Instytutu, które pozwolą m.in. na poszerzenie zakresu spraw realizowanych drogą elektroniczną za pomocą modernizacji rozproszonych systemów dziedzinowych narzędziem centralnym, które umożliwi globalne zarządzanie danymi, jednocześnie pozwalając na skrócenie procesu decyzyjnego, zarządczego i kontrolnego. Budowa innowacyjnego systemu zgodnego z referencyjnym modelem cyfryzacji urzędów optymalizującego procesy i procedury obszaru back-office, przyczyni się również do usprawnienia funkcjonowania Instytutu a tym samym przyspieszy załatwianie spraw, co przełoży się również na podniesienie poziomu obsługi obywateli i przedsiębiorców. Odbędzie się to poprzez wdrożenie rozwiązań umożliwiających obsługę dotychczas niezinformatyzowanych obszarów działalności Instytutu. (Polish)

The main aim of the project is to digitise back-office processes in NIZP-PZH, thus improving the operating conditions and improving the efficiency of the Institute’s activities, which will allow, among others, to expand the scope of cases carried out electronically by modernising distributed field systems with a central tool that will enable global data management, while allowing for shortening the decision-making, management and control process. The creation of an innovative system in line with the reference model of digitalisation of offices that optimises the processes and procedures of the back-office area will also improve the functioning of the Institute and thus speed up the handling of cases, which will also increase the level of service for citizens and entrepreneurs. This will be done through the implementation of solutions enabling the service of previously uninformed areas of the Institute’s activities. (English)

L’objectif principal du projet est de numériser les processus de back-office dans NIZP-PZH, améliorant ainsi les conditions de fonctionnement et l’efficacité des activités de l’Institut, ce qui permettra, entre autres, d’élargir le champ des dossiers menés par voie électronique en modernisant les systèmes de terrain distribués à l’aide d’un outil central permettant la gestion globale des données, tout en permettant de raccourcir le processus de prise de décision, de gestion et de contrôle. La création d’un système innovant conforme au modèle de référence de numérisation des bureaux qui optimise les processus et les procédures de l’espace de back-office améliorera également le fonctionnement de l’Institut et accélérera ainsi le traitement des dossiers, ce qui augmentera également le niveau de service aux citoyens et aux entrepreneurs. Cela se fera par la mise en œuvre de solutions permettant de servir les domaines d’activité de l’Institut qui n’avaient pas encore été informés. (French)

Hauptziel des Projekts ist es, Back-Office-Prozesse in NIZP-PZH zu digitalisieren und so die Betriebsbedingungen zu verbessern und die Effizienz der Tätigkeiten des Instituts zu verbessern, was es unter anderem ermöglichen wird, den Umfang der elektronisch durchgeführten Fälle zu erweitern, indem verteilte Feldsysteme mit einem zentralen Werkzeug modernisiert werden, das ein globales Datenmanagement ermöglicht und gleichzeitig eine Verkürzung des Entscheidungs-, Management- und Kontrollprozesses ermöglicht. Die Schaffung eines innovativen Systems im Einklang mit dem Referenzmodell der Digitalisierung von Büros, das die Prozesse und Verfahren des Back-Office-Bereichs optimiert, wird auch das Funktionieren des Instituts verbessern und damit die Bearbeitung von Fällen beschleunigen, was auch das Dienstleistungsniveau für Bürger und Unternehmer erhöhen wird. Dies geschieht durch die Umsetzung von Lösungen, die den Service von bisher nicht informierten Bereichen der Tätigkeit des Instituts ermöglichen. (German)
