Projekt zakłada wytworzenie usług świadczonych drogą elektroniczną w podmiotach leczniczych wojskowej służby zdrowia działających w formie samodzielnych publicznych zakładów opieki zdrowotnej i instytutów badawczych poprzez elektronizację nowych usług, bądź poprawę funkcjonalności oraz e-dojrzałości istniejących usług elektronicznych. W ramach Projektu przewiduje się uruchomienie niżej wymienionych e-usług:• wytworzenie i udostępnienie elektronicznej dokumentacji medycznej (EDM) celem poprawy dostępności do danych medycznych (typ usługi A2C),• e-Rejestracja, celem poprawy efektywności i jakości świadczonych usług medycznych (typ usługi A2C),• e-Analizy celem optymalizacji zarządczej po stronie SP ZOZ/IB oraz Ministerstwa Obrony Narodowej (typ usługi A2A). The project involves the creation of electronic services in medical entities of the military health service operating in the form of independent public health institutions and research institutes by electronising new services, or improving the functionality and e-maturity of existing electronic services. The project foresees the launch of the following e-services:• the production and availability of electronic medical records (EDM) to improve the availability of medical data (type of A2C service),• e-Registration, in order to improve the efficiency and quality of the medical services provided (type of A2C service),• e-analysis to optimise management on the side of SP ZOZ/IB and the Ministry of National Defence (type of A2A service). Le projet comprend la création de services électroniques au sein d’entités médicales du service de santé militaire opérant sous la forme d’établissements de santé publique indépendants et d’instituts de recherche en électronisant de nouveaux services ou en améliorant la fonctionnalité et la maturité électronique des services électroniques existants. Le projet prévoit le lancement des services en ligne suivants:• la production et la disponibilité de dossiers médicaux électroniques (EDM) afin d’améliorer la disponibilité des données médicales (type de service A2C),• l’enregistrement électronique, afin d’améliorer l’efficacité et la qualité des services médicaux fournis (type de service A2C),• l’analyse électronique afin d’optimiser la gestion du côté du SP ZOZ/IB et du ministère de la défense nationale (type de service A2A). Das Projekt umfasst die Schaffung elektronischer Dienstleistungen in medizinischen Einrichtungen des militärischen Gesundheitsdienstes, die in Form unabhängiger Einrichtungen des öffentlichen Gesundheitswesens und Forschungsinstitute tätig sind, indem neue Dienste Elektronisiert werden oder die Funktionalität und E-Reifigkeit bestehender elektronischer Dienste verbessert wird. Das Projekt sieht die Einführung folgender elektronischer Dienste vor:• die Erstellung und Verfügbarkeit elektronischer Patientenakten (EDM) zur Verbesserung der Verfügbarkeit medizinischer Daten (Typ des A2C-Dienstes),• e-Registrierung, um die Effizienz und Qualität der erbrachten medizinischen Dienstleistungen (Typ des A2C-Dienstes) zu verbessern,• e-Analyse zur Optimierung des Managements auf Seiten des SP ZOZ/IB und des Ministeriums für nationale Verteidigung (Typ des A2A-Dienstes).
