Wszelkie działania w projekcie skupią się przede wszystkim na stworzeniu oraz utrzymaniu 27punktów bezpłatnego, publicznego dostępu do internetu o wysokich parametrach technicznych.Możliwość korzystania z hotspotów będzie dostępna dla każdego w równym stopniu. Beneficjentzobowiązuje się do zachowania zasad równości i niedyskryminacji wobec użytkowników.Beneficjent zobowiązuje się również do odpowiedniego utrzymania, serwisowania i zachowaniastałej wysokiej wydajności urządzeń i udostępnianego za ich pomocą dostępu do internetu.Punkty dostępu do bezpłatnego internetu dla każdego zostaną zlokalizowane w łatwodostępnych miejscach publicznych. Celem projektu jest umożliwienie za pośrednictwemhotspotów, dostępu do korzystania z usług cyfrowych i przeciwdziałanie wykluczeniu społecznemuzwiązanemu z brakiem dostępu do sieci internet. Publiczne punkty dostępu do internetu zostanązainstalowane w instytucjach użyteczności publicznej jak i zewnętrznej przestrzeni ogólnodostępnej. All activities in the project will focus primarily on the creation and maintenance of 27points free, public access to the Internet with high technical parameters. The possibility of using hotspots will be available to everyone equally. The Beneficiary undertakes to maintain the principles of equality and non-discrimination vis-à-vis users. The beneficiary also undertakes to properly maintain, service and maintain the permanent high performance of devices and access to the Internet provided by them. The points of access to the free internet for everyone will be located in easily accessible public places. The aim of the project is to enable access to digital services through hotspots and to tackle social exclusion linked to the lack of access to the internet. Public internet access points will be installed in public utilities as well as external public spaces. Toutes les activités du projet porteront principalement sur la création et la maintenance de 27points d’accès public à l’internet avec des paramètres techniques élevés. La possibilité d’utiliser des hotspots sera accessible à tous sur un pied d’égalité. Le bénéficiaire s’engage à maintenir les principes d’égalité et de non-discrimination à l’égard des utilisateurs. Le bénéficiaire s’engage également à maintenir, à entretenir et à maintenir en permanence les hautes performances des appareils et l’accès à l’internet qu’ils fournissent. Les points d’accès à l’internet gratuit pour tous seront situés dans des lieux publics facilement accessibles. L’objectif du projet est de permettre l’accès aux services numériques par l’intermédiaire de points d’accès et de lutter contre l’exclusion sociale liée au manque d’accès à l’internet. Alle Aktivitäten im Rahmen des Projekts konzentrieren sich in erster Linie auf die Schaffung und Pflege von 27Punkten freien, öffentlichen Zugang zum Internet mit hohen technischen Parametern. Die Möglichkeit, Hotspots zu nutzen, wird allen gleichermaßen zur Verfügung stehen. Der Empfänger verpflichtet sich, die Grundsätze der Gleichbehandlung und der Nichtdiskriminierung gegenüber den Nutzern zu wahren. Der Begünstigte verpflichtet sich außerdem, die dauerhafte hohe Leistungsfähigkeit der Geräte und den Zugang zum Internet, die von ihnen bereitgestellt werden, ordnungsgemäß zu warten, zu bedienen und zu erhalten. Die Zugangspunkte zum kostenlosen Internet für alle werden an leicht zugänglichen öffentlichen Orten liegen. Ziel des Projekts ist es, den Zugang zu digitalen Diensten über Hotspots zu ermöglichen und die soziale Ausgrenzung im Zusammenhang mit dem fehlenden Zugang zum Internet zu bekämpfen. Öffentliche Internetzugangspunkte werden sowohl in öffentlichen Versorgungseinrichtungen als auch in externen öffentlichen Räumen installiert. Interne Zugangspunkte befinden sich in: Gemeindeamt in Wielopol Skrzyński – 4 Stück, Stadtkultur- und Freizeitzentrum in Wielopol Skrzyński – 2 Stück, FiliGOKIW in Brzeziny – 2 Stück, GOKIW Niederlassung in Broniszów – 2 Stück, Kultur- und Bildungsgebäude in Wielopol Skrzyński – 3 Stk, Multifunktionales Gebäude in Glinik – 2 Stk.
