This project responds to the problems identified on the border area, connected with insufficient level of cultural cooperation between local self-governments in PL and BY, not enough propagation of common cultural heritage, disappearing the old traditions and customs. Lack of tourist routes and publications indicating the most important monuments and attractions that could encourage tourists to visit this area, causes that the potential of the cross-border region of Poland and Belarus is not fully used. In the response to above problems communes of Tuczna (PL), Kleyniki (BY) and Domachevo (BY) prepared this project aimed in developing cooperation between PL and BY local governments in support of maintaining and popularizing common cultural heritage of the border region. Within the project it is planned to organize 3 festivals, workshops and a bike rally promoting folk traditions and tourist attractions of the partner communes. The main outputs of the project are: - Increased number of visitors of the historical heritage and cultural sites - 4700 people - Number of cross-border cultural events organized using ENI support – 4 pcs - Number of participants of cross-border cultural events organized with the support of ENI - 1315 people - Number of publications describing cultural and historical heritage of the region(s) – 2 pcs - Number of new tourist products or services respecting the need to protect the cultural heritage and/or promote local culture -1 piece The project activities will create basis for permanent cooperation of the partners in the field of protection and propagation of the cultural heritage of the borderland. Organized events and workshops for artists will be an occasion for establishing contacts and exchanging experiences between music groups on both sides of the border. Projekt ten stanowi odpowiedź na problemy zidentyfikowane na obszarze przygranicznym, związane z niewystarczającym poziomem współpracy kulturalnej między samorządami lokalnymi w Polsce i BY, niewystarczającym upowszechnianiem wspólnego dziedzictwa kulturowego, zanikaniem starych tradycji i zwyczajów. Brak szlaków turystycznych i publikacji wskazujących najważniejsze zabytki i atrakcje, które mogłyby zachęcić turystów do zwiedzania tego obszaru, powoduje, że potencjał transgranicznego regionu Polski i Białorusi nie jest w pełni wykorzystywany. W odpowiedzi na powyższe problemy gminy Tuczna (PL), Kleyniki (BY) i Domachevo (BY) przygotowały projekt mający na celu rozwój współpracy między władzami PL i BY na rzecz utrzymania i popularyzacji wspólnego dziedzictwa kulturowego regionu przygranicznego. W ramach projektu planowane jest zorganizowanie 3 festiwali, warsztatów oraz rajdu rowerowego promującego tradycje ludowe i atrakcje turystyczne gmin partnerskich. Główne produkty projektu to: — Zwiększona liczba odwiedzających dziedzictwo historyczne i obiekty kulturalne – 4700 osób – Liczba transgranicznych wydarzeń kulturalnych organizowanych przy wsparciu ENI – 4 szt. – Liczba uczestników transgranicznych imprez kulturalnych organizowanych przy wsparciu ENI – 1315 osób – Liczba publikacji opisujących dziedzictwo kulturowe i historyczne regionu (regionów) – 2 szt. – Liczba nowych produktów lub usług turystycznych uwzględniających potrzebę ochrony dziedzictwa kulturowego i/lub promowania kultury lokalnej – 1 sztuka Działania projektowe stworzą podstawę stałej współpracy partnerów w dziedzinie ochrony i rozpowszechniania dziedzictwa kulturowego pogranicza. Zorganizowane imprezy i warsztaty dla artystów będą okazją do nawiązania kontaktów i wymiany doświadczeń między grupami muzycznymi po obu stronach granicy. Ce projet répond aux problèmes identifiés dans la zone frontalière, liés au niveau insuffisant de coopération culturelle entre les autorités locales de Pologne et de Bulgarie, à la diffusion insuffisante du patrimoine culturel commun, à la disparition des anciennes traditions et coutumes. L’absence d’itinéraires touristiques et de publications indiquant les monuments et attractions les plus importants qui pourraient encourager les touristes à visiter cette région signifie que le potentiel de la région transfrontalière de la Pologne et du Bélarus n’est pas pleinement exploité. En réponse à ces problèmes, les municipalités de Tuczna (PL), Kleyniki (BY) et Domachevo (BY) ont élaboré un projet visant à développer la coopération entre les autorités PL et BY afin de préserver et de promouvoir le patrimoine culturel commun de la région frontalière. Dans le cadre du projet, il est prévu d’organiser 3 festivals, ateliers et un rallye à vélo pour promouvoir les traditions populaires et les attractions touristiques des municipalités partenaires. Les principaux produits du projet sont: — Augmentation du nombre de visiteurs du patrimoine historique et des sites culturels — 4 700 personnes — Nombre d’événements culturels transfrontaliers organisés avec le soutien de l’IEV — 4 pièces. — Nombre de participants à des manifestations culturelles transfrontalières organisées avec le soutien de l’IEV — 1315 personnes — Nombre de publications décrivant le patrimoine culturel et historique de la ou des régions — 2 pièces. — Nombre de nouveaux produits ou services touristiques tenant compte de la nécessité de protéger le patrimoine culturel et/ou de promouvoir la culture locale — 1 projet artistique constituera la base d’une coopération continue entre les partenaires dans le domaine de la protection et de la diffusion du patrimoine culturel à la frontière. Des événements et des ateliers organisés à l’intention des artistes seront l’occasion d’établir des contacts et d’échanger des expériences entre groupes de musique des deux côtés de la frontière. L’expérience acquise par les partenaires dans le cadre du projet débouchera sur de nouvelles coentreprises dans le domaine de la culture et de la culture. (French)

Dieses Projekt reagiert auf die im Grenzgebiet festgestellten Probleme im Zusammenhang mit der unzureichenden kulturellen Zusammenarbeit zwischen den lokalen Behörden in Polen und BY, der unzureichenden Verbreitung des gemeinsamen kulturellen Erbes, dem Verschwinden alter Traditionen und Bräuchen. Der Mangel an touristischen Routen und Veröffentlichungen, die die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten und Attraktionen aufzeigen, die Touristen dazu anregen könnten, dieses Gebiet zu besuchen, bedeutet, dass das Potenzial der grenzübergreifenden Region Polens und Weißrussland nicht voll ausgeschöpft wird. Als Reaktion auf diese Probleme haben die Gemeinden Tuczna (PL), Kleyniki (BY) und Domachevo (BY) ein Projekt zur Entwicklung der Zusammenarbeit zwischen den Behörden PL und BY vorbereitet, um das gemeinsame kulturelle Erbe der Grenzregion zu erhalten und zu fördern. Im Rahmen des Projekts sollen 3 Festivals, Workshops und eine Fahrradrallye organisiert werden, die Volkstraditionen und touristische Attraktionen der Partnergemeinden fördert. Die wichtigsten Produkte des Projekts sind: — Zunahme der Besucherzahlen für historisches Erbe und kulturelle Stätten – 4700 Personen – Zahl der mit Unterstützung des ENI organisierten grenzüberschreitenden kulturellen Veranstaltungen – 4 Stk. — Anzahl der Teilnehmer an grenzüberschreitenden kulturellen Veranstaltungen, die mit Unterstützung des ENI organisiert werden – 1315 Personen – Zahl der Veröffentlichungen, die das kulturelle und historische Erbe der Region(en) beschreiben – 2 St. — Zahl der neuen Tourismusprodukte oder -dienstleistungen unter Berücksichtigung der Notwendigkeit, das kulturelle Erbe zu schützen und/oder die lokale Kultur zu fördern – 1 Art Projektaktivitäten bilden die Grundlage für eine kontinuierliche Zusammenarbeit zwischen Partnern im Bereich des Schutzes und der Verbreitung des kulturellen Erbes an der Grenze. Organisierte Veranstaltungen und Workshops für Künstlerinnen und Künstler bieten die Möglichkeit, auf beiden Seiten der Grenze Kontakte zu knüpfen und Erfahrungen zwischen Musikgruppen auszutauschen. Die Erfahrungen der Partner im Projekt werden zu weiteren Joint Ventures im Bereich Kultur und Kultur führen. (German)
