Przedłożony projekt polega na zagospodarowaniu terenów przybrzeżnych wokół jeziora Panieńskiego i jeziora Stawno w Pełczycach. Jeziora znajdują się w przestrzeni śródmiejskiej, zdegradowanej w wyniku transformacji ustrojowo-gospodarczej.Główne etapy realizacji projektu: 1) Prace budowlane, 2) Nadzór inwestorski, 3) Promocja projektu. Za wdrażanie, realizację i rozlicz. projektu odpowiedz. będą pracownicy Urzędu Miejskiego w Pełczycach.Inwestycja zakłada wybudowanie ścieżek dookoła jezior, dostosowanych do ukształtowania terenu, ale także do możliwości osób niepełnosprawnych. W pobliżu grodziska zaplanowano wybudowanie pomostów pływających. Ponadto w planach jest wybudowanie stanowisk wędkarskich, ławek, miejsca do biwakowania oraz skateparku dla okolicznej młodzieży. Chcąc zwiększyć bezpieczeństwo na obszarze objętym projektem zostanie zamontowane oświetlenie. Istniejące zaniedbane plaże mają zostać zmodernizowane oraz poszerzone.Oba jeziora są ze sobą połączone kanałem, a nadwypływającą rzeką Strugą w celu zachowania ciągłości trasy zaprojektowano mostek. W celu udostępnienia miejsca wszystkim mieszkańcom Gminy, a w szczególności tym z obszaru rewitalizowanego,zostanie wybudowana droga dojazdowa. (Polish)

The project is based on the development of coastal areas around the bachelor’s lake and Lake Stawno in Pełczyce. The lakes are located in the middle of the city, degraded as a result of systemic and economic transformation.The main stages of the project are: 1) Construction works, 2) Investor supervision, 3) Promotion of the project. For the implementation, implementation and settlement of the project, the answer will be the employees of the Municipal Office in Pełczyce.The investment assumes the construction of paths around lakes, adapted to the terrain, but also to the possibilities of people with disabilities. There are plans to build floating bridges near the fort. In addition, the plans are to build fishing stations, benches, camping space and skatepark for the surrounding youth. Lighting will be installed to increase safety in the project area. The existing neglected beaches are to be modernised and extended.Both lakes are connected by a canal, and the overflowing river Struga is designed to maintain the continuity of the route. In order to make the place available to all residents of the commune, and in particular from the revitalised area, an access road will be built. (English)

Le projet proposé consiste à développer des zones côtières autour du lac Panński et du lac Stawno à Pełczyce. Les lacs sont situés dans l’espace intérieur-urbain, dégradés à la suite de la transformation systémique et économique.Les principales étapes de la mise en œuvre du projet: 1) Travaux de construction, 2) supervision des investisseurs, 3) promotion du projet. Les employés du bureau municipal de Pełczyce seront responsables de la mise en œuvre, de la mise en œuvre et du règlement du projet. L’investissement implique la construction de sentiers autour des lacs, adaptés au terrain, mais aussi aux possibilités des personnes handicapées. La construction de ponts flottants est prévue près de la cloison. De plus, les plans comprennent la construction de stands de pêche, de bancs, de terrains de camping et d’un skatepark pour les jeunes environnants. Das vorgeschlagene Projekt umfasst die Entwicklung von Küstengebieten rund um den Panński-See und den Stawno-See in Pełczyce. Die Seen befinden sich im innerstädtischen Raum, degradiert durch die systemische und wirtschaftliche Transformation.Die wichtigsten Etappen der Projektdurchführung: 1) Bauarbeiten, 2) Investorenaufsicht, 3) Projektförderung. Die Mitarbeiter des Gemeindeamtes in Pełczyce werden für die Durchführung, Durchführung und Abwicklung des Projekts verantwortlich sein. Die Investition beinhaltet den Bau von Wegen rund um die Seen, die an das Gelände angepasst sind, aber auch an die Möglichkeiten von Menschen mit Behinderungen. Der Bau von schwimmenden Brücken ist in der Nähe des Schotts geplant. Darüber hinaus umfasst der Bau von Angelständen, Bänken, Campingplätzen und einem Skatepark für die umliegende Jugend. Um die Sicherheit in dem vom Projekt abgedeckten Bereich zu erhöhen, wird die Beleuchtung installiert. Die bestehenden vernachlässigten Strände sollen modernisiert und erweitert werden. Beide Seen sind durch einen Kanal miteinander verbunden und der überströmende Fluss Struga soll die Kontinuität der Route erhalten. Um allen Bewohnern der Gemeinde, insbesondere denen aus dem Revitalisierungsgebiet, den Platz zur Verfügung zu stellen, wird eine Zufahrtsstraße errichtet. (German)
