Celem proj. jest podniesienie kompetencji i uzyskanie kwalifikacji kluczowych w zakresie zawodu Administrator Systemów Komputerowych (60 os.) i Grafik Komputerowy (60os.) wśród 120 osób powyżej 18 roku życia (w tym 63K, 57M) zamieszkujących lub/i pracujących lub/i uczących się w rozumieniu Kodeksu Cywilnego obszar Koszalińsko-Kołobrzesko-Białogardzkiego Obszaru Funkcjonalnego, które z własnej inicjatywy zgłaszają chęć udziału w projekcie w okresie VIII.2017-XII.2018. Kursy poprzedzone będą indywidualnym dor. edukacyjno-zaw. W ramach proj. zrealizowane zostaną kursy Administratora Systemów Komp - 4gr. x 15 os., zakończone procesem walidacji i egzaminacji (IC3, CompTIA IT Fundamentals, a także kursy Grafika komputerowego - 4 gr. x 15 os., zakończone procesem walidacji i egzaminacji (Adobe Associate Photoshop i Ilustrator). Wszystkie działania będą real. w sposób umożliwiający udział os. niepełnosprawnych. Proj. umożliwi nauczycielom wzrost kompetencji i kwalifikacji w zakresie nauczania, organizacji procesów edu. i wychowawczych. W celu optymalizacji efektów przyjęto adekwatną formę wsparcia (zajęcia w niewielkich gr.) i właściwą metodę pracy z odbiorcami (dużo ćwiczeń praktycznych). Rezultaty przewidują wzrost kwalifikacji przez min. 80% UP. The aim of the project is to increase competences and to obtain key qualifications in the field of the profession of Computer System Administrator (60 persons) and Computer Graphic (60 people) among 120 people over 18 years of age (including 63K, 57M) living and/or working or/and learners within the meaning of the Civil Code, Kołobrzeg-Belalobrzeg-Białagardzki Functional Area, who, on their own initiative, declare their willingness to participate in the project in the period VIII.2017-II. Courses will be preceded by individual education-zaw. As part of the project, courses of System Administrator Komp – 4gr. x 15 people will be completed, completed by the process of validation and examination (IC3, CompTIA IT Fundamentals, as well as Computer Graphics courses – 4 gr. x 15 people, completed by the process of validation and examination (Adobe Associate Photoshop and Ilustrator). All actions will be real in such a way as to enable people with disabilities to participate. The project will enable teachers to increase their competences and qualifications in the field of teaching, organisation of edu processes and educational processes. In order to optimise the effects, an appropriate form of support (taken up in small games) and an appropriate method of working with the recipients (a lot of practical exercises) has been adopted. The results predict an increase in qualification by at least 80 % of UP. L’objectif du projet est d’améliorer les compétences et d’obtenir des qualifications clés dans le domaine de l’administrateur de systèmes informatiques (60 personnes) et de l’informatique graphique (60 ans) parmi 120 personnes âgées de plus de 18 ans (dont 63K, 57M) vivant et/ou travaillant et/ou apprenant au sens du code civil la zone fonctionnelle Koszalin-Kołobrzesko-Białogarda, qui, de leur propre initiative, soumettent leur souhait de participer au projet au cours de la période VIII.2017-XII.2018. Les cours seront précédés de cours individuels et de cours internes. Dans le cadre du projet, des cours d’administrateur système Komp — 4gr x 15 par., complétés par le processus de validation et d’examen (IC3, CompTIA IT Fundamentals, ainsi que des cours d’infographie — 4 gr. x 15 par., complétés par le processus de validation et d’examen (Adobe Associate Photoshop et Ilustrator) seront terminés. Toutes les activités seront réelles d’une manière qui permette la participation des personnes handicapées. Le projet permettra aux enseignants d’accroître leurs compétences et qualifications dans l’enseignement, l’organisation de l’éducation et les processus éducatifs. Afin d’optimiser les effets, une forme de soutien adéquate (petites classes) et une méthode appropriée de travail avec les bénéficiaires (beaucoup d’exercices pratiques) ont été adoptées. Les résultats prédisent une augmentation des qualifications d’au moins 80 % de l’UP. Ziel des Projekts ist es, die Kompetenz zu verbessern und Schlüsselqualifikationen im Bereich Computersystemadministrator (60 Personen) und Computergrafik (60er) unter 120 Personen über 18 (einschließlich 63K, 57M) zu erwerben, die im Sinne des Bürgerlichen Gesetzbuchs den Funktionsbereich Koszalin-Kołobrzesko-Białogarda leben und/oder arbeiten und/oder lernen. Den Kursen werden individuelle Bildungs- und Inhouse-Kurse vorausgehen. Im Rahmen des Projekts werden Kurse des Systemadministrator Komp – 4gr. x 15 pro., abgeschlossen durch den Validierungs- und Prüfungsprozess (IC3, CompTIA IT Fundamentals, sowie Computergrafikkurse – 4 gr. x 15 pro.), den Validierungs- und Prüfungsprozess (Adobe Associate Photoshop und Ilustrator) abgeschlossen. Alle Aktivitäten werden real sein. in einer Weise, die die Teilnahme von Menschen mit Behinderungen ermöglicht. Das Projekt wird es den Lehrkräften ermöglichen, ihre Kompetenzen und Qualifikationen im Unterricht, in der Organisation von edu. und in den Bildungsprozessen zu erhöhen. Um die Auswirkungen zu optimieren, wurden eine angemessene Form der Unterstützung (kleine Klassen) und eine geeignete Methode der Zusammenarbeit mit den Empfängern (viele praktische Übungen) angenommen.
