Celem głównym proj jest poprawa jakości kształcenia w zakresie kształtowania kompetencji kluczowych uczniów szkół podstawowych i gimnazjum z Gminy Choszczno poprzez woj. działania zmierzające do wykształcenia u 1931 uczniów (921 uczennic) kompetencji kluczowych, doskonalenie umiejętności i kompetencji zawodowych 177 nauczycieli (148 nauczycielek) do 28.02.2019. Proj jest skierowany do gr docelowych z woj. zach.-pom. – 1369 dzieci i młodzieży – uczniów/czennic (662 kobiet – K) ze wszystkich szkół podstawowych w gminie Choszczno oraz 562 uczniów gimnazjum (259 K) oraz do 177 nauczycieli (148 K). W ramach proj. uczniowie/nice wezmą udział w zajęciach dydaktyczno – wyrównawczych, zajęciach dodatkowych org. poza lekcjami, rozwijającymi uzdolnienia i zainteresowania w obszarze kompetencji kluczowych, głównie nakierowanymi na przedmioty TIK, przyrodnicze i językowe. UCZ ze specjalnymi potrzebami edukacyjnymi będą brali udział m.in. w zajęciach logopedycznych. Ponadto 177 nauczycieli weźmie udział w szkoleniach i studiach podyplomowych, pracownie szkolne zostaną wyposażone w pomoce do nabywania i rozwijania umiejętności przez eksperyment i doświadczenie, powstanie międzyszkolna pracownia TIK. Główne rezultaty osiągnięte w ramach proj to: • liczba uczniów, którzy nabyli kompetencje kluczowe po opuszczeniu programu - 1738 (90% uczniów biorących udział w proj) • liczba szkół, w których pracownie przedmiotowe wykorzystują doposażenie do prowadzenia zajęć edukacyjnych – 7 • liczba nauczycieli, którzy uzyskali kwalifikacje lub nabyli kompetencje po opuszczeniu programu – 177. W ramach proj realiz. będą zadania: 1. Wyposażenie i pomoce dydaktyczne 2. Zajęcia dydaktyczno – wyrównawcze dla szkoły podstawowej 3. Zajęcia dyd. – wyrównawcze dla gimnazjum 4. Indywidualizacja pracy z uczniem 5. Zajęcia dodatkowe dla szkoły podstawowej 6. Zajęcia dodatkowe dla gimnazjum 7. Doradztwo eduk.-zaw. 8. Wsparcie dla nauczycieli. (Polish)

The main aim of the project is to improve the quality of education in the field of shaping the competences of key primary school pupils and middle school from the municipality of Choszczno through activities aimed at educating 1931 pupils (921 students) key competences, improving skills and professional competences of 177 teachers (148 teachers) to 28.02.2019. The project is aimed at target games with war.-poms. — 1369 children and young people – pupils/principals (662 women – K) from all primary schools in the municipality of Choszczno and 562 pupils of middle school (259 K) and up to 177 teachers (148 K). As part of the project, pupils/negatives will take part in teaching and compensatory classes, additional classes in addition to lessons, developing talents and interests in the area of key competences, mainly focused on ICT, natural and linguistic subjects. Teachers with special educational needs will take part in speech therapy classes. In addition, 177 teachers will take part in training and post-graduate studies, schoolworks will be equipped with assistance to acquire and develop skills through experiments and experience, create an inter-school ICT workshop. The main results achieved under the project are: • number of pupils who have acquired key competences after leaving the programme – 1738 (90 % of students participating in the project) • number of schools in which the workshops use equipment to conduct educational activities – 7 • number of teachers who have obtained qualifications or acquired competence after leaving the programme – 177. As part of the implementation project, the following tasks will be: 1. Equipment and teaching aids 2. Teaching and compensatory classes for primary school 3. L’objectif principal du projet est d’améliorer la qualité de l’enseignement dans le domaine du développement des compétences clés des élèves du primaire et du collège de la municipalité de Choszczno par des activités visant à l’éducation de 1931 élèves (921 élèves) aux compétences clés, à l’amélioration des aptitudes et des compétences professionnelles de 177 enseignants (148 enseignants) jusqu’au 28 février 2019. Le proj est dirigé vers le jeu cible de vo. zach.-pom. — 1369 enfants et jeunes — élèves (662 femmes — K) de toutes les écoles primaires de la municipalité de Choszczno et 562 élèves du collège (259 K) et jusqu’à 177 enseignants (148 K). Dans le cadre du projet, les étudiants participeront à des classes éducatives et compensatoires, à des cours supplémentaires en dehors des classes, au développement de talents et d’intérêts dans le domaine des compétences clés, principalement axés sur les TIC, les matières naturelles et linguistiques. Les enseignants ayant des besoins éducatifs spéciaux participeront aux thérapies de la parole. En outre, 177 enseignants participeront à une formation et à des études supérieures, des ateliers scolaires seront équipés d’une aide à l’acquisition et au développement de compétences par le biais d’expériences et d’expériences, et un atelier interscolaire sur les TIC sera mis en place. Hauptziel des Projekts ist es, die Qualität der Bildung im Bereich der Entwicklung von Schlüsselkompetenzen der Grundschüler und der Mittelschule aus der Gemeinde Choszczno durch Aktivitäten zur Bildung von 1931 Schülern (921 Schüler) von Schlüsselkompetenzen zu verbessern, die Fähigkeiten und beruflichen Kompetenzen von 177 Lehrern (148 Lehrer) bis zum 28.02.2019 zu verbessern. Der Proj wird auf das Zielspiel von vo. zach.-pom gerichtet. — 1369 Kinder und Jugendliche – Schüler (662 Frauen – K) aller Grundschulen der Gemeinde Choszczno und 562 Schüler der Mittelschule (259 K) und bis zu 177 Lehrer (148 K). Im Rahmen des Projekts nehmen die Studierenden an Bildungs- und Kompensationskursen, an zusätzlichen Klassen außerhalb des Unterrichts teil und entwickeln Talente und Interessen im Bereich der Schlüsselkompetenzen, die sich hauptsächlich auf IKT-, Natur- und Sprachfächer beziehen. Lehrer mit besonderen pädagogischen Bedürfnissen werden an Sprachtherapien teilnehmen. Darüber hinaus werden 177 Lehrkräfte an einer postgradualen Ausbildung und einem Studium teilnehmen, Schulworkshops werden mit Hilfe des Erlernens und der Entwicklung von Fähigkeiten durch Experimente und Erfahrungen ausgestattet, und es wird ein schulübergreifender IKT-Workshop eingerichtet. Die wichtigsten Ergebnisse des Projekts waren: • die Zahl der Schüler, die nach dem Ausscheiden aus dem Programm Schlüsselkompetenzen erworben haben – 1738 (90 % der am Projekt teilnehmenden Schüler) • Anzahl der Schulen, in denen diese Workshops die Ausrüstung für Bildungsaktivitäten nutzen – 7 • Anzahl der Lehrer, die nach dem Ausscheiden aus dem Programm Qualifikationen oder Kompetenzen erworben haben – 177. Im Rahmen des Projekts wird es Aufgaben geben: 1. Ausrüstung und Unterrichtshilfen 2. Bildungs- und Ausgleichsklassen für die Grundschule 3. Unterrichtsstunden. — Kompensation für die Turnhalle 4.
