Projekt „Dostosowanie jakości kształcenia zawodowego do wymagań rynku pracy ” skierowany jest do 162 uczniów wszystkich kierunków i etapów kształcenia realizowanych w Zespole Szkół nr 2 w Stargardzie w roku szkolnym 2017/ 2018 oraz 2018/2019. Projekt jest odpowiedzią na zdiagnozowane problemy edukacyjne z zakresu teoretycznego i praktycznego przygotowania ucznia do wykonywania wybranego zawodu a jego celem głównym jest podniesienie jakości kształcenia zawodowego poprzez lepsze dostosowanie form i warunków jego prowadzenia do wymagań gospodarki i rynku pracy. W projekcie przewidziano kompleksowe wsparcie uczniów poprzez: wyposażenie pracowni informatycznej w specjalistyczny sprzęt i oprogramowanie (zakupywana infrastruktura edukacyjna jest zgodna z standardem KOWEZIU dla danego zawodu), realizację staży zawodowych, ponadprogramowe, zawodowe zajęcia specjalistyczne (zgodnie z zapotrzebowaniem na rynku pracy) pozwalające rozszerzyć kwalifikacje zawodowe, indywidualne i grupowe doradztwo psychologiczno-zawodowe w zakresie wspomagającym orientację zawodową i dalsze wybory zawodowe oraz w zakresie kształtowania predyspozycji osobowościowych i umiejętności do pracy oczekiwanych przez pracodawców, podnoszenie kwalifikacji szkolnego doradcy zawodowego podwyższających kompetencje w zakresie prowadzenia badań pomocnych w przygotowaniu ucznia do radzenia sobie na rynku pracy, spotkania uczniów z przedstawicielami firm i uczelni wyższych na zorganizowanych spotkaniach edukacyjno-zawodowych oraz spotkania w zakładach pracy. Realizacja projektu zaplanowanego dla Zespołu Szkół nr 2 w Stargardzie przyczyni się do osiągnięcia celu szczegółowego RPO tj. wzrostu efektywności kształcenia zawodowego i jego dostosowanie do wymogów regionalnego rynku pracy zwiększające szanse na zatrudnieni (Polish)

The project “Adjusting the quality of vocational training to the requirements of the labour market” is aimed at 162 pupils of all courses and stages of education implemented in Stargard School Complex No. 2 in the school year 2017/2018 and 2018/2019. The project is a response to diagnosed educational problems in the field of theoretical and practical preparation of a pupil to pursue a chosen profession and its main aim is to improve the quality of vocational training by better adapting the forms and conditions of its conduct to the requirements of the economy and the labour market. The project envisages comprehensive support for pupils through: equipment of an IT laboratory with specialised equipment and software (purchased educational infrastructure is in accordance with the KOWEZIU standard for a given profession), implementation of professional internships, trans-programme, professional occupational activities (according to the demand on the labour market) allowing to extend professional qualifications, individual and group counselling of psychology and vocational training in the field of career orientation and further professional choices, as well as in the development of personality predispositions and skills for occupational training in the field of vocational training, employers’ training and training. The implementation of the project planned for School Team No. 2 in Stargard will contribute to achieving the specific objective of the ROP, i.e. to increase the effectiveness of vocational training and to adapt it to the requirements of the regional labour market increasing employability (English)

Le projet «Ajuster la qualité de l’enseignement professionnel aux exigences du marché du travail» s’adresse à 162 élèves de tous les cours et de tous les stades de l’enseignement dispensés dans le complexe scolaire no 2 de Stargard au cours des années scolaires 2017/2018 et 2018/2019. Le projet répond aux problèmes d’éducation diagnostiqués dans la préparation théorique et pratique de l’élève à la profession choisie et son objectif principal est d’améliorer la qualité de la formation professionnelle en alignant mieux ses formes et conditions avec les exigences de l’économie et du marché du travail. Le projet offre un soutien complet aux étudiants par: équiper le studio informatique d’équipements et de logiciels spécialisés (l’infrastructure éducative achetée est conforme à la norme KOWEZiU pour une profession donnée), mettre en œuvre des stages professionnels, des surprogrammes, des activités professionnelles spécialisées (selon les besoins du marché du travail) permettant d’élargir les qualifications professionnelles, des conseils psychologiques et professionnels individuels et collectifs dans le domaine du soutien à l’orientation professionnelle et d’autres choix professionnels, dans le domaine de l’élaboration des prédispositions de personnalité et des compétences pour le travail attendues par les employeurs, l’amélioration des qualifications du conseiller professionnel de l’école, l’accroissement de la capacité de recherche pour aider l’élève à faire face au marché du travail, les réunions des étudiants avec les représentants des entreprises et des universités lors de réunions professionnelles organisées et de réunions. La mise en œuvre du projet prévu pour le complexe scolaire no 2 de Stargard contribuera à la réalisation de l’objectif spécifique du ROP, à savoir accroître l’efficacité de la formation professionnelle et l’adapter aux exigences du marché du travail régional, en augmentant l’employabilité (French)

Das Projekt „Anpassung der Qualität der beruflichen Bildung an die Anforderungen des Arbeitsmarktes“ richtet sich an 162 Schüler aller Kurse und Bildungsstufen, die im Schulkomplex Nr. 2 in Stargard im Schuljahr 2017/2018 und 2018/2019 durchgeführt werden. Das Projekt reagiert auf die diagnostizierten Bildungsprobleme bei der theoretischen und praktischen Vorbereitung des Schülers auf den gewählten Beruf und sein Hauptziel besteht darin, die Qualität der Berufsbildung zu verbessern, indem ihre Formen und Bedingungen besser an die Erfordernisse der Wirtschaft und des Arbeitsmarktes angepasst werden. Das Projekt bietet eine umfassende Unterstützung für Studierende durch: Ausstattung des IT-Studios mit spezialisierter Ausrüstung und Software (die erworbene Bildungsinfrastruktur entspricht dem KOWEZiU-Standard für einen bestimmten Beruf), die Durchführung von Berufspraktikumen, überprogrammierten, fachspezifischen Tätigkeiten (entsprechend den Bedürfnissen des Arbeitsmarktes) zur Erweiterung der beruflichen Qualifikationen, der individuellen und gruppenpsychologischen und beruflichen Beratung im Bereich der Unterstützung der beruflichen Orientierung und weiterer beruflicher Entscheidungen, bei der Gestaltung von Persönlichkeitsvorstellungen und -kompetenzen, die von Arbeitgebern erwartet werden, die Verbesserung der Qualifikationen des Berufsberaters der Schule, die Verbesserung der Kompetenz bei der Durchführung von Forschungen, um den Schüler auf den Arbeitsmarkt vorzubereiten, Treffen von Studenten mit Vertretern von Unternehmen und Universitäten bei organisierten beruflichen Treffen und Treffen. Die Durchführung des für den Schulkomplex Nr. 2 in Stargard geplanten Projekts wird dazu beitragen, das spezifische Ziel des ROP zu erreichen, d. h. die Wirksamkeit der Berufsausbildung zu erhöhen und sie an die Anforderungen des regionalen Arbeitsmarktes anzupassen, die Beschäftigungsfähigkeit zu erhöhen.
