Wnioskodawcą projektu i podmiotem odpowiedzialnym za jego wdrożenie jest Gm. Goleniów. Ze względu na konieczność przeprojektowania części zakresu rzecz. projekt realizowany będzie w trybie „zaprojektuj i wybuduj”. Zakres rzeczowy obejmuje budowę węzła komunikacyjnego, wielofunkcyjnego dworca kolejowo – autobusowego wraz z instalacjami wewn./zewn. (zmina w ramach PFU); tunelu z przejściem dla pieszych (zmiana w ramach PFU); zagospodarowania terenu (w tym budowę parkingów typu P&R, B&R i K&R, postojów dla taksówek, ciągów pieszych i rowerowych, oświetlenia). Planowana jest budowa i przebudowę infrastruktury technicznej, w tym kolejowej, niezbędnej do obsługi węzła oraz Dworca. Zaprojektowano system kanalizacji deszczowej. Teren będzie oświetlony i objęty monitoringiem, również z budynkiem dworca i peronami. Projekt jest realizowany w ramach Strategii ZIT SOM, wynika z zapisów PGN dla Gm. Goleniów i PZMM dla SOM, wpłynie na usprawnienie komunikacji publ. w gminie Goleniów i całym SOM. Inwestycja jest realizowana na obszarze funkcjonalnym miast w miejscowości Goleniów. Zakres interwencji odnosi się jedynie do kosztów nieobjętych limitem mniejszości tj. bezp. związanych z budową węzła. Bezpośrednio po zakończeniu projektu możliwe będzie pełne wykorzystanie funkcjonalności infrastruktury bez konieczności podjęcia dodatk. działań. W związku z budową węzła wraz z dworcem zwiększy się możliwość wykorzystania transportu publ. w codziennej migracji mieszkańców do i z miejsc pracy, co przełoży się na ograniczenie wykorzystania samochodów os., a w dalszej perspektywie przyczyni się do zmniejszenia emisji gazów cieplarnianych, których głównym emitentem w Gm. Goleniów jest indywidualny transport drogowy. Projekt integruje różne typy gałęzi transp., wpływa na poprawę bezpieczeństwa ruchu drogowego i jest powiązany z działaniami miękkimi wynikającymi z PZMM dla SOM (Polish)

The project applicant and the entity responsible for its implementation is Gm. Goleniów. Due to the need to redesign part of the scope, the project will be implemented in the “design and build” mode. The material scope includes the construction of a transport hub, a multifunctional railway and bus station with internal installations. (dimension within the PFU); a pedestrian tunnel (change within the PFU); land development (including the construction of P & amp, R and K &R, parking lots for taxis, pedestrians and bicycles, lighting). The construction and reconstruction of the technical infrastructure, including the railway, necessary for the operation of the junction and the railway station is planned. A rainwater sewer system has been designed. The area will be illuminated and monitored, including the station building and platforms. The project is implemented as part of the ZIT SOM Strategy, results from the provisions of PGN for Gm. Goleniów and PZMM for SOM, will improve the communication of publ. in the municipality of Goleniów and the whole SOM. The investment is carried out in the functional area of the town of Goleniów. The scope of the intervention relates only to costs not covered by the minority limit, i.e. arbitrarily related to the construction of the node. Immediately after the completion of the project, it will be possible to make full use of the functionality of the infrastructure without the need for additional actions. As a result of the construction of the junction with the station, the possibility of using publ transport will be increased in the daily migration of residents to and from jobs, which will translate into reducing the use of cars for people, and in the longer term will contribute to reducing greenhouse gas emissions, whose main issuer in Gm. Le demandeur du projet et l’entité responsable de sa mise en œuvre sont Goleniów. En raison de la nécessité de repenser une partie de la portée, le projet sera mis en œuvre en mode «conception et construction». Le champ d’application matériel comprend la construction d’un centre de transport, d’une gare ferroviaire multifonctionnelle et d’une gare routière dotée d’installations internes/externes. (consommation dans le cadre de l’UGP); tunnel avec passage pour piétons (changement de PFU); aménagement du terrain (y compris la construction de P&R, B&R et K&R parkings, arrêts de taxi, piétons et vélos, éclairage). Il est prévu de construire et de reconstruire l’infrastructure technique, y compris ferroviaire, nécessaire à l’exploitation de la jonction et de la gare ferroviaire. Un système d’eau de pluie a été conçu. La zone sera éclairée et surveillée, également avec le bâtiment de la gare et les quais. Le projet est mis en œuvre dans le cadre de la stratégie ZIT SOM, résultant des dispositions du PGN pour Goleniów et PZMM pour la SOM, afin d’améliorer la communication de publ dans la municipalité de Goleniów et dans l’ensemble de la SOM. L’investissement est réalisé dans la zone fonctionnelle des villes de Goleniów. Le champ d’application de l’intervention ne concerne que les coûts non couverts par la limite minoritaire, c’est-à-dire la non-minorité liée à la construction d’un nœud. Immédiatement après l’achèvement du projet, il sera possible d’utiliser pleinement la fonctionnalité de l’infrastructure sans qu’il soit nécessaire de prendre des mesures supplémentaires. En raison de la construction de la jonction avec la gare, la possibilité d’utiliser le transport publ sera accrue dans la migration quotidienne des résidents vers et depuis les emplois, ce qui réduira l’utilisation des voitures particulières, et à plus long terme contribuera à réduire les émissions de gaz à effet de serre, dont le principal émetteur à Goleniów Gm. est le transport routier individuel. Der Projektantragsteller und die für die Durchführung zuständige Stelle ist Goleniów. Da ein Teil des Anwendungsbereichs neu gestaltet werden muss, wird das Projekt im Modus „Design and Build“ umgesetzt. Der Materialumfang umfasst den Bau eines Verkehrsknotenpunktes, eines multifunktionalen Bahn- und Busbahnhofs mit internen/externen Installationen. (Verbrauch im Rahmen der PFU); Tunnel mit Fußgängerübergang (Änderung in PFU); Grundstücksentwicklung (einschließlich des Baus von P&R, B&R und K&R-Parkplätze, Taxihaltestellen, Fußgänger und Fahrräder, Beleuchtung). Es ist geplant, die für den Betrieb der Kreuzung und des Bahnhofs erforderliche technische Infrastruktur, einschließlich der Eisenbahninfrastruktur, zu bauen und wieder aufzubauen. Ein Regenwassersystem wurde entwickelt. Der Bereich wird beleuchtet und überwacht, auch mit dem Bahnhofsgebäude und den Bahnsteigen. Durch den Bau der Kreuzung zusammen mit dem Bahnhof wird die Möglichkeit der Nutzung von Publ-Transporten bei der täglichen Migration der Bewohner zu und von Arbeitsplätzen, die den Einsatz von Personenkraftwagen verringern, erhöht und langfristig zur Verringerung der Treibhausgasemissionen beitragen, deren Hauptverursacher in Goleniów Gm. der individuelle Straßenverkehr ist.
