Projekt aktywizacji zawodowej "Wracamy! Projekt aktywizacji zawodowej dla osób powyżej 29. roku życia z powiatu chodzieskiego i wągrowieckiego" ma na celu zwiększenie szans na znalezienie zatrudnienia przez 50 uczestników o niskich kwalifikacjach bezrobotnych, w tym długotrwale bezrobotnych, biernych zawodowo oraz niepełnosprawnych powyżej 29. roku życia, zamieszkujących teren powiatu chodzieskiego oraz wągrowieckiego poprzez zindywidualizowane wsparcie psychospołeczne, edukacyjne oraz spersonalizowaną ofertę wysokiej jakości szkolenia, przygotowania zawodowego i/lub stażu. Cel ten osiągniemy w trakcie 16 miesięcy realizacji projektu, do 30.04.2018r.Uczestnik przyjęty do projektu przy wsparciu doradców zawodowych otrzyma pomoc w postaci identyfikacji potrzeb, diagnozy możliwości doskonalenia zawodowego, w tym przyczyn oddalenia od rynku pracy, za pomocą indywidualnego warsztatu z psychologiem (wg metody opracowanej przez Szkołę Kofoeda z Kopehagi) w celu wzmocnienia motywacji do podjęcia zatrudnienia. Każdemu uczestnikowi towarzyszył będzie doradca zawodowy oraz pośrednik pracy - wspierający, monitorujący i motywujący uczestnika do działania.Biorący udział w projekcie, w ciągu 4 miesięcy od przystąpienia, otrzymają możliwość podniesienia kwalifikacji poprzez samodzielny (przy wsparciu pośrednika) wybór szkolenia (odpowiadającego potrzebom lokalnego rynku pracy), zakończonego certyfikowanym egzaminem) lub kursu zawodowego. Uczestnikom będą oferowane również staże zawodowe.Projekt aktywizacji zawodowej "Wracamy! Projekt aktywizacji zawodowej dla osób powyżej 29. roku życia z powiatu chodzieskiego i wągrowieckiego" zakłada trwałe i zintegrowane oddziaływanie w różnych sferach funkcjonowania każdego uczestnika. Metody wsparcia grupy docelowej każdorazowo odpowiadać będą na zidentyfikowane trudności i bariery, jakie powstają przed osobami nieaktywnymi zawodowo powyżej 29. roku życia. (Polish)

Professional activation project "Back! The project of professional activation for people over 29 years of age from the districts of Chodzieski and Wągrowiecki" aims to increase the chances of finding employment by 50 participants with low-skilled unemployed, long-term unemployed, economically inactive and disabled people over 29 years of age, living in the areas of Chodzieski and Wągrowiecki district through personalised psychosocial, educational and personalised offer of high-quality training, vocational training and/or internship. This goal will be achieved during the 16 months of the project, by 30.04.2018.The participant accepted into the project with the support of professional advisors will receive assistance in the form of identification of needs, diagnosis of opportunities for professional improvement, including reasons of distance from the labour market, using an individual workshop with a psychologist (according to the method developed by Kofoed School in Kopehaga) in order to strengthen the motivation to take up employment. Each participant will be accompanied by a professional advisor and a job intermediary – supporting, monitoring and incentivising the participant to act.According to the project’s participation, within 4 months of accession, they will be given the opportunity to improve their qualifications by means of an independent (with the assistance of an intermediary) the choice of training (corresponding to the needs of the local labour market), completed by a certified examination) or a vocational course. Participants will also be offered professional internships.Project for professional activation "Back! The project of professional activation for people over 29 years of age from the districts of Chodzieski and Wągrowiecki" assumes a lasting and integrated impact in the various spheres of functioning of each participant. The methods of support for the target group will respond to the identified difficulties and barriers which arise for inactive people over the age of 29. (English)

Projet d’activation professionnelle "Nous sommes de retour! Le projet d’activation professionnelle pour les personnes âgées de plus de 29 ans des districts de Chodzieski et de Wągrowiecki" vise à accroître l’employabilité de 50 participants ayant des chômeurs peu qualifiés, y compris les chômeurs de longue durée, inactifs et handicapés de plus de 29 ans, résidant dans le district de Chodzieski et dans le district de Wągrowiecki, grâce à une offre individualisée de formation, d’apprentissage et/ou de stages de qualité psychosociale, éducative et personnalisée. Nous atteindrons cet objectif dans les 16 mois suivant la mise en œuvre du projet, jusqu’au 30.04.2018. Le participant admis au projet avec le soutien de conseillers professionnels recevra une assistance sous forme d’identification des besoins, de diagnostic des opportunités de développement professionnel, y compris les raisons de s’éloigner du marché du travail, au moyen d’un atelier individuel avec un psychologue (selon la méthode développée par l’école Kofoed de Kopehaga) afin de renforcer la motivation à prendre un emploi. Chaque participant sera accompagné d’un conseiller de carrière et d’un intermédiaire pour l’emploi, en soutenant, en suivant et en motivant le participant à l’action. Les participants participant au projet, dans les 4 mois suivant leur adhésion, auront la possibilité d’améliorer leurs qualifications grâce à une sélection indépendante (avec le soutien d’un intermédiaire) de formation (correspondant aux besoins du marché du travail local), se terminant par un examen certifié) ou un cours professionnel. Les participants se verront également proposer des stages professionnels.Projet d’activation professionnelle "Nous sommes de retour! Le projet d’activation professionnelle pour les personnes de plus de 29 ans des districts de Chodzieski et de Wągrowiecki" suppose un impact durable et intégré dans les différents domaines de fonctionnement de chaque participant. Les méthodes de soutien au groupe cible permettront de répondre aux difficultés et obstacles recensés par les personnes économiquement inactives de plus de 29 ans. (French)

Professionelles Aktivierungsprojekt "Wir sind zurück! Das Berufsaktivierungsprojekt für Menschen über 29 Jahre aus den Bezirken Chodzieski und Wągrowiecki" zielt darauf ab, die Beschäftigungsfähigkeit von 50 Teilnehmern mit gering qualifizierten Arbeitslosen zu erhöhen, darunter Langzeitarbeitslose, Nichterwerbstätige und Behinderte über 29 Jahre, die im Bezirk Chodzieski und Wągrowiecki wohnen, durch individualisierte psychosoziale, erzieherische und personalisierte Angebote hochwertiger Ausbildung, Lehrlingsausbildung und/oder Praktika. Wir werden dieses Ziel innerhalb von 16 Monaten nach der Projektdurchführung bis zum 30.04.2018 erreichen. Der Teilnehmer, der mit Unterstützung professioneller Berater in das Projekt aufgenommen wurde, wird durch einen individuellen Workshop mit einem Psychologen (nach der von der Kofoed School of Kopehaga entwickelten Methode) unterstützt, um die Motivation zur Aufnahme einer Beschäftigung zu stärken. Jeder Teilnehmer wird von einem Berufsberater und einem Stellenvermittler begleitet, der den Teilnehmer unterstützt, überwacht und motiviert, Maßnahmen zu ergreifen. Die Teilnehmer, die an dem Projekt teilnehmen, erhalten innerhalb von vier Monaten nach dem Beitritt die Möglichkeit, ihre Qualifikationen durch eine unabhängige (mit Unterstützung eines Vermittlers) Auswahl der Ausbildung (entsprechend den Bedürfnissen des lokalen Arbeitsmarktes) zu verbessern, die mit einer zertifizierten Prüfung oder einem Berufslehrgang endet. Den Teilnehmern werden auch professionelle Praktika angeboten.Projekt der professionellen Aktivierung "Wir sind zurück! Das Projekt der professionellen Aktivierung für Menschen über 29 Jahre aus den Bezirken Chodzieski und Wągrowiecki" setzt eine dauerhafte und integrierte Wirkung in den verschiedenen Tätigkeitsbereichen jedes Teilnehmers voraus. Die Methoden zur Unterstützung der Zielgruppe werden auf die festgestellten Schwierigkeiten und Hindernisse reagieren, mit denen wirtschaftlich nicht erwerbstätige Menschen im Alter von 29 Jahren konfrontiert sind.
