Celem gł. projektu zaplanowanym do 31.08.2020r. jest aktywizacja zawodowa min.160 z 200 uczestników projektu - osób biernych zawodowolub bezrobotnych (w tym dł. bezrobotnych) w powyżej 29 r.ż. mieszkańców Subregionu Pilskiego i Poznańskiego Województwa Wielkopolskiego, przez kompleksowe i zindywidualizowane wzmocnienie ich kompetencji zawodowych, umożliwienie zdobycia dośw. zawodowego, przekładające się na podjęcie zatrudnienia przez min. wymagany kryterium efektywności zatrudnieniowej odsetek UP. The aim of the project, planned until 31.08.2020, is to activate at least 160 of the 200 participants of the project – inactive or unemployed persons (including long-term unemployed) in more than 29 years of the inhabitants of the Pilskie Subregion and Poznań Wielkopolska Voivodeship, through a comprehensive and personalised strengthening of their professional competences, enabling them to gain professional skills, which translate into employment by the required criteria of employment efficiency of the percentage of UP. L’objectif principal du projet prévu pour le 31 août 2020 est d’activer au moins 160 des 200 participants au projet — les personnes inactives ou les chômeurs (y compris les chômeurs de longue durée) résidant dans la sous-région Pilski et la voïvodie de Poznań de Wielkopolska, en renforçant de manière globale et individualisée leurs compétences professionnelles, ce qui leur permet d’acquérir des compétences professionnelles, ce qui se traduit par le critère requis de l’efficacité de l’emploi de l’intérêt de l’UP.
