Celem współczesnej polityki rolnej większości krajowych gospodarek rynkowych Unii Europejskiej jest koncentracja i specjalizacja rolnictwa oraz przyspieszanie postępu technologicznego i agrotechnicznego, który zapewniać ma efektywność tego działu gospodarki. Skuteczna realizacja tych założeń jest ściśle powiązana z posiadanym przez rolników zapleczem technicznym. Niezawodność maszyn rolniczych jest w dużej mierze zależna od trwałości zamontowanych w nich narzędzi i części. Wyeksploatowanie ich prowadzi zwykle do dłuższych przerw w uprawie gleby, co przekłada się na straty ekonomiczne. Warunki eksploatacji narzędzi rolniczych można określić, jako szczególne trudne czy nawet ekstremalne. Dlatego też, Wnioskodawca w ramach realizacji projektu planuje opracowanie technologii, mającej na celu przedłużenie żywotności części do maszyn rolniczych. Projekt polega na przeprowadzeniu badań przemysłowych i prac rozwojowych mających na celu opracowanie innowacyjnej technologii warstw kompozytowych.Ww. działania pozwolą na uzyskanie:A. Innowacji procesowej, związanej opracowaniem technologii mającej potencjał w zastosowaniu w technikach nożowych w rolnictwieB. The aim of the modern agricultural policy of most national market economies of the European Union is to concentrate and specialise agriculture and to accelerate technological and agro-technical progress to ensure the efficiency of this sector of the economy. Effective implementation of these objectives is closely linked to the technical facilities of farmers. The reliability of agricultural machinery is largely dependent on the durability of the tools and components installed therein. Their exploitation usually leads to longer breaks in soil cultivation, resulting in economic losses. The conditions for the operation of agricultural tools can be described as particularly difficult or even extreme. Therefore, as part of the project, the applicant plans to develop a technology aimed at extending the life of parts to agricultural machinery. The project consists of conducting industrial research and development work aimed at developing an innovative technology of composite layers.The above-mentioned activities will allow to obtain:A. Process innovation, connected with the development of technology with potential in application in knife techniques in agricultureB. L’objectif de la politique agricole moderne de la plupart des économies de marché nationales de l’Union européenne est de concentrer et de spécialiser l’agriculture et d’accélérer les progrès technologiques et agrotechniques, ce qui garantit l’efficacité de cette branche de l’économie. La mise en œuvre effective de ces objectifs est étroitement liée au contexte technique des agriculteurs. La fiabilité des machines agricoles dépend en grande partie de la durabilité des outils et des pièces qui y sont installés. Leur exploitation entraîne généralement des ruptures plus longues dans la culture des sols, ce qui se traduit par des pertes économiques. Les conditions de fonctionnement des outils agricoles peuvent être définies comme particulièrement difficiles, voire extrêmes. Par conséquent, dans le cadre du projet, la requérante envisage de développer une technologie visant à prolonger la durée de vie des pièces de machines agricoles. Le projet consiste à mener des travaux de recherche et de développement industriels visant à développer une technologie innovante de couches composites. Ces actions permettront d’atteindre:A. l’innovation de processus, liée au développement d’une technologie susceptible d’être appliquée aux techniques de couteaux dans l’agricultureB. Ziel der modernen Agrarpolitik der meisten nationalen Marktwirtschaften der Europäischen Union ist es, die Landwirtschaft zu konzentrieren und zu spezialisieren und den technologischen und agrotechnischen Fortschritt zu beschleunigen, der die Wirksamkeit dieses Wirtschaftssektors sicherstellt. Die wirksame Umsetzung dieser Ziele hängt eng mit dem technischen Hintergrund der Landwirte zusammen. Die Zuverlässigkeit der landwirtschaftlichen Maschinen hängt weitgehend von der Haltbarkeit der darin eingebauten Werkzeuge und Teile ab. Ihre Ausbeutung führt in der Regel zu längeren Pausen im Bodenanbau, was zu wirtschaftlichen Verlusten führt. Die Betriebsbedingungen von landwirtschaftlichen Werkzeugen können als besonders schwierig oder sogar extrem definiert werden. Daher plant die Klägerin im Rahmen des Projekts, eine Technologie zur Verlängerung der Lebensdauer von landwirtschaftlichen Maschinenteilen zu entwickeln. Das Projekt besteht in der Durchführung von industriellen Forschungs- und Entwicklungsarbeiten zur Entwicklung einer innovativen Technologie von Verbundschichten. Diese Maßnahmen ermöglichen:A. Prozessinnovation im Zusammenhang mit der Entwicklung einer Technologie mit dem Potenzial für die Anwendung in Messertechniken in der LandwirtschaftB. Produktinnovation im Zusammenhang mit der Entwicklung von mindestens 3 neuen, innovativen Produkten, PLANED REQUIREMENTS:1.
