Hélio & Matos entstand 1999 mit dem Ziel, eine Lücke im nördlichen Inneren eines Betreibers zu schließen, der den Verbrauchern ein breites Spektrum an hochwertiger Hardware zur Verfügung stellen würde. Mit diesem Projekt beabsichtigt er die Anschaffung von Grund- und IT-Ausrüstung, die Renovierung neuer Anlagen und die Schaffung von 2 qualifizierten Arbeitsplätzen.
