    THE PROJECT AIMS TO ENTER EMPLOYMENT OF 45 PERSONS WITH DISABILITIS THROUGH THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A TRAINING COURSE ‘ON THE JOB’ ACHIEVED BY THE ACTIVE EMPLOYMENT POLICY OF THE TRAINEE. IN PARTICULAR, THE PURPOSE OF THE PROJECT IS NOT ONLY TO PROMOTE PRACTICAL WORK EXPERIENCE BUT, ABOVE ALL, THE SOCIAL INTEGRATION ASPECTS OF THE PERSONS WITH DISABILITY AND TO HIGHLIGHT THE EXTENT TO WHICH THE TRAINEES ARE PART OF THE COMMUNITY. THE TARGETING OF RECIPIENTS HAS BEEN BASED ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF A WIDESPREAD NETWORK OF RELATIONS WITH LOCAL HEALTH AND SOCIAL ACTIVITIES. THE AIM IS TO ENHANCE THE STRENGTHS OF POTENTIAL TRAINEES AND TO TURN WEAKNESSES INTO FACTORS THAT DO NOT HAVE A NEGATIVE IMPACT ON THE TRAINEE.
